I called to see if they carried a certain product and the man who answered the phone refused to check for me. The reason he refused was because I had told him I called 2 other stores and they didn’t carry the product, so ‘they probably didn’t’. Scoffed and huffed at me when I asked him if he would mind checking. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but if this is the regular then that’s awful service.
