This is a small cafe/bakery in the same shopping plaza as Battaglia's Marketplace. There is counter seating with 3 or 4 stools, and a table for 4 outside, but otherwise, this bakery is really meant for take out. While I was there (2 hours), a constant stream of customers went through, so it seems very popular. There is a selection of about 10 different teas; most of them are President's Choice brand. $1.95 for tea. They also do handcrafted coffees (latte, espresso, etc). I didn't try any of the baked goods, but they had many different snacking possibilities on offer: a luscious looking lemon tart, almond croissants, muffins, cookies (star shaped cookie with sprinkles $1.50), and pastries with savoury fillings, like chicken curry. Macarons were $2 each and this is the only place I've ever seen that didn't colour them pastel, which I appreciate, because I don't like artificial food colouring. There was a large, scrumptious looking selection of full-sized cakes and pies. They don't accept credit for purchases under $5, so bring cash if you're just getting tea/coffee. Free parking.

I ordered a fresh fruit shortcake from Here via doordash as I was running late on getting a cake for my friends birthday. Unfortunately they had to substitute it with the white chocolate mousse cake but oh my this was also pretty good. Now I wonder how the other one would be. I think a best option to order cake via door dash if you are unable to get to a bakery in time. Good quality and amazing taste.

The cookies will make you seriously consider selling your soul and first born for more when you run out. The croissants... Oh my gosh, don't get me started. This place has exceptionally decadent pastries. My favourite selection would be their butter croissant. It tastes like fluffy clouds smeared with butter. Having it with a cup of freshly brewed cuppa joe just makes my day that much better.

I don't get the reviews other than to say that the people writing them have either never really been to or experienced a truly good, first class French bakery. Or even a decent French bakery for that matter! Their baked goods are second rate at best here - the pecan pie we had was absolutely terrible. Over baked lard crust and the cheapest filling that would compare to nothing more than eating crystallized sugar. Utter disappointment. Their croissants were also brutal - not even close to resembling a French croissant as they were bready oversized pieces of dough. Move to the muffins and when asked for butter was charged 50 cents and laughed (while paying it). More disappointment as the pumpkin spice was lacking pumpkin and spice. What's going on here?? The sugar cookies looked great and low and behold were tasteless flour and not a hint of butter to be found.. that was the 'icing' on the cake.. (and luckily for us we didn't try their cake and waste money on that too). All in all, definitely will not go back and truly do not understand how this shop has been here for as long as it has with the lack of taste and quality in their baked goods. Shocking to say the least and shows that mediocrity is alive and well in Lorne Park!

Loved the pecan pie... This is a small place almost hidden but I was surprised at the lovely collection of fresh baked goods... It's high on cost but totally worth it. If your in the neighborhood this is a most try place.

One of the delights of this area, this shop evokes a Parisien pâtisserie. Products are scrumptious and staff helpful and efficient. In addition to the pastries cakes and pies, on weekdays they sell a “sandwich du jour” which are always a good choice for lunch.

I ordered the German chocolate cake because they're the only ones that have a coconut cake and I don't regret it! The staff is VERY nice and helpful and the cake was absolutely delicious! My bf even said it was of the best cakes he's ever had in his life, so thats definitely something. Thank you la delice for making his birthday special!

The staff was very friendly and the store is clean and tastefully decorated. Some of the pastries we got were great, however my husband was told he was getting a croissant with cream cheese and strawberries, but when he bit into it at home, he got cream cheese icing and spinach on the inside...not the best combo. The cookies were delicious and the pastry I had with Nutella and banana was great, so I think it was just a bakery accident that they confused their sweet and savoury. The lattes were also good, but I wish they had a milk option other than soy (but I know I'm just picky)

Hidden gem in Mississauga! By far my favourite place for baked goods especially when I have a sweet craving. Wide selection of croissants, pastries, and cakes that are always fresh. This place smells and looks divine. The products are not inexpensive but they are good. We picked up pies, cheesecake and cookies which were great. I would not suggest the apple crisp though. Good flavour but too hard of a topping. The pie crust though was melt in your mouth delicious.

