Every one is verry nice brought my watch in at the time they were the only ones in the mall that could "change a battery" ended up braking the back of it and the enternils to it once she couldnt get the back on she hit it with a malet a few times then i was charged 300$ to have it fixed then last time i went to calgary to change the battery out at the jewlery store i bought it from was told they changed the eternils with a cheap watch and that they couldnt change the battery all in all awful service woupdnt recomend going for any repairs

We were super disappointed with this store!!! We are new we'd. We came to buy me a birthday gift. I wanted a particular item (white gold bricelet that would match my wedding band), so I went through whatever they had and didn't like any of their bracelets. I also chatted with lady trying to get a valuable advice cause I don't have a lot of experience with real jewels. She seemed nice and hold us there for good 20 minutes talking about pros and cons of the bracelets. Finally we went to other stores to keep searching for the gift. On our way back we were stopped by 2 policemen. The lady called the police and we were suspected of crime because of our Ukrainian accent! Apparently there is a crime couple that operates in Alberta that has an European accent. I looked online and they are not even our age group. The man is 30 and lady is in 50ees! They also have a photo of these two and they don't even look close to us. The day was totally wrecked! I consider it discreminative and will never ever stop by this store. I'd suggest sales personnel to make sure to have an evidence before calling police and suspect people based on their accent. There are 250K Ukrainian people and a lot of Russians, Romanians etc. If every Slavic person who comes to shop to your store will be suspected of crime, I'm afraid your business is not gonna survive.
