I recently worked with Carrolls Bakery for a restaurant project. A hiccup in the order process was immediately corrected and a couple loaves extra were sent as their way of saying "Thank you for your patience". As they say "it's not about the problem, it's about how you fix them". Bravo Carrolls! You definitely made me a loyal customer.

Was disappointed after my first visit on a Monday afternoon, almost zero stock for sale besides bread. No pies for sale, no cookies, no cheese cakes or any cakes ect, nothing except bread and muffins which I make myself. I try to shop locally in miramichi but hard to do with businesses like these. I will not be returning as I don’t need bread.

I bought some type of strawberry or cherry square thinking they were like homemade. The icing was like fluff. The centre was a jelly and the bottom was like cheap cake mix.I was disappointed. I did not eat them. If I wanted fake baking I would have bought a Vachon Cake. Tasted the same. Will never ever go back or tell anyone else to go.
