This place is exhausting. The product itself is DELICIOUS but every time I've gone - granted, always a Saturday afternoon - the wait and chaos behind the counter is palpable and it's hard to give up 30 minutes of your day just for some bubble tea. I'm not singling anyone out.. I just feel like I need to psych myself up to bother going in and that kinda sucks.

Best bubble tea place in town! My new favourite is Oolong Milk Tea with grass jelly and pearls. The pearls were nice and chewy, and you can choose your own sugar and ice options for your drink. Service was really awesome and the staff were super helpful. Definitely will come back again????

Great place to try something different for tea time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The amount of drink options they have is very impressive. It might have been a bit intimidating if it wasn't for the fact that the staff was there to help me pick. The place is very stylish, very clean and comfortable. I'm going back there for sure. You should go if you want to try something different.

One of our go to stops in Moncton. The roasted milk tea is delicious with the grass jelly, but there are so many options that you'd never get through them all. Love the adjustable sweetness and ice levels.

I was not pleased with this. This was the first time I ever tried this place and I don't think i will return. The drinks were not for me, not to many of them I could have cause of the lactose in them. The pearls were just weird and I was left with gas all night long til the next day it Das painful and I won't be doing that to myself again.

Exstensive sellection with polite servers a bit more expensive then Tim's but better priced then Starbucks for similar beverage size. Also very hygienic as they seal your cup which prevents spills or contamination, when you are ready to drink it you just peal off the top or I believe stick your straw through the top but not 100% sure on the straw part.

I cannot understand the wealth of positive reviews this place has, it may be one of the worst designed tea shops ive ever seen The place couldnt be more cramped and crowded right from the first step through the door, then the heat is like a sauna in there, I had to step outside almost immediately I have no idea what the tea tastes like and I probably never will, I can't imagine a less inviting or less comfortable place to buy and/or enjoy tea

After I intruduce Chatime Milk tea to my Canadian bf he became a fan! However at the time only Halifax had Chatime Which was very hard. Now there is one in Moncton! Very easy to get and very good service! Recommend anyone to go try they have a drink suit to anyone!

Different concept for a tea room. Wide variety of hot and cold tea, coffee, slushies, and smoothies with the ability to really customize your order right down to the amount of sweetness and toppings. East Coast Asia comes to East Coast Canada. No food, but some of the drinks could be considered a meal.

OMG! My kids and I are so happy to have found Chatime in Moncton!! We have moved from Singapore where you see bubble tea places left and right. Chatime tasted just like the ones we get in Singapore! My son was especially happy they were able to make his favourite Brown Sugar milk tea! Staff were also very friendly! Will definitely come back for more!!

Got there at 6:46pm and they locked to door so me and my friends waited outside thinking it was because of covid(understandable) but just to find out 8minutes after waiting outside, when we tried to enter after someone had exited the building that they closed early but they we’re still serving people inside! They we’re rude about it and didn’t even bother to come let us know outside! Very poor service there tonight!
