For Cynda West, you had 1 bad experience and it was the way you perceived it, maybe the staff member had a recent tragedy. Maybe next time ask her if everything is ok. And for the person who gave them a 4 because they should have more gluten flavors.... Go elsewhere to get your gluten free flavors. This place is a diamond and should be praised for their amazing staff and service.

Perhaps the best cake I've ever had! A wide variety of flavours (although I highly recommend the lemon) and great options available for cake size. You can order a dozen "bundtinis" which are little two bite sized cakes...a great way to try a variety of flavours or to please everyone on a group.

I am so disappointed with my order I placed on line for Valentine's day. First when I tried to order a valentines special I couldn't because they did not accommodate Gluten Free in the package. Then when I asked if they could at least package it themed Valentines Day in my note they couldn't even do that! (I paid almost 90.00 and added heart tags at a cost). My friend had to pick it up for me as i was leaving right from work to head to my boyfriends and boy was I shocked!!!!! I had to pull the whole box apart, cut off toothpicks and tape hearts to the sealed cakes and find a basket to make a valentines presentation. The "Special Valentines tower" she picked up for her friend was lovely. WT???? I was really thinking it was going to be such a nice Valentines treat for both him and I. Turned into a lot of extra work then I had bargained for and made me super late for our romantic evening!!!

i live in Vancouver and i needed to get a cake delivered last minute. I called bundt cakes and she said she can check with the owners to confirm delivery and suggested i try ordering on skip the dishes and she can have my cake ready. I went on skip the dishes and it wouldn't give me the option on what cake style to select this was for an 11 year old girls birthday so i called back and told her i would like to have a girl decoration for my cake. she was so accommodating and understanding of the situation. and the CAKE WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first time into this shop. Very clean inside and really cute displays of the cakes and associated product. I smiled at the display of miniature bundt cakes with their distinctive pipings of frosting. I bought a miniature Blueberry Bliss for $6.22 incl tax. A vanilla cake with blueberries and their signature frosting made with cream cheese and real butter. My one complaint is that there wasn't any 'blueberry' in the bliss. There was a very tiny streak of blueberry but was just really a vanilla cake - a very delicious one, but no blueberries to speak of. I'll still give it a second shot and try another flavour.

The worst customer service! On Tuesday, ordered a cake for a baby shower which is scheduled for Friday. They confirmed the order, but it never went through and they never called back to tell that the cake is not coming on time. I called 3 times and it’s after 6 on Thursday, and not a word about the order. If your cakes were not so delicious I would never come to you ever again. Thanks for spoiling the surprise. Please stay away from their delivery services and confirm your order 5 times to make sure someone is actually working on it.

Classy, fun and delish! The mini cakes we tried were good but the Confetti/Birthday cakes were a little dry. Carrot cakes were great though. Perfect individualized packaging for these COVID times too. We've had the full cakes before when in the US and were great, so hopefully this was an isolated incident, and we would still try them again at this location.

So I sat out front in the car trying to place an order and next available date was tomorrow. So went to Fortinos. I'll be surprised if this location makes it until Christmas. Very disappointed.

We just ordered a 2 tier for my daughter's birthday. 10" carrot topped with 8" gluten free Chocolate Chip Cookie. Drizzled with the suggested special icing decor. Cake looked beautiful and both cakes were so moist and delicious. A huge hit with everyone. We live in Stoney Creek and it is definitely worth the drive to Burlington every time. Would definitely highly recommend any of their products for any occasion. Staff always friendly on phone and in person too.

We were married last week and we were getting married in Burlington where we live and trying to support local businesses that we love. One of our fave treats for celebrating is nothing bundt cakes. We had a small wedding and everyone said no one eats the cake so don't get too much. We had 75 people. We ordered 1 10 inch of lemon with the 8 inch red velvet on top and another 10 inch strawberries and cream. Our venue had supplied us with a sweet table. Bars and fruit as well as pizza......but the first thing to go......all of the cake. On our honeymoon we bought a beautiful bottle of wine and will be getting a new fresh bundt cake to have on our first anniversary. We got the fancy drizzle. The pictures look amazing with it!

