I love beaver tails so much and am thankful they make some in Moncton but the price is high for the size of beaver tail they give you.

Horrible service. Employee was under trained. Employee started to panic when we gave him an order for 9. Thank goodness that supervisors came to help.

Love beaver tails bit my latest experience was very disappointing. The service was so poor I witnessed multiple people just turning away not wanting to deal with the less than enthusiastic staff inside. Had to wait long time for the lazy staff to even take my order and the product I received was not like a beaver tail I have had in the past. Not worth the money or time I had to spend there.

Worst customer service. supervisor was a child who didn't know how to deal with anything. Wont be returning

The beaver tails were great as usual, but the service wasn't the greatest. There was at least 4 people working there, and it wasn't busy. But they were all too busy talking to each other to serve customers.

I love beavertails but terrible service. The employees were too busy to talk to each other. Took over half an hour to get one tail. Overpriced for the size!
