Awesome first time visit, hard to describe the tastes that touched the tongue, wow. Food was hot, service was fantastic, servers were friendly, courteous. I order the cottage pie, with a garden salad. After eating it I was full.

The server was very friendly. My meal was great but my husband had the 1/4 rib and sausage special. It was way over done and when she asked how our food was, we mentioned that both the ribs and sausage were way over done and dried out. At which time, we found out the ribs were from Friday... today is Sunday. This the dinner special. That was part of the problem. She apologized. We only received a 20% discount off of his meal. Don't think we'll be visiting there anytime soon.

Husband, 1 year old and I went there for breakfast, first time; we loved the Atmosphere (very relaxed and homey ) the service was excellent (water being re-filled, check up on us to see if we needed anything) and the food was filling (big portions and flavorful- we had cowboy and cowgirl specials) glad we decided to try this place out, we will have to try their dinner options at some point.

Papi’s Pasta… The Best !!! Fresh ingredients and large portion leaves you wanting Nothing more. I also ordered a side salad, which was fresh and delicious, but… I really didn’t need it ! The service was great, too.

Been here for lunch and supper and it's been good, however this morning I came in for the early bird special and it was fine, nothing special just a basic breakfast, pretty generic. The real issue is the coffee, I couldnt pour enough cream or sugar into it to make it palatable, very very underwhelming coffee. Probably wont be returning for breakfast in the near future.

I LOVE the spinach and strawberry salad. It's a big salad with tons of strawberries, lots of walnuts, and just the right amount of goat cheese. It's flavorful and filling without being heavy. Best part is, it's gluten-free! My partner had the liver and onions, which he enjoyed. Yay him. :-/

Friendly staff. I ordered the special which was a quarter rack of ribs, smoked sausage with fries. The ribs were way over done as was the sausage. Hard to cut and hard to eat. The fries were way under done and soggy. I would expect more for the 17.95 price tag. Not sure I would return.

Hard to talk to staff when we were wearing masks. Hard to understand when people wear masks. Not just this place but every where. Server was Very Friendly and efficient. Food was good, lots of broccoli on the seniors dinner. Will go back there again.

Absolutely Amazing Food and Place! Stopped in on Easter weekend at Papi's Country Kitchen travelling back from Maple Creek SK on our way home to Calgary AB. I had the Rancher & my wife had the Cowgirl's Special. Atmosphere was upbeat & modern, the service was fantastic, and the food quality was amazing. The owners and staff went above & beyond for our dining experience. Only place to eat in Medicine Hat; in my opinion!!!

Our food was amazing I had the cowboy breakfast and the price is more than fair and the amount of food was incredible. Our waiter Kevin was great very friendly drinks were topped up constantly the speed that our food came out was great and was hot. We had the pleasure of Janine ring us through super friendly very funny . We will be back for sure and highly recommend !

1 star only because they would not answer the phone. When we did eat there the food was fantastic but tried to order today and just kept getting disconnected. I gave 1 star initially out of frustration cause I wanted a clubhouse really bad lol. Turns out they were closed and having problems with there phone system. After being contacted they assured me there was or will be an answering service to reflect hrs from now on. Thank you ????

As a first time visitor my rating is based on food. Service was excellent with very friendly staff. The food however was not the way we had ordered. Eggs were not fully cooked as asked, bacon was limp and not fully cooked, as i asked for crispy bacon. Hash brown potatos were no where near browned. French toast and pancakes were very good. Our first impresions dictate weather we return or not so i guess not. Sorry it turned out this way but first impressions are very important in the food industry.

This place is awesome. Good food fast! Update. The shredded potatoes are just loaded with oil. Been here 4x. Its the same everytime. Had to subtract 2 starts. Also the turkey dinner is very light on meat. But tons of stove top stuffing and mashed potatoes

Huge fail tonight! We were offered a beer or wine. We don't drink! Maybe try a different phrase! We were seated for 15 mins, served waters, but no order taken for that time. We did however get to listen to our waitress tell the table next to us,and loud enuf for the whole restaurant to hear, all about her gallbladder surgery and the " racial slur" lady that replaced her at work. Wow! Will never be back again! You should be ashamed and fired!

Stopped in Medicine Hat for some supplies, decided to take the wife to Papi's for supper. Wow! The rib special they had on was just fantastic. Our server had informed us that Papi's has their own seasoning, and slowly smokes the ribs to fall off the bone perfection. Plus, the deserts offered are remarkable. Will be back soon!! Great Job Papi's Country Kitchen!!
