The veal cutlet is smaller then most other places which make one of equal or better quality@ $10 per, compared to $7.50. Additionally, they added canned mushrooms, when I asked for none. And to top it off, the Eclairs I bought, were dry and lacking flavour.

Very poor experience. The first three things I asked for that they had advertised on their chalkboard, they actually did not have available. Not only that, but I was told abrasively that they did not have those things - even though they were listed on the board. Both the man and woman behind the counter rushed me to order when I was trying to browse. When I had paid for my food, the lady literally threw the bag in front of me on the counter. The salami was dry to top of it off. Worst bakery experience ever.

This place has the BEST desserts and cakes that I ever had from any bakery. Very traditional Italian bakery with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The zeppoli are very delicious and moist, really fresh. Spoke to a guy named Sil and he said he just made them fresh. The whole family loved them, not to mention the ginger bread cookies they have as well that are a hit with my 4 yr old (they have many characters —and we bought 2 of them to have)The bread is made freshly every day and is very baked early in the morning and tastes delicious.

The bakery looks like a quaint neighborhood bakery and there's some great looking breads. We tried a few items: the eclairs, a mix veg loaf and a strawberry loaded cupcake/tart. It was the first time I visited visited this store so I looked around and liked what I saw, went and brought my wife to select some stuff for us. Unfortunately, the lady manning the counter was a real downer. She was quite curt and borderline rude and seemed unhappy that we were spending time looking around the shop and seeing everything they had on offer.

I literally have nightmares from how bad this lunch was. Chicken cutlet sitting in water. Everything was bad ... ugh. Just no. And I've been to many Italian bakeries around Mississauga and Etobicoke. I spit out the food thats how bad it was. Probably the first time I've ever done that. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself.

Ordered a capaccino and it was basically a cup of warm milk. Looked like a good business so I figured it was an honest mistake so I went back to tell them so they are aware for next time. The response I got was really disappointing and poor customer service. I wasn’t even asking for my money back or a replacement. Looks like a good business but I’ll take my business elsewhere. I wish them well.

This place makes by far the best lasagna and eggplant parmigian. I'm so glad I discovered this gem. I ordered lasagna and eggplant parmigian for an office pot luck as I've had it before at my sister's house and my coworkers loved it. I'm so glad I grabbed businesses cards for my coworkers ????. Home cooked deliciousness. Absolutely the best I've ever tasted. And they have fresh bread and pasteries too, pies, cakes it's worth going to. Look at the photos those lasagna's were literally devoured. So good!

DONT GO HERE! The store owner literally touched every cookie and pastry that I choose to order WITH HIS BARE HANDS. While ordering another customer was impatient and handed the store owner money in his hand for her bread, the owner then asked me if I wanted anything else. After handling money in front of me the store owner wants me to order more so he can touch my food with his bare hands. *NOT SANITARY SAFE HERE*

The eggplant parmigiana is outstanding. The breads and pastries are great and popular. The only negative thing about this bakery is their prices have gotten really high throughout the years.

Food is not bad, but the service could be better. The guy is nice, but the woman is quite cold. Some reviews make the food at this place seem like 5-star quality. It's definitely not. Eggplant parmigiana was decent; the spinach and cheese pie was average at best. Canoli was not fresh, the shell was soggy.
