We got my daughters birthday cake for her first birthday from here. The end result was exactly what we wanted. We got the red velvet and it was absolutely amazing. Not only was the product great but I do need to bring up the customer service and our experience. We had originally planned to do our wedding cake from here but because of COVID no wedding cake. They worked out a great payment structure and refund process. Better than a lot of the other wedding vendors in the business. I highly recommend Just Temptations to all our family and friends.

My wedding cake was one of the most beautiful cakes I have ever seen! It was so elegant. Just Temptations was great to work with, friendly and helpful. We went in and initially chose the type, size and style of each layer. Then closer the wedding date we went in again and finalized the details of the look and delivery. It was delivered on time without any issues, looked fantastic and at a very competitive price. I have allergies so was unable to try it, but I was told it tasted delicious.

We ordered from the Concord/Vaughan location. Cake was absolutely delicious! We loved the fact that you can pick three different flavours. The presentation was beautiful, just as they advertise. We were late in returning the cake stand, but they had no problem at all with that. Maria was extremely nice, reasonable, and organized. I think one of the distinguishing features of the cake we had was the icing. I've been to many weddings where the icing tasted like plastic; the icing on our cake was delicious and soft, even one week later! Prices were very fair. A+++++

These guys took my brother in law for a ride. We’ve gone with them so many times but this time around what they delivered was so bad, they stuck dollar store fake flowers on top of a white sheet cake, skimped on the icing and raspberries and just let him leave with it. We cut into it and it didn’t taste fresh, there was barely any filling and had to remove the flowers and first layer of icing and were appalled by the look. At a time where we look to support small businesses I wish I’d gone with a local bakery then a business that now just doesn’t care. Also In the time of COVID-19 I wouldn’t suggest putting dollarama flowers on a cake. Won’t be using them again. The cake order is under my brother-in-laws name so it wouldn’t be under mine. I tried calling you when we got the cake and got no response thus me having to leave a review.

Ordered cake for my daughter's first birthday. Unfortunately due to time limitations we did not get time for cake tasting at Just Temptations and ordered the cake purely based on reviews. They delivered on every aspect, from the customer service, ordering and design, taste, and delivery, everything was perfect and the entire process was made so easy by the great staff. Great customer service and very friendly and accommodating in terms of incorporating our preference for design. We loved the taste of their cakes and buttercream and great selection to choose from. It was hard to decide what flavours! They were all so delicious! We chose the white chocolate mousse and raspberry and chocolate mousse flavours. The showroom offers a great selection of samples to choose from or get inspiration for your own cake design. They are more than willing to accommodate your preferences and ideas to create your own unique cake. Our guests loved the cake and we along with our guests were very impressed. Everything from inquiry, to cake order/delivery and deposit return was a smooth experience. Even during the pandemic, I was able to walk in and make my choice with some recommendations from the staff (following protocol of course). I was also able to try some samples (all were so delicious, it was very difficult to choose!). Delivery was on time and without any hitches. Even when we came back to return the cake stand and get the deposit back, they were so kind to us. I used Just Temptations for my wedding cake but I will definitely be getting cake again for other occasions based on service, quality and reliability. Thank you so much JT!!!

Just Amazing, My Engagement cake tasted GREAT and looked GREAT. I visited the showroom which was beautiful with alot of cake designs, consultants were very helpful made the whole process very easy and STRESS FREE. The Red velvet cake was delicious. And the details of the decoration was exactly what I was looking for. Only thing is it was a very costly cake for 4. I paid around $170.00 for this. But I would recommend them for big events like wedding, anniversary or any milestone. You will not be disappointed with the quality. The number 13 is A keepsake for my daughter it’s made of metal and has a lot of Bedazzle.

Just Temptations Vaughan was an amazing vendor to work with for our August 8, 2015 wedding. Living in Ottawa and planning a wedding in Toronto came with its challenges, however, Antonella from Just Temptations Vaughan was great! She was very flexible, professional, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. The cakes that we tasted during our tasting were fabulous - so delicious! We ended up choosing strawberry shortcake for our 3-tiered cake and I know that several guests had more than one piece (including one of the bridesmaids!). The cake was beautiful and it tasted very fresh! At one point during the cocktail hour, my husband and I went outside to take photos and we saw the Just Temptations truck pull up with our cake - the service was truly great! Will definitely order cakes from here for future special occasions.

