Great costumer service and the presentation of the cakes are on point. It was my first time buying a cake here and my friend hyped it up aswell as it seemed very busy too, so I bought my bf's birthday cake here. To be honest the cake wasn't very good... maybe I picked a bad flavor (strawberry chocolate), but my family was not a fan of it and not alot of people finished their slice. For the price point and hype I was expecting more, the icing lacked flavor/sweetness and it just tasted like butter/lard. I was hoping it would of had strawberry filing in the middle, it was very basic chocolate cake with flavourless mouse icing. I'm pretty disappointed in the cake... but the icecream was great!

If you're a fan of the typical North-American baked stuff where a lot of cheap margarine-based cream is put on a thinnest possible slice of dough made out of God knows what - then yeah, go ahead, this place is for you.

I have been trying to order a cake for 2 weeks! Ive called 3 times and was always told someone would get back to me...well i called last friday and was told Tuesday id get a call for sure.. its now Wednesday and of course no call. so i personally didnt order the item from goodies but i went into work the other day to see one of co_workers had purchased an apple pie from there and he said i could have a slice. and omg that was the best apple pie i have ever had. it was just like you would make it at home and big pieces and a healthy amount of filling. my co-worker said the slices of apple were to big but i totally didnt mind. i like to be able to taste the apple not the jam mush you get when you buy a pie from a grocery store. 10/10 would definitely go there.

The ONLY place I go for Cannoli, in Winnipeg. My favourite are they Chocolate Chip Ricotta, and the Chocolate. The Pistachio, and the vanilla are good, too. The fillings are creamy and not overly sweet. The texture of the filling is perfection. But, for me, it's the Cannoli shell that completes this dessert. The coffee is good; the Cheesecakes are better (although the price reflects the quality and may likely influence whether or not you'd try one.) If i'm in the area, i'm stopping in and getting two mini cannoli for the road. Immediately making my day less stressful and far more delicious.

I'm pretty much done with Goodies and their practise of serving frozen cakes. the first time it happened to me, it was an anomally but now it's all i get. you don't go to a bakery and spend 40 or 50 dollars on a cake because you don't care if its fresh and ready to serve i have shopped at Goodies for many years but i won't be back until they rethink their business model. what's more, i will warn everyone i know not to waste money when they can go somewhere else for fresh and ready to serve baked goods. bad business, Goodies, I'm sorely disappointed.

Have been going there sense I was three years old, they have changed ownership many times but still try to stick to the same desserts. They have taken away a few of my absolute favourites but when you go the must haves to try would have to be: -Cannoli (pistachio is the best) -Italian peaches -Imperial cookies -Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie -Amaretti Cookies Best place to get some good gelato too give the lemon or berry a try you won’t regret it!

Absolutely terrible! We ordered cupcakes for baby shower and had several correspondences with them. Asked them when to come and pick the order and they confirmed it's all ready and you can come anytime..when I showed up nothing was there!! Asked to talk to the manager, they gave me the assistant manager to talk who was not fair as well!! She didn't speak probably!! End of story they ruined the baby shower for girls! And they refused to give me contact of the manager. They didn't admit they were mistaken and told me to take the Cupcakes or leave/contact the manager. There are several cake designers in town that are more careful with their customers.

This place is getting worse and worse …nothing like before any more …if you stop by to grab a cake ..you will expect NO to writing anything on the cake ( new policy not allowed) they will tell you NO tap in the payment machine…they will tell you NO they can’t put anything on the cake for you ( they are not allowed to)!!! Thought we would give this place a try and I asked the wife to get something fresh with real icing maybe.. Well the icing was the same on all of these litle cakes.. Dry cake with plain sugerless tasteless butter icing..unless you like eating unsalted butter or margerine In the garbage this is going.. What a waste.

