When an item has a price, and arrives at checkout, if by scanning that price the price is higher, it should be set to the price shown on the item and reduced by $ 10 if the item is above. $ 10. When I told him, he completely changed his attitude to a very rude one. I used to go to this store (matane) every week but with an attitude like that, it does not reach me! So I'm not going anymore (Original) J'y ai emmener ma mère faire quelques achats , nous avons rencontré par hasard les supérieurs (probablement gérant et assistante gérante) tout ces très bien passer jusqu'à temps d'arriver à la caisse!! La jeune fille qui était à la caisse, très gentille ,polie ,souriante à vite perdu son sourire quand le gérant s'est mis à l'insulter, à laisser présager qu'elle était une incompétente et qu'il aurait fait mieux de passer à une autre caisse ! Tout ça, parce que les prix ne concordait pas !! Il y avait une affiche de la protection au consommateur sur l'exactitude de prix et le gérant n'a jamais voulu la faire honoré !! Il s'est défendu en disant que ça ne s'applique pas à eux car ils ajustent les prix directement à la caisse! Ce qui est faux! Lorsqu'un article présente un prix ,et arriver à la caisse ,si en scannant ce prix ,le.prix est supérieur, il doit être mis au prix indiqué sur l'article et réduit de 10$ si l'article est en haut de 10$ . Quand je lui ai dit , il a completement changer d'attitude pour une très désagréable. J'avais l'habitude d'aller à ce magasin (matane) à toute les semaines mais avec une attitude comme ça, ça ne me rejoint pas ! Alors je n'y vais plus
