Anytime I've gone in, which hasn't been often, they've not been friendly. I decided to call them and give them another try possibly. I asked the man who answered if their meat was grass fed and he said, "I'm not sure if it's grass fed or not." I said "ok" and was going to ask another question but he hung up before I could. I guess some people that work there don't have simple manners in person or over the phone.

My one bit of advice about buying meat is never get it at a grocery store I've been shopping at Rinzler's for over 40 years. You can get whatever meat you want, cut or sliced however you wish and you are always getting better/fresher product than at a grocery store I'll also add they have a good selection of groceries, including more local vegetables than you'll find in the big stores where everything you buy is product of "somewhere" We need more local businesses like this. I've gone there no matter where I've lived in or nearby the community. This is a business that has earned my customer loyalty
