This place is wonderful! It's located in Town Centre Mall which is very quiet and has a certain old time charm. I have not yet tried their chocolates but I've had their gelato many times and it was always delicious. I highly recommend the pistachio simply because it is so much better than what I've gotten at other gelato places. All the other flavors are worth trying as well. I also recommend their whiskey gelato (you can taste the alcohol!) and of course, their double chocolate (fine fine chocolate used).

So happy to have a local chocolate shop in town! Stopped in and had a good chat with one of the Owners; very accommodating, friendly, and polite. The chocolates are divine as well, of course. Would highly recommend any of the truffles; I really like the Espresso ones (if you enjoy coffee and dark chocolate). Savoury and smooth.

Most erragant owner I have ever met! Don't go in there if you have toddlers who like to touch things. Not only will he jump down your throat about it, but laugh at you as you leave almost in tears. That was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced.

Wanting calm, pleasant service? Wanting a variety of selection? Want to escape into a little oasis of chocolate? Annagrets is the destination for you. Just visited them yesterday for the first time and now know where I'll be returning. Staff were gently attentive. Selections of hand crafted chocolates were available in both milk AND dark chocolate! Displays of chocolate were a visual delight (and well labelled). I was delighted to see the variety of chocolate Christmas characters - in different sizes! Angels, Santa, trees, animals, others I haven't seen elsewhere . . . quite European. I noticed they had packages tailored to different professions (ie: doctor). Flavour and freshness - yup. The full size dark chocolate sample I was given left me wanting more. As I was trying to narrow down my truffle selections, I noticed a chocolatier bringing out just-made truffles to refill rows that were selling fast. Added bonus: no loud music piped into shop! :D Annegrets is more than a chocolate shop; it's an experience. Slow down, take time to browse, enjoy.

I LOVE Annegrets. Best chocolate anywhere! Better than Bernard Callebut in my opinion. I only like the best chocolate. If you like dark chocolate, try the blackraspberry truffles. My weakness! I only wish that they had longer hours.... Then again maybe that's a good thing!

Local, homemade, better than Purdys in my opinion. Excellent truffles, and they often give you a sample of chocolate while you are browsing. They also make super delicious florentine cookies.

The young lady working the register had a serious attitude. It seemed like anything you asked her annoyed her. When we asked for a coffee she said there was none. She couldnt even bother to offer to put some on. Pretty much anything we asked was responded to with attitude. Will never shop here again.

Waz verry disappointed and felt verry riped off... After going to buy some easter chocolate she rings in my chocolate eggs (10 little chocolate eggs for 5$) first it took her 20 min to figure out the till and how to ring stuff in (so I wasn't about to return them)... But after paying she tells me that these aren't actually annegrets chocolate... WHAT!!! they are cheep chocolate from Costco... I couldn't believe it I waz in shock.... I whent to purdys the next day and got some real chocolate... Verry disappointed in annegrets ????????????????

The Gelato here is amazing! Annegret makes it all in-store and it doesn't contain any preservatives. They also offer som great sorbets which is great for me since I have a dairy allergy. They will let you try any of the flavors before you pick as well ????

My wife and I have been going to Annegrets for years and it is without a doubt our favourite chocolate shop! Robert and Annegret are so passionate about their chocolate and the truffles that Annegret creates are a work of art and the best my wife and I have ever had. We were sad to see them leave Kelowna, but will continue to support them no matter where they are and we are looking forward to our first shipped order! I've been purchasing chocolates from Annegrets for quite a few years. Robert, his wife Annegret and Talaina are all kind and good to the core people. I'm so glad to see that they survived the long drawn out Town Centre renos....a true testament of a chocolatier with a superb product and superb customer service. I love their chocolates but now that I've read all the rave reviews on their gelato, I'll have to give the different flavors a try too! Please support local artisans such as these.

I purchased Easter chocolates from them March 29, 2018. Wonderful little bunnies, chicks and lambs. The lady at the till was very helpful and approachable. The prices are fair. Here is the picture of Easter Bunny, delicious!