Awesome cakes!!! Every vendor that gives no grief to 2020 brides who have had to post pone their weddings deserve 5 stars!! I ended up having a smaller thing with a small group of family and friends and planned it the night before. They were able to accommodate and have a cake ready the next morning!! I got the white chocolate raspberry and it’s extremely moist and beautifully decorated!! I can’t wait to have my actual wedding cake next August!!

Just Temptations was recommended to us by a friend and we were pleased to find a new location in Vaughan across from The Vaughan Mills shopping centre. All the staff were very friendly and were happy to sit down with us to discuss our ideas and order details. I have brought a photo of a design which I liked and they were able to incorporate my design and it turned out even better that I was expecting! But don't worry if you don't know what you like, because there are plenty of sample, real size cakes at the store, where you can get ideas of what you like. Our cake was fresh, beautiful, delicious and was delivered to the banquet hall on time. We didn't have to worry about anything since the staff where always only an email or a phone call away. A couple of days before the wedding we received a call to confirm the order and were happy to know that everything would be taken care of. During our cake tasting appointment we thought the sales staff were a little snobby. The whole time we felt like they weren't really trying to get our business, and they talked to us already assuming that we're going to go ahead with them for our wedding cake (they were shocked that we didn't want to place an order on the spot). Their cakes did taste good, but not better than the other places we went where the flavours were just as yummy, the staff were more friendly, the cakes looked better and the prices were more reasonable. Personally, looking at their in-store cake decoration examples was disappointing. The decorative dots were pipped on a bit sloppy, some of the ribbons at the base of tiers were uneven, ALL of them were pretty dusty and I got the overall impression that they are the Walmart of wedding cakes: it's almost like a huge cake factory where quantity of orders/customers trumps quality/look of the finished cake. I'm glad we went with our gut and did NOT choose Just Temptations. I would recommend I Do Wedding Cakes instead.

Just Temptations was an absolute pleasure to work with! They had made my brother's cake for his wedding about 5 years ago, so I already knew I'd be booking them for my own wedding cake. From beginning to end, they had great customer service. I had chosen a design and paid my deposit, but later changed my mind and went with a custom design. They were completely accommodating and did this with no issues. They were on time for the cake delivery, despite my wedding being in the heart of the PanAm Games! The cake looked absolutely beautiful, and both flavours (tiramisu and mango) tasted delicious!

Wonderful place, beautiful sample cake designs to choose from the showcase, the best is to choose the flavor from the fresh sample desserts which are given at the venue for tasting (yum yum), then choose the flavors, design, and that's it. Awesome service, polite staff. The best thing to watch is the staff preparing fresh cakes in their kitchen, through the open see through kitchen i was able to witness it by self, upon enquiring i learnt that they make fresh production every week upon orders received.

I found Just Temptations when doing research online. I chose them because of their unique designs. On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of displays. The young lady (blond, sorry forgot her name) who helped me was very easy to work with and very helpful when I told her I have a specific budget. The samples were delicious, I did not pick my cake on my first visit but eventually chose white cake with raspberry and chocolate. My 2nd visit was just as welcoming. This time the owner helped me and was very patient with my decision making, answering all of my customization questions and again considering my price range. Both times I was not pressured by time or did not feel any pushiness from the reps. After a few emails back and forth, with Sim, I finally came to the right decision. Sim was extremely helpful and followed up on my emails quite promptly. This was important to me because it made the whole process easy which is needed when planning a wedding. Overall, their service, price and product are excellent and well worth it. Thank you Just Temptations for making everything easy.

After meeting Antonella from Just Temptations Vaughan at the Bridal Show we booked our cake consultation to discuss our wedding cake. The showroom had so many beautiful samples as well as books of past cakes for plenty of ideas. Antonella was fantastic about helping us choose the style and size that worked best for us as well as discussing the various flavour options and which would compliment each other the most. We were so happy with the end result on the day of our wedding and got many compliments on our cake. It not only looked gorgeous but tasted amazing. My friend has refered me here. We had our babies first birthday party on Saturday with Minnie Mouse theme. Before ordering here I had checked almost 5-7 bakers and they were all expensive. My friend also was having her kids party other day. So they gave both of us good deal. I was worried about the design but I was surprised to see the exact cake that I had requested. Infact it looked better than the picture I showed them and guests loved it.

