Just check out there vegetable section. Mold all dripping on veggies under the top water sprayers. Most disgusting display i have ever seen. I will never shop there for produce or anything they prepare after seeing that terrible mess.

Was enjoying the store until I stood at the deli counter at 5:30pm on a weekday for 5 mins... no one came to help me... 2 different times another staff member saw me when they walked by, and made eye contact, and never called anyone for me... I gave up and went to the till, was ready to ask the lady at till 1 where the deli staff is, when she ignored me for 1 minute, I then put my items on the belt to get her attention. And at that point I was just so frustrated I wanted to leave. Felt invisible when there’s 6 workers standing around the empty tills and no one to help in other departments.

I just spoke to Jason- meat manager for the store regarding a $50.00 box of some frozen meat products obtained through local fund raiser. The product looked as though severely freezer burned. Although it appears the fundraiser was not through his store, the product was something they sold. He gladly took the product back and exchanged it for me no questions asked. While the produce here is nicer than most stores I'm incredibly unimpressed that they've reduced the selection of vegan options. Used to carry vegan cheese, but no longer. Also, this is one of the more expensive grocery stores and they refuse to match prices.

Love this store!!! But today customer service was bad!!! First the older lady at the till in express made so many mistakes with the lady’s order in front of me because she was so worried about the other cashiers getting their breaks, she was calling out to the other cashiers as she was working, didn’t even talk to the customer. I went to another till and asked if I could buy a paper bag, this cashier put my cake and a bag of carrots in the bag and left the rest of my items out for me to carry…… I did repack the back in order to carry it out. Hope this was just an off day, I really like the store

They have a good selection of fruit and vegetables but it is a smaller store and selections of other items are limited. I do like their bake goods but you need to shop before 6 pm or it's hard to find anyone in the bakery area. Overall I find they're higher priced than other options in the area.

I've been shopping here for years - mainly because it stocks a reasonable selection of products and I don't have to wait in long lines at the checkout. Their produce also tends to be of good quality. Although Sobeys increased the prices relative to their competitors a few years ago, their prices have become competitive again recently.
