Fresh buns! A favourite for my family in the Mississauga area. We like to go early in the morning for fresher options but it’s good through out the day and they continue to make goods during the day. You can call in advance if you’d like to reserve a cake or specific things.

Wooahh!! Definitely you have to go, they have super delicious sweet and savoury breads and pastries, and the price is ridiculous cheap for the quality. We left with 2 boxes full of products for less than 25 bucks.

Went twice so far, first time was there wanted to try their pineapple bun but went there when they were about to close, almost everything was sold out. So I was only managed to get a coconut tart and a peanut mochi. Both were really good, you can taste that it’s really fresh, definitely not few day old. Second time went early to make I get the pineapple bun. The second time I was told if I get 6 items then I would get 13% off. And so I got assorted items, hot dog bun, pineapple bun, peanut mochi again, red bean mochi, coconut twisted bun and a chicken curry bun. I wish I had taken photos of all the items. But only remember to take the chicken curry bun and happened to be one I didn’t quite like. Everything was great! Again, taste really fresh, absolutely love it, especially if you heat them up slightly in the oven. The only thing I wouldn’t get again in the future like I said is the chicken curry bun, not sure if it’s not enough of the fillings or just the taste is not exactly what I like. Something is just not up to my liking. But again everything else is amazing! Do go when you’re nearby and remember to get 6 items!

Been going here since I was a child. All my birthday cakes up to like 16 was from here. They consistently make great quality baked goods and never fail to impress. When I worked near there, I would hop in and grab some buns. Economical but yummy.

Ok why haven’t I come here before! This is a tiny cake house in a plaza by the Erindale go station. We stopped here after having dinner. We went in 30 mins before closing so a lot of the stuff was already sold out. We picked up a few items that were there - coconut tart, mini custard bun, butter roll, chocolate mousse, mango mousse, sponge cake. They actually give you 13% off if you get 6 or more items. Every pastry we tried was simply amazing. The sponge cake was my favourite- it was so moist and fluffy and amazing. I would love to come back in the morning when there is a full stock and try more items!!

Me and my family have been going to this bakery ever since I was a kid (black forests cakes for all our occasions lol). The best Asian bakery in our area. The hot dog buns, coconut buns, and the sugar donuts are my absolute favourite. Plus, they're super nice here. Must go. Support local!

Great Asian bakery in Mississauga. Nice assortment of fresh baked goodies and you should come earlier in the day on the weekends if you want to pick from an assortment. They always have a daily special that’s a bargain too. The Japanese cheesecake (more cake than cheesecake) is nice but not a true Japanese cheesecake. Their pastries, custard egg tarts, and the Swiss rolls are also good.

Small but good little place for traditional simply Chinese Bakery items. My favourite is the Walnut Buns. Children would likely really enjoy the cream filled buns though they are not as sugary sweet as you might think. You can't go wrong with the custard tarts.

The prices are very good, everything is mostly under 2 dollars!!!! The shop has good customer service as they say hello and know about the sweets. They have a variety of buns from savoury to sweet, the buns are really soft especially if warmed up. The beef curry bun was delicious as it wasn’t too oily and had a crunchy texture on the outside, although it was less of a curry and more of a Jamaican beef patty filling taste. The mango bun was absolutely soft and had a nice smooth filling that satisfies the need for mango. The walnut bun was okay, the dough was sweet but not too sweet and the filling had walnut paste with a bit of walnut pieces, it is less sweet than the others. The Red bean SnowBall/ Mochi was delicious because it had the tasty desiccated coconut on top and was superrrrr soft (compared to other Mochi I have tried). The Red Bean paste inside isn’t too sweet but just the right touch. I’d complain however that the white surrounding part isn’t sweet at all so alone it feels like jello and no actual sweetness. I’d only complain that when I went there was for some reason very low stock on a lot and therefore I had few choices to select. Would come here again (THEY ALSO HAVE HUGEWE CUSTARD BUNS AND CHINESE PINEAPPLE BUNS)

AMAZING fresh fruit cakes. Order at least a day in advance to avoid disappointment!! Learned the hard way once but the lady there helped me out with one of their Japanese cheesecakes lol. I did eventually get to try their cakes...more than once. :) The fruit cakes there are so delicious, not too sweet, and just perfect. This is the reason why you DON'T buy cakes from chains like T&T. (I mean, it's average; but you're paying the same money, so make it count!) You want a fluffy cake full of fruity goodness and a perfect balance of cream, cake, and fruit? RIGHT HERE. Picky family approved...

What I love about this bakery is that the breads taste great, very fresh and their price is not expensive. I usuall buy the chinese doughnut,coconut buns and custard buns. You can also buy japanese cheesecake here at 8 dollars. Before, they only accepted cash for payment but right now, they also accepts debit. The staff is also very pleasant to their customers.

I use to get all my cakes from Akko, but the last two time now my cake have ended up looking hideous. It's always smudged with a finger indent in the icing, the cake aren't properly covered in icing and simply sloppy in the writing. I mentioned it to them today that a smudge cake is unacceptable for any celebration. They took it back to only further smudge my cake and then tell me I'm too picky. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I won't be purchasing any cakes from Akko again with how consistently worst it gets every time.

The reasoning behind my 1 star for this bakery is because they refused to serve me. I came in to order a hot milk tea since it was a cold day for walking and I heard they have good milk tea, but because I was a lone customer and only wanted to purchase one milk tea they said they couldn't make it. How low can you be? Serious? You wouldn't make one milk tea just because I didn't want to order a bucket load? Never in my life have I been refused service because of pure laziness.

We have been going to these Chinese bakeshop more than 10 years. But lately, we noticed that their popular Chinese meat bun is not as tasty as it was before. The meat is getting lesser and bread is dry. Overall, they have other bake products that are still outstanding.