I bought a birthday cake from Just Temptations and it was one of the most beautiful cakes I have bought. First of all, the customer service at this location is outstanding!! They were so nice and patient and were helping me with every step of the way because I was confused in terms of sizing and design. I was getting a cake to feed around 70 people and their team made the process so easy! There flavours are also amazing, I bought a 2 - tier cake and the white chocolate mouse with raspberry filling is honestly the best filling I have ever tried. It just melts right into your mouth and have honestly never tried a cake like that before. I will definitely be coming back to them for more occasions!! I wish I could give them a 6 starts on their amazing customer service and the design and filling of the cake was just amazing! All the guest at my party got obsessed with the white chocolate mouse with raspberry and the red velvet cake! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book birthday/wedding cakes!

My experience was excellent, the show room was nicely laid out and I was able to custom build my tiers and flavours. The flavours were all so delicious it was hard to choose. We made an appointment to taste test the cakes at Just Temptations, and told them beforehand that we were interested in banana flavour - they said no problem. When we arrived the girl who served us seemed uninterested and was completely unhelpful. She brought out 7 flavours, none of which we were interested in. She said they were the 7 most popular and we weren't able to try anything else. After checking with the bakers that they could in fact make a banana loaf style cake, we placed the order, albeit with some hesitation. On the day of our wedding the cake looked nice, but it was CHOCOLATE. Not banana. How can you even mix those two flavours up? Talking with the owner after the event, he said he has been having 'staff issues'. I would too if I had to deal with the girl we did every day. We received a small refund but after a lot of haggling. Don't bother with this company.

I’m about a year late on my review but as they say it’s better late then never lol. Last April was my dad’s 60TH birthday and I was looking for a bakery and I came across Just Temptation on a google search and I decided to give them a call and I was able to set up a meeting with one of their staff member for a cake tasting. The lady that was helping my sister and I was super nice and friendly and she help us stay within our budget. I went in with a idea of what I wanted the cake to look like and she made it come true. My dad and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how real the ice bucket look and how delicious the cake was.

I attended a wedding show in 2015 and came across Just Temptations' booth where they had a beautiful display of designs AND samples of some of their most popular flavours. So I sampled...A LOT...and fell in love with the white chocolate mousse with raspberry flavour until I tried the strawberry shortcake flavour... Torn and undecided between flavours, I ended up putting down my deposit that day for a four-tier cake. Closer to my wedding date, I went in to the store with my sister to confirm the details and taste some more...we arrived awfully late but the owner was so kind and warm, he let us take our time even though they were officially closed for the day. My wedding cake was spectacular and everything I'd requested and expected...only thing was I didn't get to eat as much as I would've liked on the wedding day itself... So I'm here one year later ordering a cake for my one year anniversary...to not only relive moments from my wedding day but also satisfy my craving of the white chocolate mousse with raspberry goodness!

We used Just Temptations after consulting with a number of cake shops. When we first went to Just Temptations, we met with Maria who was friendly, helpful, honest, and very easy to work with. We had very specific desires when it came to our wedding cake, and after visiting several other bakeries we had developed a picture of what we wanted. Maria worked closely with us to turn that mental image into our wedding cake, and we were very happy with the results. Prior to the wedding, the store contacted us to consult on the final details and to clarify some specific requests in the order. The attention to detail was clear, and it was obvious that they understood how important even the smallest request was to us. In a business such as this, where most couples plan every single detail, I would expect nothing less and they did not disappoint. The final result was excellent. The cake was delivered on time, in perfect condition, and with complete professionalism. The delivery staff worked with our planner and the venue staff to move the cake in at the last minute through a back entrance (we didn't want the cake to arrive early or delivered through the foyer where the cocktail hour was progressing), and it all worked out. We had some concerns that our 8 layer cake wouldn't arrive in perfect form, but there was no issue. It was perfect. It is notable that part of the consideration for choosing Just Temptations was value. There were other vendors which I believe could have produced a (marginally) better result. These are specialist boutiques that produce the highest end wedding cakes. We did consult with a couple of these boutiques to understand the top end of the market, but in the end the decision to go with Just Temptations was not regretted and we doubt that the end result would have been significantly better if we had gone with a high end shop, despite the very significant difference in price. We highly recommend Just Temptations. If you are able to deal with Maria at the Vaughan location, I would recommend that you do so.