Just stopped by as we were in the area. Small little shop with great croissants with different fillings. Helpful staff. Area to line up and view the different pastries and cakes was narrow. Prices were comparable to other small gourmet pastry shops. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

I recently got a strawberry shortcake and some almond croissants from Le Delice Pastry Shop. It is such a cute shop, I felt like I was in France. Everything looked fresh and beautiful and the customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful. The strawberry shortcake was amazing! Not like the usual ones I have tried that can be a bit too sweet. This one was light, fresh, and delicious. The almond croissants were also very delicious and the portion was very generous. I highly recommend visiting this Pastry shop:)

Poor quality cake. We bought a lemon cake thinking it would be fresh and moist, however this was not the case. Way too much buttercream (ratio was almost 1:1 to cake) and the cake was dense and didn't taste fresh. The cake was divided however the slices ended up in the garbage. Nobody was able to finish it after two bites. We saved one slice to give to the shop for feedback (this is not an indication that the cake was enjoyed). Pies are ok, cakes wouldn't buy again. It's unfortunate that this is the way management handles constructive feedback. Anyone can take a slab of butter and put it on a cake and say it's natural, however it requires a level of finesse to take the ingredients and make it taste good and not feel heavy and dense. This is not what I expected from a French pastry shop that we've regularly visited for the past 7 years. Quality has dropped.

Delicious cake bought here (tried the Dark Chocolate Mousse) for my wife's birthday. The cake is elegant and beautiful and the taste is really good! There are other tarts and mini cakes, as well as a huge assortment of pies. The breakfast croissants looked amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

This is my goto place for a custom birthday cakes. I have ordered from Le Delice many times now and each one has been perfection. The chocolate cakes are decadent and the lemon buttercream is so light and refreshing. Great service each and every time. Just did the Lemon Basketweave cake for my Mom's 85th birthday and it was so tasty.

I ordered the German Chocolate cake for my birthday. When I picked I up, all of the staff came out singing "happy birthday" to me and even had a greeting on the cake! The staff went above and beyond--I found sheer joy in such a very simple, uplifting gesture especially during these hard, isolating times. Their customer service and excellent cakes and pastries are just some of the reasons I make the 20-minute drive to their store (sometimes on a weekly basis especially in the summer)! We're especially addicted to their berry clafoutis and berry bread puddings! Thank you, Le Delice!!! ♥️

Not a great experience. Watched a young lad handle money at the register and then he neglected to wash his hands before handling the food. My server was very polite but ate food as she serve me. I just opened my cookies to serve for morning tea and found a blonde hair. Luckily I had some squares to serve and that I didn't open them in front of my guests. An expensive lesson. Not worth the 10 km I travelled. Disappointing.

Where to begin with Le Delice!? The daily sweet and savory scone options, the chocolate chunk cookies, the cheesecakes, the meat pies... everything here is fantastic. Price is more than one might like but the quality is so worth it. The only downside is that you have to get there fast after work on a weeknight, they close at 6pm.

I ordered a cake from here, only because this bakery had great reviews and I didn’t have the time to bake a homemade cake myself. The cake purchased was delicious — but too bad the inscription was embarrassing, and frankly, ruined the whole thing. I was speechless, because I expected quality from a bakery, and even called a second time (the day before the event) to confirm both the cake and the inscription. The inscription was not only terrible, but not what I requested. I asked for “Birthday”, but upon pick-up, was told that there wasn’t enough space to include it, so they put “Bday”. This cake was clearly for a 60-year-old and a special birthday milestone, so “bday” is slang, and obviously not appropriate. Luckily, I‘m a baker, and managed to transform the top of the cake with a white chocolate glaze and a dark chocolate inscription ..in the little time I had! The photo upload isn’t working, but for a 7” cake, there was plenty of space for the inscription I asked for, and my changes were more presentable to the guest of honour.

I'm afraid to say I'm not impressed by the cake. I got a taste and that's it. The whole cake went into garbage. Not worth the sugar intake. If it was up to me, I wouldn't buy this cake judging by the look. Maybe it's the kind of old-fashioned bakery the neighborhood loves. But it's not the kind of birthday cake I would hope to have. The combination of the flavors is boring and there's no layers of flavor. It's overly sweet. The cake was too dense. I'm usually very supportive of small local business, but this birthday cake put me into a bad mood on my birthday. One star for the family member who got it. Clueless.
