Very helpful and friendly staff working here. Enjoyed the Latin blend coffee of the day with the carrot ???? cupcake w/cream cheese. Also bought a fresh sourdough loaf… The interior was very spacious with 20+ foot ceilings. Will definitely stop back on my next visit to Medicine Hat

I ordered donuts for my crew and they packaged them up individually for safe consumption - even cut them in half per my instructions but didn't cut the cream filled ones! Smart! They go the extra mile!

Have you ever been up in the morning and decided to go for a nice warm cinnamon bun? Well if you wanted you bun served cold, in a random plastic clamshell, with a fork and knife that mean you are clawing your cinnamon bun into shreds more than cutting it then you are in luck! Bonus points for coffee served so scaldingly hot I can only assume they are using the McDonald's trick of keeping it hot so they a big vat lasts all day; can't really comment on the quality of the coffee because most of the VOC's have been burned off. I came in hoping for a nice place to eat a good cinnamon bun and do some work, and the atmosphere is not bad - especially the seating area at the front which is downright lovely - but the experience did not meet the hype. That said, would I come back, probably the doughnuts looked good and I wish them luck but it was not an out of this world first experience.

The place is really pretty and has brought bake a comfy feel to the Bakery Staff was very friendly and sweet which was so nice. Thou the prices of something’s is a bit over rated AKA apple snack, used to reasonable now more than a macaroon at some places. A dozen tiny apple snacks is almost $20 ????????‍♀️ bit excessive. And all the donuts were crazy DRY and ended up throwing them out wasn’t worth the calories???? Really Disappointed.

Bought fresh buns at 1:30 because they where soft. When ate at 5:30 and the buns where stiff and solid and hard to chew. When you take a bite it splits everywhere and crumbles in your hands. That never happened with the old owners, the new owners must be cutting costs and changing recipes. I do not recommend

Such a beautiful bakery and great location in downtown Medicine Hat. The BEST cinnamon buns in town for sure. They have amazing fresh breads and buns, treats and lunch combos and much more! They support and partner with local businesses in the community which is something I love. The atmosphere is quite lovely, great place to come and enjoy coffee and treats with all your friends! It is a must to visit Redcliff Bakery.

I had a hard time mustering up 1 star after my experience with your custom cake order online experience! After following all the perimeters I did expect to be contacted within 2 business days of my submission. Didn’t happen and you disappoint! One unhappy customer can evolve into many, be careful or you’ll have 100 more. An extremely flippant employee at your Redcliff location didn’t seem too concerned and reflects poorly on your business. No, I absolutely don’t recommend Redcliff Bakery and Eatery, neither locations.
