I was craving some veal sandwich and this was one of the closest places nearby for lunch. I went in and the lady working was super nice! The place was clean but sorta empty/vacant which I imagine is due to Covid. I got a Veal Sandwich and it tasted pretty good. The price was great as well and not as expensive as some other similar places - at least for the veal sandwich. Would recommend for sure.

This bakery/cafe has the best desserts and food, however the service stinks. The people working here have no professionalism and are very rude. I have decided to stop coming here as a result. Its a shame since there aren't too many alternatives in the area with a hot table and good pastries. I would recommend the owners take a customer service course.

Came here for some Zeppole. Mama Mia! Very good and they were made for us within the hour. I appreciate the box of Zeppole in such a short period of time. This bakery has good espresso too and tables and chairs to sit down and watch soccer. Juventus seems to be the favourite in there!

Sad to post a bad review because the food (That was available) was pretty good. The options were running low at 12:30 pm on a Monday. Took forever to cash out and when i did the girl at the checkout charged me $221 instead of $21 to my debit card and then didn't know how to give me my money back. I had to go back later in the day to get cash. When i drove all the way back later i barely got an apology and not even a mention of anything free. Needless to say i won't be going back.

I ordered my best friends baby shower cake from this establishment. After I e-mailed them a picture of the cake weeks before. Not only did I get the wrong colour the cake has a huge crack down the middle. I told them I was not happy. The baker came storming out of the kitchen screaming profanities to my face. Not only can they not take criticism they are violent! Save yourself the horror of being violently treated by a baker from hell! Zahra

Must spend a minimum of $5 to use your credit card as payment. I walked out the door. Customer service means the customer has options... Seems like a good place to go. I just don't like to spend more because the business needs to save money on terminal fees.

Excellent! I ordered Red Velvet Cake for my daughter baby shower I wasn't sure about the design but I met Maria who helped me to add the elephant theme to it. It was terrific and so reasonable price. All my guests loved it. I also loved when they called me next day to ask about the event .Excellent customer service!!!

I know this place for a long time, now due to pandamic, the shelves are pretty empty, it's quite understandable, I am sure they will return in full swing once the pandamic is behind us. Very courteous, and nice people. Very clean excellent service.

We ordered two lasagna one large and one small. And one large chicken parmesan for 50 people for our engagement party. The lasagnas were all noodles and a little meat. Zero cheese. The chicken was sprinkled with a little dry parmesan cheese. No mozzarella at all. Zero flavour and dry. Very disappointed. We spent $300.00 on awful food. Will never return. I was actually embarrassed in front of my guests. I would not recommend this place to cater anything again. Very disappointed!!! Over priced, likes you to pay cash $ Trotsky destroyed my engagement party.

I had the giardoni, a wonderful sicilian dessert that was light but filling. It was aryoe of cannoli with crushed almonds on the top and a filling of ricotta and chocolate chips. It was very reasonably priced. I would definitely go again for that dessert in particular.

Maria welcomed my new husband and I into the shop a few weeks before our wedding and helped us choose a wedding cake within our budget. This shop was recommended by our venue and I can see why! The decor they put on the cake and the presentation was just gorgeous and so tasty! Best bakery ever! They make awesome custom cakes and delicious deserts. If you want to do a custom cake, it`s best to order in advance as the only use the finest ingredients (imported chocolate, etc.). If they have any issues in fulfilling your order they call you back to let you know. Anytime I have a special occasion, I will definitely order in advance.

My Italian mama approves of their food! Enough said! We recently ordered veal and a calamari plate. Both were excellent. The veal melted in your mouth and the sauce was plentiful enough to collect to make servings of pasta for two. This is my family catering go to spot.

Ridiculous service. The macaroons were very hard and terrible. I was given maple & whisky macaroons instead of strawberry flavour, we don't consume alcohol, and didn't realize until later on. Never going back there

I have ordered several cakes from this bakery, and I have been impressed with the quality. If you want a good cake, this is the place go. BUT and it is a big but, as a person of conscience I will NOT be going back to this bakery to order another pastry or cake. My last visit to the store I was ordering a cake for a family event, when 2 older middle-aged black women came to the store. They explained that they were there because they were waiting for another person. The two Italian ladies working in the store were so incredibly rude to these to people. The workers even told one of the ladies that she couldn’t use the washroom because the floor was wet. I didn’t say anything, maybe I should have, because I didn’t think it was my place. What struck about the situation was the look of disgust on the faces of the employees. I was so offended for these two older women of colour. It was disheartening When I left the store, I saw the two black women also leave. I will not be returning to this store to buy another thing because I like to think my conscience outweighs my need for a good cake.

While I have generally enjoyed the food at Diana's, the service has always been a complete downfall of this establishment. While I vowed not to go back, today was the last straw. Not only were the women who served me today completely rude, condescending and unhelpful, the sandwich that was made was completely under par for the price paid. I attach pictures of a sandwich that cost be $10.00, because I added "one more meat" which effectively equated two an additional two pieces . After asking for tomato and lettuce to be added, I was advised, somewhat under her breath for reasons unknown (something to do with the kitchen) that she couldn't comply. IT was after that moment another individual emerged from the kitchen. I find this completely hard to believe. Yet another ridiculous experience at Diana's.

We needed a dinner for 8 to take out of town. Diana prepared awesome disconstructed veal sandwiches with all the fixings. We just reheated and had the company assemble their own. We received many compliments on the food. The veal was very tender and her tomato sauce is to die for.

Dont come here if you have coloured skin, because you will get gossiped about and overcharged, and you will get bad attitude and a miserable owner charging you a price that doesn't exist!! I went to get a little treat and a coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and a tiramisu in a chocolate bowl. They said that their cappuccino machine doesn't work. so I had to order something else. it was a Latina girl and the Italian woman who is the owner who spoke with me. obviously they want me to order a latter because it costs the same as the cappuccino. but I didn't come for a latte. so I ordered a hot chocolate. which costs $2 not $3.25. And the Latina girl told me that the tiramisu is $3 as she read it off the price list she had written in her pocket. So after I ate my things something scetchy went down. I had mentioned to the Latina girl that I was ready to pay ,and she herself was not doing anything not tending to any customers, and she called the owner (I was scammed like this in Italy but I didn't want to make a scene here) and told her that I was ready to pay. so she punched in $4, and I asked what that was for, and she replied it was for the tiramisu. and I said but that girl told me $3 off her list she has, and she said no it's $4 but the square is $3. and then I have no idea how much I was charged for the drink. because she typed a bunch of numbers and it said error on the cash register. on the receipt it was just the monaris receipt so it didn't show what exactly I was being charged for. the owner didn't smile and rolled her eyes and was just so miserable. she didn't even say thank you, and it wasn't because she was tired, it was because I was coloured. I watched her smile and say thank you to all the Caucasian people she served. Can someone tell me how much I was charged for the hot chocolate? because it says $2 but yet after tax with the tiramisu I was charged $6.10. so if she charged me $4 for the tiramisu then how much was the hot chocolate and the tax? As I said, if your skin is coloured be prepared to be scammed

Rude and totally unprofessional staff, and very limited quantity of food for lunch, if you don't come early the food is all gone and they don't make more so there is a good chance if you go there for lunch there won't be much left to eat.
