Will never go back to this restaurant. Cleanliness is something to be desired, one waitress walked around with her mask under her nose, and my breakfast came with a surprise on it...which was found after eating 2 pieces...explained as avocado...good thing I'm not allergic like my sister!

I'm not sure why this place isn't packed all the time. The food is very good and the service has always been spot on. When you have a server joking with your 90 year old mom, keeping a smile on her face the whole visit, it's a place you want to go back to again and again.

The food was great! Pork Sausage and Bacon cooked to perfection, along with double blueberry pancakes. You won't be left hungry thats for sure. Bonus: the waitress was SUPER!

Ordered and it took a hour for my food to be ready! Aswell ordered maccronii and cheese and got kraft dinner whitch I could've made myself at home if I wouldve known it was like that... Asked for a ceaser salad and got a salad with tomatoes and onions definitely not ceaser..... very disappointed

Very poor service, waitress was too busy visiting, after 10 min I got a menu, ordered a cofee and cream, after another 10 min she poured me a coffee while talking to people in the booth beside me(very talented at that) then she walked away, never did get cream or my meal order, waited another 5 min and walked out, leaving my full cup of black coffee. (restaurant was not busy at the time)

Breakfast sampler was good. A lot of our food had a buttery taste to it and I'm not sure if this is just the IHOP style or not. Atmosphere was a bit generic and "safe" in my opinion.

Had to send meal back twice to cook eggs to my liking, didn't get it right so didn't eat. Would not recommend this place.

We stopped at IHOP on our way through and had a great experience! We were seated immediately by the friendly hostess and our server, Theresa, was absolutely incredible; she was very patient while I was indecisive and then allowed me to order a smaller portion meal off of the senior's menu. Our food was delicious and the service was fast. We will definitely be back!

Place was completely empty when we went in. Server was pleasant but had to repeat the order several times, and it was straight off the menu with no modifications. Food was hot and cooked well, but didn't offer anything special.

Took my son here and had a fantastic breakfast. He went a bit overboard with the massive omelette. Everything was delicious! I had the strawberry crepes. Service was very fast and efficient. I will definitely come here again.

The service was first rate, restaurant was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Personally, I thought the large sized soup was very small. And when we were there, they were out of chicken fingers, so my kids had to pick a different menu item. But overall we were happy with our visit.

Good service on a Sunday morning (after church brunch time). I am only reviewing it 4 stars due to the removing of Red Velvet pancakes from the menu. I know that this particular franchise has nothing to do with the menus. but maybe whoever sees this will take it to the higher ups.... Bring Them Back Please!!!

Food was good but when they give the interact machine the cost is not what you see first just large print asking about how much I am tipping I do not believe in tipping a restaurant a server yes so if your machine asks about a tip you won't get one we weren't even asked how our meal was,pathetic

I came to the restaurant at 8:05 alone she said we are closing at 8:30 and ask if it would be for take out I said no I would prefer to eat at a table not my car she said well we are closing and take out is all I can get lol. Usually closing at 8:30 means accepting customer until 8:30 not turning them away at 8. Never will I come back to this location and will steer as many people away that I can.

Our family came here 3 nights in a row as we stayed nearby. The service was quick and friendly and atmosphere was cozy. Here's what I liked. The salads were delicious, with a variety of different kinds of lettuce mixed together and veges. I also thought the pancakes were amazing and I don't even love pancakes normally. We got a Mexican pancake with cinnamon, wow! Tasted more like an amazing dessert then supper. I also got a tilapia dish which I found quite bland but the bed of spinach it was on was fresh and I enjoyed the sauce. The garlic burger was nearly 5 stars, we thought it was a good fresh tasting burger. And I got a chicken crepe which was my favorite thing I ate there. I would recommend, especially for children. They loved it!

One of my favorite places to dine at. Always have had amazing service and food. The prices are great and the place is clean and family friendly. We usually get the same waitress (and I can't, for the life of me, remember her name) and she is FANTASTIC! Her friendly and upbeat personality is awesome and I love how casual she talks to us and makes us laugh. Great service every time! And the food is always done so well. Love that they have no sugar added syrup as my dad and I are both diabetics so we are able to have their buttermilk pancakes.

We went to IHOPS in Medicine Hat for dinner tonight and were completely unhappy and disappointed in our meal I ordered NY cheesecake pancakes and they tasted like plain old buttermilk pancakes, my partner ordered pancakes and chicken and the chicken was rock hard, they did replace them only to find that it is completely processed chicken, the service was sub par at best, there were only us and two other families in there and they couldn't get it together to save their lives, probably wont be eating there again, when we got our bill we didnt even get a discount on our meal...horrible experience

Stopped here as we were passing through. I had read a couple bad reviews but decided to stop anyway as we had never been to IHOP before. It turned out to be great. Our waiter was quick and very friendly. The food was good and the servings were very large. We left over full and happy.

My experience at this location was great. The staff was great and was willing to adjust the meals for our picky children. The pricing is on par with what you would expect with a breakfast diner at a about $10 to $15 per meal. I recommended this location if you are in the area. Best to show up early to avoid the rush.

The Cinn-A-Stack pancakes are incredible. Every time I order them, they’re delicious. However, everything else that came with my takeout order (eggs, sausage, and crispy cubed potatoes) were cold and borderline soggy. The pancakes totally make up for it, but I do wish the other items had more consistency with their quality.

Good food. Good service. Large portion sizes. A bit pricey though. I had the colarado omelet with hashbrowns as my choice of side. It has pork sausage pulled pork bacon green pepper onion and lots of cheese with a side of salsa.