I have visited this location half a dozen times and have had a great experience. Morgan the owner is wonderful. Although today when I went in, I have to say I was very disappointed in the service, both my husband and I felt like it was a very awkward transaction. The young lady who helped us made us feel like our business wasn't really wanted. Considering this is a very unique product, you would think friendly customer service is absolutely warranted. We will shop again and hope that the future visits are better.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has both the most delicious cakes, and astounding service. I ordered from this location for my wedding and it was definitely a crowd favourite. Their online order system was simple and stress-free as I live pretty far from the location, but my parents stopped by the store several times. Since my father was making a cake stand for the cakes, the owners were really helpful with providing display cakes that were the same size as what I ordered so he could measure them himself and they encouraged him to bring the cake stand in to test it out ahead of time. I was so grateful that they treated my parents with such kindness. All of the guests raved about the cake. Even those that don't like sweets sought me out afterwards to ask where I got it because they liked it so much. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Got the classic Vanilla for my daughters baptism, was the only place I could order a special cake the night before and I thought, how good could a bundt cake really be. Omg, it was delicious! Well I'd like to say we treat ourselves to these bundt cakes on special occasions, but I'd be lying. We buy their bundlets almost on a weekly basis! This is why we knew instead of a traditional wedding cake, we needed to go with bundt cakes for our wedding! We had a two-tier cake for us to cut and bundtinis for our guests. The guests RAVED about the cakes, which comes as no surprise to us. They are the best cakes you could ever taste, hands down. Nothing Bundt Cakes has been nothing short of amazing. I ordered my wedding cake through them, and the owner personally came out and helped me through the whole process. Sent me home with samples for the family to try. We couldn't decide between 5 flavours since they were all incredible, so we got all 5! We have ordered cakes through them for thanksgiving, etc and have always had people rave about the dessert we brought! Not to mention the customer service from all the staff is truly incredible. I asked for a change to be made to a cake over the phone, and the girl was so kind in accommodating these changes. So excited to see how the wedding cake turns out with the bundtinis! Something different if you're considering a vendor for your wedding cake. Absolute 10/10.

Received a 3 pk for Mother's Day 2021. Coming from a family that owns/works retail, my daughter had it delivered Friday afternoon to alleviate a modicum of their stress on such a busy day. I have spent over 25 years working in various bakeries (chain and small business both) and I know desserts, so I know good stuff when I find it. THIS IS GOOD STUFF! 2 were inhaled almost immediately (white chocolate raspberry and carrot) by my husband and myself and the third (red velvet) I saved as a Sunday night treat. It was as moist and delicious as if it were same day. (Sign of good quality ingredients). I usually don't enjoy red velvet as it can be too dry for my enjoyment. This one was AMAZING ???????? The amount of icing on top was perfect presentation and then you find that extra little in the center! 9.99 out of 10 only because I had a difficult time licking the inside of the container ???? Good job NBC! Take a bow!

After picking up our order we realized the toppers we had ordered were missing. Steve offered to deliver the misding toppers and delivered them quickly along with an another COMPLIMENTARY dozen bundtinis. Such fantastic customer service! The cakes were delicious.

Their cakes are so moist and delicious. I have yet to try one I haven't liked. If you haven't yet, you need to try it out - the well-priced bundtletts are a good place to start!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this location, I would! Thank you very much, to Brian and Helen, for the stellar customer service today, despite the crazy snowstorm. The cake was delicious and beautifully made, as well. For anyone wondering if you should order a cake from here, do it. You will not regret it. Nothing BUNDT a top notch and well deserved review!! Contact customer service. Ask for an ingredient list. These cakes are not from scratch at all. " Baked fresh daily " sure...but with batter similar to mix they use in grocery stores. These are NOT true baked goods. May have started out good. But now it's a chain business that make grocery store quality products...yet sold in a fresh from scratch bakery store front....scam

I pre-ordered a birthday cake 2 days in advance to be picked up on a Saturday at 5pm which also happens to be the closing time of the store. I showed up five minutes before 5pm and no one answered the door and none of my phone calls were answered. This cake was pre-paid and was for a party later that day. The pick-up time coinciding with their closing time is super unorganized and very frustrating. I waited until 5:45 before leaving and only got through to someone the next morning. The owner explained that the reason I didn't get through to someone was because the store had closed. Although, I showed up at my designated time for pick-up and the owner basically put the blame on me and was hardly apologetic before simply offering a refund. They need to update their last pick-up time slot to 30 minutes before closing time so this does not happen to someone else. Unorganized and disappointing.

We picked up a carrot cake and funfetti cake from here today. We called in the morning and were able to pick up the same day. The service was excellent very friendly staff. We enjoyed both cakes! Tasted fresh, not too sweet (carrot cake) and both cakes nice and moist. Thank you for the great cakes!

I love these cakes...but since they won't let anyone come into the store I cannot order. Online order only gives option of credit card. Dussapointing since stores are open in Ontario now