I've gone to this place many times for some pastries. The last few times I've gone, the staff was absolutely NOT friendly. The girl with a British accent who was "helping" me was extremely rude, had attitude towards everyone, rolled her eyes when I had a question, and appeared very inconvenienced by her "job". Not a single smile from her. On Tuesday, a girl with super thin eye brows who looks like a character from Coraline, had an attitude as well. She also acted like she was very inconvenienced by her job. Eye rolling, her mannerisms and the way she spoke to customers was extremely unprofessional. I have decided that I will absolutely NOT come back to this bakery. I am beyond disappointed, this bakery has gone downhill and it is sad.

I have been to this store many times and am in love with everything I have tried. But one thing that I am very disappointed about is how some of the customers treat all the young ladies up front. I have seen an older man throw money at one of the ladies and heard numerous times them being verbally abused. This is very disheartening cause no one deserves to be treated like that.

It was looking for Gluten free baking. They had a section of fancy cakes and desserts. What I tried was very tasty. My only disappointment was that I was looking for a gluten-free cinnamon buns. They didn't have anything in the way of buns or donuts that we're gluten free.

One of my best go to places for all sorts of desserts. From cakes, cheese cakes, tortes, gelato and bite size treats, they all have it and are so yummy and addictive. Price range is quite reasonable and I always have a big full smile after leaving the store, especially when it's a warm summer day as I enjoy eating my refreshing, mouth watering gelato! You should come by and try it! It's worth it! You should also try the white cake on my picture - Lemon Raspberry torte, it's amazing!

Completely ruined my boyfriend's birthday surprise. The evening before my boyfriend's birthday, I placed an order for 12 cupcakes and 15 imperial cookies to be delivered to his office via Skip the Dishes the following day. Imperial cookies are my boyfriend's favourite, and the cupcakes were for him to share with his co-workers. Even though I was concerned by how the owners have responded to other upset customers on here, I saw they had positive reviews for their imperial cookies, so thought it was worth the risk. In "notes to the restaurant," I asked that a simple Happy Birthday message be included. There was nothing to indicate that they were sold out, as there had been with other bakeries, and I know most bakers start at 4 am or so to have fresh goods in the morning, so I figured a 10:30 am delivery would be okay. Without even attempting to contact me, they changed my entire order! They sent six cupcakes, not enough for the office, and a cookie cake! No imperial cookies at all. This is a small office in a newspaper--a cake is completely impractical, especially with no plates, cutlery, etc. And they didn't even bother to include the message. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I just wanted to do something nice for him. What a shame. Judging by the other responses, I'm sure there will be a nasty message now saying that this was my fault somehow, but it would have been nice if they'd actually had the items they were selling. I realize things happen, but they didn't even manage to scrawl the birthday message on the packaging--how hard would that have been? I did receive a partial refund through Skip the Dishes, but that doesn't save the surprise. At least they did send something.

I ordered a custom cake recently for a birthday. Never thought that they would accept my order, since they needed at least two weeks in advanced. I ordered buttercream for the cake because one, it was per the request of the person’s birthday; and two, it was within our budget - normally fondant cakes would cost more than buttercream. Not only did they accept my order and created it exactly what I imagine the design of the cake to be, but they made it out of fondant rather than buttercream. The cake was red velvet and it was exceptionally delicious; the cream used for the cake was smooth and creamy. Never tasted any grainy texture as what some reviews state. The birthday boy loved his cake, and it was the cherry on top during his birthday. We were extremely thankful that they decided to create the cake out of fondant rather buttercream without charging us extra; I found that extremely generous. If you are to order a custom cake definitely give them time to make it, and it’s definitely a bakery I’d go back to. They don’t purposely leave you hanging and not respond to you; I personally called them about whether they were getting my emails about the cake and they resolved and apologized for the issue. Definelty a place to order your custom cakes for birthdays and especially debuts! Pretty affordable and so delicious! I’ve eaten at a lot of many places in my life both high end and low end. I extremely am a lover of desserts, but Goodies Bakeshop is that local favourite that I go back to! I’m not one to make reviews, but my recent experience with the bakeshop was beyond my expectations :) P.S. - There’s one left-over slice of cake in the fridge and the birthday boy refuses to give it away!

