If you on keto, low carb or a diabetic, you need to check this place out. They have a carrot cake to die for. Super moist, and tasty as can be, even days later when you finish it.

Everything I tried tasted very good. Deluxe pizza, pizza pockets and donuts. The donuts are by far the best keto donuts I have tried. The flavour is amazing. I just wish I could buy 1 at a time for a treat instead of having to buy a whole package. I will also say that I found the pizza sauce way too spicy for me. I could hardly eat 1 slice. But that is really a personal preference and nothing negative on the entire item. If you are like me and don’t enjoy anything spicy don’t get the meat lovers pizza. The crust is amazing and the flavour is there. I will be trying different flavours.

I don't typically write reviews, but got some cupcakes and the S'mores pie for my mom who is on the keto diet. The goods are fresh and delicious! Will definitely be getting more for her soon. The delivery option is a life saver as well. Keep it up!

Great service, very good food!!a little more expensive than I can afford, so I don't frequent they place as often as I would like, but it's an awesome great once in a while. Pizza pops are really good! And the little dessert cups!

Went for the first time last week. Picked up the lemon bar, pizza pickers and breadsticks. FANFRIGGINTASTIC!! Definitely too expensive to shop there all the time. However, I dont have the time nor the inclination to bake these items (factor in the time it takes to bake them AND the wholesome products used) so when I can, I buy a few of the products.

This place is amazing! I'm so happy that there's a great option for keto/low carb eaters, or people who just want less sugar in their lives. I highly reccomend the pizza pockets and donuts, but everything we tried was delicious. I'll be back again and again.

Went to the store in headingley never been there before wanted to ask a few questions and the owners son was running the place all he could say to me was I dont know much about keto so I tried asking the lady who's the Baker there and she really didnt know much either so why wasnt the owner there to run her shore so when ppl like me come in asking questions not impressed with how she runs her business from the food I bought the donuts were the only thing I didnt hate