The size was correct and the colors on the cake were well done. Samantha also gave me a tasting of all the flavors they offer to make my decision. The only thing that I felt needs work was the box size for the cake was small. So we had to drive carefully so as to not ruin the cake in a half-opened box. Get bigger boxes please. Some were quite rude telling me what I wanted and not listening to what I wanted. Then I went to Just Temptations in Vaughan and there I met Maria. The other great thing was that they had tonnes of models in the showroom, so you could actually see the cakes, not just photographs, although those were also available. She took her time with us and walked us through all the options and we came up with a beautiful tasty cake, which were designs from 4 different cakes. They made a beautiful 5 tiered wedding cake. Each layer was a different flavour, double chocolate, lemon mousse, cheesecake and 2 layers of red velvet. Mmmmmm! Pearls, lace, gold broach, champagne roses and peonies, shimmer draping on the bottom just a few details to mention. AND BEAUTIFUL CAKE STAND! The cake was SPECTACULAR! My guests were impressed! We found out about Just Temptations from the Toronto bridal show and were overwhelmed by the number of wedding cake shops out there. I regret to say that though the cake tasted pretty good, the service wasn’t the best. Our cake was delivered over 2 hours late on my wedding reception . Due to that everything else was delayed. As the couple we couldn’t do our “walk-in/entry” until after the cake was delivered because that would have just looked strange if the cake was being set up after we arrived . It should have been there in time and before the guests arrive as the cake is one of the key elements and goes with rest of the decor . Wish they had atleast called us to give us a heads up. But there was no notice that there would be a delay.

My experience with Just Temptations was just awful. I was referred to this company by a friend and decided to give them a try. I first called in with a few questions about the pricing of their cakes, flavours, etc. and the girl on the phone was very helpful and kind. I then went and made an appointment for a consultation. I had a picture of a cake that I wanted to be reproduced. When I went in for my consultation, I was greeted by a lovely girl who was anything but helpful! She was excellent and made sure that everything was taken care of and paid attention to every little detail. When I showed her the design I wanted, she showed it to who I believe was the owner of the company and the head baker. He told us that it would be do-able and that I wouldn't have to worry. He was very fast paced and didn't really listen to what I had to say which was a little frustrating but I brushed it off. A week before the wedding I got a call to confirm all the details of my cake which I thought was a good idea. Everything was correct and I was excited to see my cake! The day of my wedding, I was very, very disappointed. For starters, the cake was 2 hours late! And on top of that it was NOTHING like the picture I had given them. Not even close. I was very upset and it completely ruined my day. The cake didn’t even taste that good. Mediocre at best. The cakes we had at the taste testing were 10 times better then what they put in my wedding cake. To be honest, I could have got a better tasting and looking cake from a grocery store. This mistake was solely the bakers and the owner who told us he could reproduce the design I had provided them. He tried to blame the girl who took my order who had no fault in the situation. She even called me to make sure everything was in order; e-mailed me a copy of my order form and everything was correct. I was also iffy about the bakers since they were students. I will never come back nor recommend any family or friends to this place. Just awful.

Samantha and the team were so accommodating when it came to the tasting in-person at the office, offered extra samples for my brother and his fiance that tagged along. The cake was made exactly to the inspiration picture I had provided, and they also arranged real flowers (that I provided) on the cake. Every single guest loved the cake and commented on it being fresh. I had heard so many horror stories about stale wedding cakes from other vendors so I had shared my concerns with Just Temptations when placing my order, and they definitely delivered on their promise. We chose Just Temptations because of their vast selection of wedding cakes. We were blown away with the number of display cakes in their Mississauga location. Throughout the initial consultation, cake tasting, and follow up the staff and owner were professional, helpful and courtesy. We ended up selecting a very unique cake which was on the higher end of the price range but it was worth every penny! Just Temptations did a phenomenal job matching the sugar flowers on the cake to my centerpieces. The cake looked and tasted amazing! We saw the booth for Just Temptations (Vaughan location) at the Bridal Show. I was very reluctant to taste the cakes because wedding cakes never taste that great. But I was happily surprised once I sampled the variety of cakes, they were moist and delicious. Therefore made our appointment to visit the store. Just Temptations, Vaughan location, we were welcomed by consultant Antonella. She had our samples ready for tasting. I advised her that not only I want a cake to look beautiful, but it must taste delicious. she assured us, it will be exactly what we were tasting. She wrote all the fine details down what our 5 tier cake should look like, Just Temptations, Vaughan location, came through, on the wedding day was delivered to the Hall, it looked beautiful and it tasted delicious. We were very pleased with Just Temptations, Vaughan location, and will definitely be using them in the near future. Let me set the record straight here. My wife and I were in a bind when a woman we found to make a cake for $200 for our daughter's first bday started showing attitude. We googled up cakes in mississauga and found this business. We swung by and did a tasting and were impressed. They were professional and provided samples of their best offering (which were amazing). The samples were even better than our wedding cake from 3 yrs ago for which we paid big bucks. We placed our order with JustTemptations and I went to pick it up. It was ready on time, and the owner did a great job. I went there and said I am there for pickup. The assistant said why don't you take a look at it; I was surprised. I looked at it through the bakery's front glass window, and saw the cake sitting there. It was like looking at a beautiful baby through the window of a nursery ward. I loved it, and it is hard to please me. I am the most anal, demanding consumer you can find anywhere (not that I show it). He and his staff even carried the cake in to my car, all of which was done for a birthday cake that was a few hundred dollars. Oh did I mention that pricing was great for the quality of the cake (which is the best you can find anywhere). I got a 3 tier cake for my baby girl and wanted to make sure there were no compromises. Did I mention he also gave me a huge discount which I didn't expect. It seemed like he made sure our daughter's first cake looked great and had a lot of LOVE applied to it. He and his staff were cordial, and seem passionate about their work to make sure things get done properly. It seems they like to make sure the experience is good for their customers. For the schmucks that are sad of losing business to this company, quit leaving fake reviews. My review should dispel any doubts you have for this company. They are legit, and deliver on their promises.

