A place close to our place and one of the most frequent place to visit to buy pastry and cake. The food quality is very good at reasonable price. Cake and pastry are always fresh. The only challenge is that they are fully sold out by evening. They opened at 6 am and close by 6 pm. Some of the best recommended items: 1. Fruit pastry 2. Cannoli 3. Strawberry cake 4. Upside down pineapple cake Fully encourage you to try out other options too.

Not a bad little deli and bakery. Stopped by there for a quick little lunch. Pretty nice selection of food for take out there and also a tiny little grocery store with a small selections of products to pick up as well if needed. Prices are reasonable, their breads are quite nice. Tried their veal sandwich and it was alright. Nothing to write home about but it wasn’t bad either. I’d probably need to order at least 2 sandwiches to make it more filling since a single one was really more of a snack. I’d consider returning to trying out a few more take out options and baked goods.

I stumbled onto this place by accident while driving by and making a U-turn. Since I was hungry and love Portugese food I decided to try this quaint little spot out. I want pleasantly surprised. The service was good and the server was pleasnt. I'm big on service. They didn't have a huge hot table for food but what they did have looked and smelled amazing. I wanted one of everything but refused to be a glutton on that day. Lol. I went with the codfish stew and a few day old tarts that were different than the custard tarts I'm used to. These tarts were more like cake with no custard in the centre and almonds baked into the top. They weren't sweet like the custard tart but still very smooth on the palate. Anyhow, the cod fish stew was the bomb and the tarts were a great dessert. You gotta touch this spot. ????

I bought an assortment of desserts early this morning from this location. The Portuguese tarts and Cannolis were very very stale. I wish I new before I gave it as a gift for my condolences for my mother in law. Usually when you arrive early to a bakery you get fresh baked goods. That’s not the case here. Very disappointed.

Daydreaming about my trip to Portugal today and suddenly started to crave a Nata, my guilty pleasure. I've heard good things about Lisboa Bakery and wanted to see if my fellow critics were right about their impressive selection of pastries. As expected, my Nata was exceptional. The subtle dust of cinnamon & the warm custard was devilishly good! I'm not a big fan of espresso but I tried a short with my Nata and I felt like I was in heaven. I wasn't thrilled about the service I received at Lisboa. I wanted to learn more about the pastries that they sell and the clerk didn't seem too eager to help, she seemed like she was in a hurry. Nonetheless, I'll still go back, the Nata's are delicious!

I read an article on inSauga where this place was mentioned as a top 5 best croissant bakery. I tried their cream croissant and it was fresh with a lemony custard cream filling. If you’re in the area, stop by early mornings because they sell out fast. This place would get a 5* if the seating area wasn’t so close to the door. It can get cold with the door opening and closing all the time.

We normally purchase the crusty top ???? and quite like it provided is consumed the same day. ????. Their prepared dishes appear a little on the higher side and the taste is rather bland, but that's a personal choice I guess.

Had the pleasure of visiting here to pick up an order for my sisters 50th bday party, small place but the service was exceptional the younger staff member working the front counter was so nice and pleasant to deal with she took care of the order which was ready for pick up. We had ordered 6 rotisserie chicken some rice and potatoes in total I had 3 large trays of food the trays were hot so one of the staff from the back refused to let me carry the hot tray to my car and insisted she come out to put it in my car the lady couldn't have been nicer such great service. The food was delicious, chicken was juicy and potatoes soft and tender and don't forget the sauce ....excellent. Finding a place that has great food with even greater service is something Lisboa Bakery $ deli has and this is the place that I will be ordering for my next event. Thanks to everyone there for the great experience.

I live close by here and I have to say this bakery needs to upscale their game on the pastries they sell. I got pasteries here and they were hard and very dry, i took them back and the owner claimed they were not old and got me new ones from the back which that day were fine. Then i went again and the pastries were hard as rock and extremely dry leaving out the taste. I definitely know Im not going here and wasting money once again and playing this game of ping pong.

Went in hungry and this place delivered on all the right flavours. Ordered a veal sandwich with mushrooms and onions. The bread was fresh and the veal was so tender it melts in your mouth. The sauce, mushrooms and onions complimented the sandwich just right. Also picked out a coconut type of dessert afterwards which put a smile on my face it was so good.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Found multiple hairs in my rice. When I went back to complain I looked in the back where most of the food is prepared and not one person was wearing a hair net and not just that people were handling money in the front then going to the back and touching food without washing their hands. God knows what other unsanitary events are taking place back there especially when you can't see what's going on. The other complaints regarding day old products is very believable, I bought a sausage roll pastry for the drive home and it was dry and gross ended up throwing it out. If you do decide to go there please pay attention on how there handling your food and double check all your stuff before you leave so they don't accuse you of tempering with what you ordered after you have left..............Good Luck!!!

This place has the best Portuguese chicken and Portuguese tarts! And my boyfriend loves their hot sauce! They have a variety of different specialty Portuguese/European items (cheese, oil, portuguese flags and merch, etc) in the store as well. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I also really like supporting them because they are a small family owned and operated business. Highly recommend!

There is never really any positive customer service provided here. As other people have mentioned, the staff are not rude but they also don't engage. I asked a couple questions and barely got words for answers. The tarts were nice but this is the 2nd time I've had a negative experience with the cake slices. The red velvet cake was way too sweet and dry.

Drove from Oakville Mississauga to try this option. Prices are higher than what they show Online - chicken was dry few potatoes and minimal rice. The only saving grace was the hot sauce which was quite good. When we mention to the server about the prices being higher they did not offer to do anything ... not someplace that we would revisit. We have other Portuguese barbecue chicken places closer to us which are more generous with their food offering and with better quality.
