There is a new bakery in the arcade plaza downtown called Country Crumbs. Good breads, lots of pastries awesome banana bread. Excellent and friendly service. Can't wait for the restrictions to be lifted so we can enjoy the ambiance of this little bakery and cafe.

Building is clean and kept up. Owner is attentive to tenants needs, and the rental price is very reasonable. Was there for three years, and have never had a problem or complaint. (Only moved due to a change in needs). There are some issues with accessibility on the lower level, which is indicative of the architecture of the time, but the main and upper levels have their own entrances. Parking is also a bit of an issue for some tenants, but that is beyond the control of the owner or management, and considerable effort has been made to expand parking to the 'upper' parking lot behind the building. The Arcade Plaza is a landmark in Medicine Hat, a building of history and significance, and I recommend anyone who needs a downtown location for their business to consider the Arcade.

I'm excited about the small merchant vending site opening March 1st. Rumour has it a terrific chef will sell real German sauerkraut and Korean kimchi. Also focaccia bread and tomato sauce.

Great building, very quiet and we'll kept. I stayed here while working in town for 13 months and never had an issue. The rooms were comfortable, laundry facilities were full size and building access was easy and private. Landlord was very easy to deal with. If I'm even working in Med Hat again I would stay again.

The Arcade Plaza meets my business needs perfectly. With a great mix of locale, rental rate and complimentary companies, the Arcade Plaza should be a contender for your business. The Landlord, Nav, is polite and attentive to the needs of the tenant. All round, a great option.

Our Forgotten Youth

Nav is the Landlord Shark missing from all the baby shark cartoons. I would stay clear from this guy. He's dishonest and he is a loan shark, he will make your life hell as a tenant.

Very quiet building and any issues that may occur Nav took care of it right away . Very good landlord. Felt very comfortable and apartment had everything a person needs. Home away from home. I would stay here again. ????

Very nice clean mall. The indoor Court Yard is great during winter and summer. It is also nice that they have plenty of parking in the back for customers.

The Arcade Plaza is attractive with a great variety of Rental spaces Available for retail, office, and accommodation. Nav, the owner, is kind and encouraging, allowing for creative ideas to grow.. The plaza at the heart of downtown stretches from the DQ corner to the 2020 glasses store. Three street-front stores offer a selection of refreshments. Try fruit smoothies at the Dutch store; Ethiopian coffee at the Ethiopian cafe ; or kombucha at the corner shop. While you’re at the plaza, you can also get your bike fixed and your clothes mended and browse the SEAWA gallery for art - all with one stop !