Just Temptations was great to work with. From the start, He was able to discuss what our dream wedding cake would look and taste like and from they were able to deliver exactly what we were hoping for! We went by appointment which I highly recommend, you can taste all of their different cake flavours. We decided on the three tier: Vanilla and chocolate mix. As much of a treat for our guests’ eyes as it was for their palates, the masterpiece that Just Temptations crafted for us is one of the top things we will remember forever about our special day. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and usually the cake is something to look at but pretty mediocre tasting. Obviously those brides and grooms did not do their cake shopping here.

We booked our cake through the wedding show (international centre) and it was the first vendor we booked with for our wedding. We booked through Maria and she was absolutely delightful! When we went to the shop to finalize details, we had such a good experience with the tasting and picking out our custom design. Maria was helpful and so much fun! she made sure we got what we were looking for in our cake. We ordered both a sweet table and our 3-tier wedding cake through Just Temptations and we were so pleased with everything! Our cake was beautiful and so delicious too! When I tasted the red velvet cake layer, my husband and I looked at each other and both commented at the same time that it was sooooooo good! We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the cake and sweet table was and how delicious the wedding cake was! The red velvet cake layer in particular was so moist, soft and the perfect amount of sweetness. Red Velvet is one of my favourites and it is a difficult cake to make well, but this cake was perfect! Thank-you to Just Temptations for making our wedding cake and sweet table so wonderful and memorable. We look forward to ordering our future cakes through you!

My friend recently ordered an awesome chocolate mousse cake from here. I went to go pick it up and it was quite seamless. I️ called ahead and Samantha was helpful with the process (I had gotten lost but she was super patient!). The shop is also really clean and has so much to offer - I’ll definitely look into coming here for future events. Love that they hold a lot of contests on their Instagram too! ????

Amazing Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate Sacher Flavour. The flavours were better on the wedding day than the ones tested at the Vaughan Mills location. We had a purple and silver cake with lots of customization. Both bride and groom are very happy with their product and would recommend them in the future

They had so many cakes and flavours to choose from I thought it would be overwhelming picking a cake however the gentleman we booked with was very helpful. We had a three tier cake and were able to have different flavours for each tier. In addition we were able to customize our cake to go with our wedding theme. In addition, and most importantly...their price was amazing!!!!! W wanted a beautiful cake without breaking the bank. That is exactly what we got a GORGEOUS cake that was a focus point at our head table and was delicious!!!! We received so many compliments from our family and friends!! We had a good customer service experience with the employees, they showed us few samples of different types of cake designs and also we got to taste few flavors to choose from Masood was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered a three-tiered vanilla buttercream cake for our wedding this past September and it was perfect. We had tried cakes at a few other places before Just Temptations, and this cake was by far the most delicious out of all of them. And somehow it was also the best price! They delivered it on time without any issues, and it was absolutely beautiful (and just as delicious as the original sample). I would definitely get another cake from this bakery in the future.

I ordered my wedding cake from the Mississauga location. Everyone complemented the cake and it was truly a masterpiece. I brought in different pictures of the color and design for each tier and it turned out exactly how I had imagined but better. They were honest and very helpful. We rented a cake stand which gave our cake a wow effect. I highly recommend this place and location. We ordered a 4 tier cake with 4 different layers. The cheesecake and double chocolate cake is ahhhhmazing! I looked into various cake places for my wedding and Just Temptations had the best cake and the best customer service. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
