The bread is the best I've had in Toronto. It's always fresh and delicious. They also have a wide range of things! Croissant, bagels, buns, sticks, loafs and more! They also have a nice deli counter with many cheeses and meats to choose from and a small market where you can buy olives, cheeses, cookies, cookware and things like that. I've been going here for as long as I remember and I still love it as much as I used to.

This is a great homestyle bakery where everything is made with LOVE. Great service from all the staff, you can see why they’ve been around for over 30 years. They have everything from fresh baked breads, pastries, cakes, donuts, pizzas, plus other specialty foods like cheeses, cured meats, antipasti items, jams, pickles, pastas, vinegars and oils. Their donuts are made fresh every day and they often sell out - go early! So yummy. Definitely a hidden gem.

Cordi is by far the best thing that happened to my Neighbourhood. I get Fresh bread every day, delicious espresso, and the pastries...amazing. 1. Carrot muffins (to die for) 2. Chocolate donuts (just as amazing) 3. Cannoli's (great balance of creamy and crunchy shell) I'm a regular, what can I say. The service is great, if your in the area it's a must try.

Small but awesome bakery serving quality Italian food products and desserts I've been searching for a place to get a great cannoli around here and I finally found it! The cannoli were VERY fresh (Which is rare, there are so many places serving two day old cannoli that have gone soft). An added bonus is that the prices are really fair. I will definitely be back again (and again and again)!

Decided to go to this Bakery as I was told there Italian pastries are good and their donuts are to die for. Overall experience was okay the cannolis were the small ones and the lady admitted that they get the shells are not their own. But the cream is theres they are okay nothing I would go back for. the donut was your typical old school Italian bakery donut that I used to have 30 years ago sometimes it's good to have nothing over the top but I was there so I decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly no place to sit down so I took my stuff to go.

I really don't appreciate waiting for the staff to ask me if I would like to get any salami from the deli especially when they are talking to each other and see me standing right there! So many times I wanted to say "Are you done yet?" So that they would notice me. The staff needs to practice cleanliness as well as food handling. You cannot be wearing the same gloves and touching the salami to the cheese. Some people might have allergies which you need to be very cautious about. The buns are fresh, but could be a bit cheaper...

Kinda biased, since my mom worked there as a teen, and my friend who was in the same school as I, her parents ran the bakery, but, disregarding that, best bread. Always fresh, with a majority of selection, unless you come close to closing. If something was made yesterday and didn't sell, they'd cut the price and it still tasted fresh. Love the food, leaving church on Sunday everyone was there getting sandwiches for lunch ????But very good food, always fresh

LOVE this bakery! Fresh deli meat and cheese selections and bakery items, good selection of Italian condiments and great desserts (ESP the sfogliatella aka lobster tails, though they are only available on Saturday mornings, much to my dismay...but my jeans are happy) the donuts are also very good. Don't forget to grab an espresso on the way out....WITH a scoop or two of their delicious ice cream.

I used to work for Cordi Bakery and if a customer wants their bread and it's fresh from the oven we used to give the customer their bread in a brown bag so the steam stays in the bread and it's too hot to cut through the machine and the girls and staff are very friendly and the girls know what they're doing

While the food is excellent, when the younger staff are on, they are constantly chatting and treat you as though you are interrupting them when you try to order. It's a real shame because the more mature members of staff and the items sold there make for a great experience.

Donuts are amazing. Bread and buns are inexpensive but amazing. Calabrese buns and focaccia I highly recommend. Fast service, friendly staff, has a typical old school Italian bakery vibe. Must check it out for yourself.

Been shopping at Cordi Bakery for over 25 years. Must get their fresh Olive selection, rye bread and rolls and lots of their delicious cold meats. Strawberry tarts and Canolis are excellent!! In fa ct everything g is excellent. When my Mother and Father were in nursing homes, Rocco used to fix up platters of sandwiches and sweets for their nurses for me, I will love him forever!!

The products here are good but this place is a complete mess on the weekends and the store does a bad job of managing the long lines. Instead of having all cashiers have uniform methods of payment there's one for cash/debit and one for cash, leading one cashier to yell out "Paying with cash?!" every 10 seconds and having people walk up from the back because they think no one was paying by cash, only to be angrily confronted by a customer who thinks they've been cut off because you genuinely thought you were next. Why not just have all cash registers uniform to prevent these ridiculous situations? Bad oversight on management's part and makes for an unpleasant experience which makes you not want to come again.

Good donoughts and all but whoever my nonna spoke to was very rude. She bought cookies from here twice with egg shells in them so she mentioned it to one of the owners. This is because egg shells when baked can turn very hard and cut your gums. His response was “At least you know we use real eggs”. Get off your high horse.

Smells like fresh-baked bread as soon as you walk in. There's a good selection of bread at the back, but I went for the counter desserts. Grabbed an apple turnover, two Portuguese tarts, and a donut. The apple pastry was delicious. Very flaky and not too sweet. The donut was yummy too. Quite fluffy and also not too sweet. The Portuguese tarts were not good though. The custard part didn't taste right. I only got them because I love Portuguese tarts and had to try them. The cashier was really friendly. I would recommend this place as their prices are also good.

I haven't tried their cakes. We come for the bread and the DONUTS! Oh those darn donuts! Will never buy Tim Horton's again. I wish they would consider making maple flavour too! Hint hint, nudge nudge :) The staff is great and they went out of their way to make our shopping experience as pleasant as possible during COVID.

Delicious and authentic. The best Italian bakery around. The staff are so helpful and kind. They always make you feel special. My Italian parents started buying their weekly bread supply there years ago, and my mom, now in her 90's, still insists on going there. Love this place.

I would not buy my bread here. I was picking up cold cuts and watched an elderly man pick up and squeeze about 20 loaves of bread in front of the baker. He even had a conversation with the baker. When I talked to the baker saying that its not sanitary for people to be squeezing the loaves with bare hands, he said "it's okay". Yuck. If this is what you see when you are watching I hate to think what happens when I'm not.

A decent selection of items are available, though some of the coolers were off during my visit, so the selection might even be bigger normally. there is meat, baked goods (pastries, and cakes) and sweets, as well as every day essentials.

best Italian style croissants anywhere...same with rolls and buns....don't leave without some of there homemade doughnuts...the ones with custard inside are delicious

I got a very friendly, good community vibe when I went there. I ordered the traditional, chocolate-glazed Italian doughnut. Simple, quality donut. Not over the top. If that's what you like, then I'd recommend.