Perhaps I have been spoiled by a lifetime of perfect baking and delicious flaky buttery pie crusts made by my mother, but over the last 15+ years I keep trying to give goodies a chance and they always let me down. The cakes I have bought for birthdays have been dry and granular and also too rich. The banana cream pie filling is good but what is a pie without a flaky pastry crust? All the pies and tarts I have tried from here have always been tough, thick, and hard. I give up. I keep trying but I am always disappointed and end up throwing away the baked goods from here. I have also tried their gillati and after trying 4 flavors gave up. All terrible. I'll stick to deluca bakery, hocus pocus pies and dice and my own baking from now on. There are a lot of good cakes out there. I really wanted to support this business but sadly the quality is just not up to snuff for me. :(

I am sorry for this review. I was really disappointed with the mango mandarin cake as it was very dry and the frosting was so thick that after eating half of a slice I had to stop. The taste was lacking as well, did not taste the mango at all. I was not able to take a picture of how much frosting I had to remove. It was not smooth at all sorry to say and was hard to swallow. Hopefully you'll be able to improve the recipe of this cake. Your cheesecakes are very good though.

So far every experience with goodies has been great! I've had their black Forest cake, pistachio mousse cake and multiple diabetic (no sugar) cakes. All were delicious. I've also had random cupcakes, Imperial cookies and apple jacks, and they were also great! I also very much appreciate that they are enforcing masks, as it makes me feel safe going into their shop :)

A big THANK YOU towards the staff at Goodies (excellent customer service). There is a reason why this place is so busy. Ordered a Gourmet Marble with Cookie Dough Mousse cake (for a birthday) via online for pickup and it was fantastic! Not too sweet and also light but yet it is NOT an angel food or chiffon cake. The aftertaste was similar to when you eat chocolate chip cookie dough, a small amount of some snickerdoodle cookie dough with a chocolate & vanilla cake slice. Young and old finished their slice as opposed to pushing icing aside on the plate or having a few bites (even though they just ate a meal). Will order again (and will try other flavors they have).

My experience was good, not great. Service was pretty good (although they never did response to one of my emails). However, we did a cake tasting and custom cake. A large portion of the cakes are the same thing, just different flavours. So while it appeared to be different options, if you weren’t a fan of their type of cakes you’re out of luck (cake layered with flavoured mouse). We choose this place for variety and really didn’t get that. Also, we tried the lemon curd, but we couldn’t taste the lemon (unfortunately when I ordered the cake and asked for more lemon flavour, this was the email that wasn’t answered). On the other hand, the lemon raspberry was too strong. With that said, the cake was still really great/ one of the best we have had for a “vanilla” tasting cake (we chose lemon curd as we didn’t absolutely love any of the three samples), but the options were limited.

It was sunday nd i called the store if they can wait for 5 minutes after 6pm as they close at 6pm. The lasy said they wont wait after 6pm. I requested as I wan coming all the way from pmebina south as i had the cake from the same store before and I wanted to buy cake for my friend's birthday. But she said no. I drove as fast as i can and reached exactly at 6pm nd lady was locking the door. I requested her that if she can let me in and i wont take much long nd just get the cake whatever is ready. I guess lady was not in making the money and does not care about the business and did not let me in and rudely showed me crossed (X) and said they were closed. I mean like how late she will get by 5 minutes. The lady on cashier also told her if she could le me in but that lady said no as she had to finish her closing count. The store mamager or owner must think about their business if their representatives behave like this. Very unsatisfied and never gonna drive this far again. ????

Completely rude. The brunette woman behind the counter was so rude to my friend (who is never been there before) and I, as I was paying she boxed our baked goods and was about to bag it, and I said we are probably going to eat in here and she can save herself a bag. She THEN continued to huff and puff, sighing heavily and taking our goods out of the box and brought out to plastic plates to put on... I told her it's ok, to just leave our goods in the box she already placed because I wasn't going to finish what we bought immediately anyway. She SLAMMED the plastic plates in front of us, and was visibly annoyed. I couldn't believe my eyes I was so astonished, is this GOOD customer service!? I am a long-time regular at Goodies, I usually get this wonderful older woman helping me at the counter (I always assumed she was part-owner), but today I took my friend there for the first time and the brunette woman made a terrible impression. I'm sorry but this was disappointing. We went there the evening of Sunday, March 15th.

