In quarantine at a Winnipeg hotel for 2 weeks, we placed a pretty large order (a lemon meringue pie, 8 alfajores, many pastries) to have daily treats that help break the monotony. I went for the first time yesterday and picked up two pies, blueberry and apple. Both were delicious and the shop was very friendly and clean. Everything else looked delicious too. Awesome place!

Recently picked up a $35 tiramisu from Munch It and was very satisfied. The cake’s presentation was sophisticated and clean. Icing was smooth and uniform and a a pretty ribbon adorned the lady fingered sides. Beyond satisfied with the appearance. You get what you pay for. The only negative comment is on the texture - while the flavors and cream were luscious, the interior lady fingers could have used more soaking as they were still a bit dry and ‘cakey.’ If you like that, you’ll have no problems. Overall, I would definitely return! Especially to try the beautifully presented and fairly priced display case offerings. The price:quality ratio is outstanding! As a further note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good people!

Amazing pastry desserts handcrafted Argentinian style! The owner and his staff were great with us and other customers. Prices are very reasonable for the quality/amount you're getting. The place is spotless and basically new...You can also sit down and have a coffee inside. Will definitely come back to try more stuff in the future.

This place has a good variety of baked goods with decent prices. I do not like desserts that are too sweet, and their desserts are light and delicious. I really enjoy the mango mousse, perfect amount of sweetness with natural mango pure, absolutely none of that terrible artificial mango flavour.

Great experience and great pastries. I ordered 10 mini cakes for a birthday and got delivery. My cakes arrived on time and were so good. It was nice to have choices of different cakes. They were fresh and look beautiful. I also ordered the empanadas for lunch. They are quite tasty too. I will order again in the future. Thanks Munch it!

I decided to try Munch It Pastry Shop after reading the reviews - and they were spot on! I enjoyed a handful of treats which made my birthday in a new city extra special. The best tiramisu I have had, incredible dulce de leche and a lemon meringue that was so delectable I will be back for more. My boyfriend describes me as 'the pickiest pastry eater I have ever seen' and I loved every item I tried. Thank you to the Pastry Chef!

Worst bakery in town. Literally nothing here tastes good, all their desserts have bad flavour and texture, with intense sweetness and coarse sugar. Wife bought a couple breads and some mini cakes and we had to throw it all out. Don’t buy from here, so many better bakeries in town.

This is one of those hidden gem places. Their chocolate sin cake is hands down the best chocolate cake I've ever had and they have a really good strawberry cheesecake. Love this place

I cannot recommend this place enough! I've always wanted to try this place during my pregnancy however because of the pandemic I wasn't able to go out to any places but my husband surprised me with mini cheesecake after I was able to deliver the baby at the hospital nearby. Their cheesecake were delicious! Months down the road from friends and I we're just nearby and we wanted something for dessert after our outing at The Forks, I recommended the place to them and they loved it too. I also suggested this place to another friend of mine who had a sibling's birthday and needed a cake in short notice. They were able to accommodate the request and made an adorable Shutterfly cake! I'm definitely going to order something from them for my daughter's first birthday! The cakes are reasonably priced and a lot of care goes into the design and quality.

Our go to place for excellent pastries. Lemon horn, chocolate sin cake and cheesecakes are absolutely delicious. Just as I was leaving they brought out fresh cinnamon buns and they looked amazing will definitely try those next time. Used to visit another popular pastry shop but since we found this gem we keep going back. Very nice people work there as well. Highly recommend this place.
