Michael is seriously the best. I make sure to only shop when he is in because he’s so fun and energetic and genuine. He’s helped me find products SO fast so I didn’t have to spend hours looking around. He’s knowledgable and a genuine nice person. Any company would be lucky to have him as an employee. Everyone else is also super super awesome and they all have such great advice but Michael makes you feel like it’s only you he’s helping. This location rocks.

Upon entering your store in Woodgrove Mall I was asked by the staff member at the entrance if I was looking for anything specific and I advised I was only browsing. In my 15 minutes in the store I was asked by 5 different staff members if there was anything I could be helped with. Normally, I would be happy to see this many staff on the floor assisting customers. However, during COVID19 this seemed excessive as there are new limitations of how many people can and should be in close proximity. I felt as though I was being ushered to the back of the store and the staff were hovering to try and get me out as soon as possible. This location should reduce the amount of staff on the floor and communicate with each other about the customers intentions so we aren’t feeling pressured and can browse freely. 2 Stars for your excellent smelling products.

I went into bath and body works today with my friend. They had a sale on for buy two candles get to free, so we decided to get two candles each and split the bill... it came to 28$ each so my friend first paid debit and her card said approved. For some reason the teller said it didn’t go through and she had to cancel it and my friend had to pay again. She looked on her online bank statement and the 28 dollars DID come out, we told them we were not going to pay again and that I would pay my half so we could go. They wouldn’t let us pay the other half, give her her candles or give her a refund! We went to her bank and got a print statement that showed the money had come out and that we would like her product and to just leave. They had us waiting standing in the middle of the busy store for half hour with a 3 year old while they called their “tech”. After that time we didn’t even want the candles anymore and to just get her money back so we could go. we didn’t get a single apology from the assistant manager and we did not get our money back because they said it will be deposited back in a couple of days. The fault was on their end with the machine and not ours, our card approved so why are we supposed to just leave and wait around for money that may not get refunded into her account? They tried to fix the problem so they weren’t out 28 dollars instead of fixing their customers problem that THEY caused. Unfortunate customer service and an absolute terrible “assistant manager” a sorry would have been nice, instead we had to leave with nothing to show for the hour we spent trying to buy a damn candle.

I have a weakness for nicely scented hand soap and I treat myself to 5 or 6 soaps every 6 months or so and no other soaps come close to the quality of their foaming hand soaps. I was a bit nervous to go to our mall and into a store during COVID-19 but immediately before entering a very nice and personable young lady met me and asked if I had been in the store since it reopened. I said no and she very patiently explained the new procedures to me, apologetic when telling me that I could not open the soaps to smell but showed me where to find the scent description on the back of the bottle and directing me to the sink where a good amount of test bottles were set up to smell. This was after pleasantly offering me a selction of yummy smelling hand sanitizers before entering. I went in knowing one scent I wanted and after reading some descriptions headed over to the sink. I waited patiently for the customer there to finish and then sampled a couple. A very knowledgeable representative who was standing by, asked me what scents I tend toward and then made some suggestions along the same line, and a few different ones. I was able to test some and her descriptions of smell were astoundingly vivid. One patron complained how hard it is to buy soaps without smelling them and the representative patiently helped her find a product that she'd like. Based on her knowledge and belief in the products I feel confident that I and any other consumer looking for the right scent will be satisfied. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful, mindful of physical distancing and considerate of others. I appreciate the pressure they must feel at work in this strange time, and I for one am grateful that they continue with their trademark positivity and sunshine. Thank you for a great experience!