August 12 we came to the bakery to get our favourite cake. By law we are not required to wear masks. We were offered masks but told its not mandatory so we rejected. In couple minutes cashier told us we better leave because they care about their customers. Are we now not considered customers without masks? This is extremely inappropriate service. My favourite from this place is definitely the Ube Mini Cake. They offer a variety of pastries, cakes, and mini cakes. I like that they have mini cake options because it still looks like a whole cake, just in a smaller portion. We also got the Mini Zuccotto Cake and Mini White Cloud Cake. The Zuccotto cake has chocolate and hazelnut mousse inside and the White Cloud cake has lemon curd. The parking lot is very limited and small and it's right beside the bakeshop. I would love to come back and try their pastries next time as the cookies and brownies looked very delicious. edit: i was told there's extra parking space at the back of the building so you definitely won't have to worry about trying to find parking.

Their ice cream are good you can really get the tastes of the flavor BUT the cheesecakes and cannoli.......... not really good. Can barley taste the pistachio and vanilla flavor of the cannolis and flavored cheesecake tasted like a regular plain cheesecake. So pretty much only the Ice cream was a good buy. Oh and the French macarons are so so... I still prefer Jenna Rae's French macarons.

Everything was beautiful but had almost no flavor! Bought 6 different deserts. Wow was I surprised by how bad they all were. Last time I checked, butter cream icing was made of more than just a big glob of butter..... The coconut cream pie was disappointing as well. All cream and yet again, no flavor and hardly ANY coconut but massive amounts of Crust. Pecan tart was OK. The filling was flavored fairly well, but was hugely over powered by the super thick crust (it was as thick as the filling). Very disappointed... wondering if they have a new baker as other past reviews were positive? Edit- they responded to my review so hopefully your next purchase will have a tad more flavour ????

We recently had them make a customized cake for our daughter’s 1st birthday and they did an amazing job. They made the cake exactly how we imagined it and the taste was probably the best we’ve had (both my husband and I agree on this). We first had our wedding cake made from them in 2017 as well and we don’t go anywhere else for cakes anymore. Due to the covid pandemic we weren’t sure how we’d get w customized cake made but Erika made it super easy to just communicate over email and talk about our idea for the cake. It turned out amazing! A cute bakery filled with a variety of beautiful assortments. Fast and friendly service. I got the <<8” Red Velvet mini cake from display>> and so its more surprising that I wouldn’t recommend it. The cake tasted dry and flavorless (more like sugar), the cream on the outside tasted odd (like a bit old) but the cream cheese filling tasted as it should. I wouldn’t recommend this cake solely for the quality you get from the price you paid for. It wasn’t worth it and the response in the party was mediocre (just ok). I’ve read other reviews and with this cake especially or all their other mini cakes, it’s either a hit-or-miss; but with the amount you paid for, it shouldn’t be debatable (there are other bakeries for cakes, now I know). I won’t come again for the cakes, so I’ll probably buy the smaller sweets, avoiding the big ones.

I paid for a wedding cake. It turned out small after $340. The size and taste for that amount was not worth it. You said the size was 6 inches, 8 inches and 10 inches. That is diameter. The size in terms of height was not great. The slices were not "generous" like you're claiming. Also, when I came to pick up the cake, I did point out to your staff that the decoration was not neatly done. Then as for taste, on the wedding day, people mentioned that the cake was dry and not very tasty. So you trying to say i got exactly what I paid for is just rude. For $11 per head per slice, I expected much much more

Made the trek to Goodies for my husband’s birthday cake. Usually cakes here are satisfactory. We ordered a Ferrara cake that had a chocolate and white cake layer with chocolate mousse. The taste was sub par. Mousse was thick and gloopy, not light and airy. The choc cake layer was ok but the white cake layer was absolutely unacceptable. It actually looked like a sponge and tasted the same. Icing was ok but nothing special. These cakes are not cheap and I don’t mind spending the money for a good quality cake. Sadly this was not.

We had ordered a tiramisu cake. The description of the cake was very standard for a tiramisu. What we had received was not what was described. It was not made with coffee soaked lady fingers like the description. Instead it was just a white cake with some coffee flavor on top with lady fingers along the outside. We bought a variety of treats for our office a while back - cupcakes, macarons, and mini cheesecakes plus a gluten free treat for a celiac coworker. I didn't try the cheesecakes but they were apparently very good so was the gluten free treat. I did have a cupcake and it was dry and the icing ... it was tasteless, like it was colored like it should taste like vanilla buttercream but it just tasted like margarine and sugar. It was inedible. I tried another cupcake - a different flavor - and it was just as bad. The macaroons were colored but they all tasted the same - sugary and stale - except one tasted like cinnamon. It was disappointing for the amount that we paid and since I know that the cakes here can be really good.

The cakes do taste very good. Though, be careful when ordering a cake based on the description of the cake given on the website as changes have been made to the composition of some cakes but the website does not reflect the changes. Best to call or email them to get the exact information of what is in the cake. Also, the composition of the cake may depend on the size. For example, a 6 inch and an 8 inch cake by the same name may not have the same composition. Best to contact them to get the details. Unfortunately, I was told in an email and over the phone what would be the composition of the cake I ordered and I even talked to the baker to confirm the composition but my cake still turned out wrong and not as promised by Goodies. Of course mistakes happen but their compensation was not adequate in my opinion so I will not be going back. Last year I orderd a cake and I got the completely wrong flavor but I did not complain because it was delicious.

Customer service here is terrible. We have never seen the employees smile or greet customers in all the years we have come. The worker behind the counter treated us like we were inconveniencing her by being there. She seemed so irritated that we had to look around and decide what we wanted. (Note: No one else was in the shop.) Picked out a couple boxes of treats, made the mistake of pointing to a cake and not knowing what it was called... the woman was hugely annoyed that she had to take the effort to look at what we were pointing at. My daughter picked a jumbo cookie off the counter and was bagged one from the back. Came home to find a much smaller hard dry chocolate chip cookie. Disappointing. My wife has commented each time she visits the employees are rude. Makes a lasting impression on customers.

Received a chocolate strawberry cake today with skip the dishes and the strawberries on top of the cake were old and discolored with dried up stems on the end if the strawberries. It is obvious that Goodies sent me a cake they had in their store fir several days and didnt sell and they just gave it to me ad I ordered through skip the dishes. I called the store ti complain about the quality of cake they sent me and was told that I would have to take it up with skip the dishes which I can't get through to even though they have a chat option on their webpage that doesn't work. Unfortunately, there is a woman who works for Goodies who has made a comment online being very rude to another locally owned bakery. I have gone to goodies for years, it is close to my house and always good. Unfortunately because of how seeing this EMPLOYEE commented on another bakeries post, I will no longer be a costumer. The products at goodies are normally great, but sometimes when you walk in the staff is not very pleasant. (Customer service skills lacking, being friendly/smiling will help) I know plenty of goodies customers and until I see more respect online and in store from the employees(who represent the company) I will not reccomend friends/family go here. Please train your staff on customer service and how to be kind on social media. Our city is large enough that we can have many successful bakeries. Not just one.

My girlfriend and I drive by this place quite often. We finally decided to stop in. The filling was good, but the crust of the mini blueberry cheesecake tasted like the 2 year old pie crust that I had in my freezer that I made pie with. Hopefully the pecan tart does not have this problem.

Goodies Bake Shop :( !! They are imposters! They sold gluten free products that were not gluten free! If you bought a cake or something gluten free because YOU ARE gluten intolerant, be aware and check it out! You might be sick! Guess why now they do not sell gluten free products anymore! The health dept will also confirm it! This is terrible.. I bought Goodies' Gluten free products In August and the first week of September, the cashier did not warn me about gluten free risks, and any disclaimer was present at that time. The first time I double check and I have been guaranteed that the product was gluten free. I was so happy to find a nice place next to me where buy gluten free product. My sister is really gluten intolerant and we will proceed to investigate if this situation created health problems. The information received by an internal employee at Goodies was clear: they was making gluten free products without follow the law and making false declaration! Also a label Gluten free was stick on the packaging so Goodies do not have any excuse!

I was a bit disappointed in the service I received here. My mother had ordered 2 cakes here on Wednesday December 19th to be picked up on December 24th. When I arrived to pick up the 2 cakes, 3 people went looking for our order and could not find it, 1 employee even said he saw it earlier in the day but now it's gone.. i understand it's a busy time and mistakes happen, so he offered to give us the 2 in the case, 1 being a bigger size then we wanted.. I had assumed that maybe I would have got this cake for the price of the smaller one we originally wanted but was not offered any discount, I refused to buy the 1 and walked out with only one of the items that we had ordered almost a week prior(and it was a display one, which also was frozen in the middle when we ate it for dessert later) nobody offered a discount for their mistake, nor did anybody even apologize.. AND THEN, my mother gets a call later saying they have found the 2 cakes and that when I had went in I must not have given them the correct name, I had given them my mothers first and last name as well as my first and last name, I repeated these names to 3 separate people. So for an employee to now call the household and blame it on me and again not apologize for their mistake just really made us all a little more disappointed. Needless to say my family 8 was very disappointed in this service and have all made a note not to return due to this service.

Instead of explaining to customers and apology for their fault ,they. Just tried to argue . Not sure how good is their cake . plus when i wanted roses on the cakes at first they said no room then they said I need to pay more money since it is 3 d and more work doesn’t make any sense .Decoration is part of the birthday cake .They asked extra money for decorating of the cake .Never come back to this store .

Came here to order a gender reveal cake for a baby we are having later this year. Found out we can't actually order it in person on the weekend as the people who deal with it aren't around but the people working were as accommodating and polite as could be. After arranging the gender reveal cake to the best of our ability, we ordered some small treats. Everything was fantastic! Would highly recommend trying it out sometime! Everyone we dealt with was pleasant. There's even a couple tables inside to enjoy your food there (if it's not already very busy). Was so happy that they had a banana cream pie for my boyfriend's birthday. However when we got to actually try it... The whipped topping felt & tasted old, the pie itself had a strange citrus taste which over powered the whole pie, I was disappointed that it was lined with chocolate; another unexpected surprise... In the end all but 4 pieces ended up in the garbage, waste of money. Next time I will order from Perkins. Least we know that one tastes good. (Excuse the candles)

My husband and I live in Alberta and we were planning a large 80th Birthday Party for my Mom this past Sunday, March 11, 2018. We knew we wanted a fresh baked carrot cake, but because we don't live in Winnipeg, we weren't sure where to start. We called your bake shop and spoke with Erika who was extremely helpful. When I asked if it was possible to have the cake decorations and writing in specific colours to match the party decor, she suggested I could send an email with a picture and the specifics. I did this, and received a prompt reply that the information was added to the order. Upon arriving in Winnipeg we decided to drop in to make the final payment and confirm our order. We were lucky enough to speak to Erika in person. We were a little stressed about the timing, as we were going to pick up the cake Sunday morning and go directly to the hall where we would have only 1 hour to set up for the birthday party. Erika put our minds at ease, and explained we could park at the back door, call her to say we were there, and the cake would be brought out the back door to the vehicle. Everything went like clockwork on Sunday morning, which was a huge relief. The cake was amazing!! It was so moist, tasted absolutely fabulous, and the decorating was perfect. Please pass on a special thanks to Erika, the bakers, the decorators, and everyone else who was involved in making this wonderful cake for my Mom's 80th birthday. We all loved it, and I expect you will have many new customers as a result. I know that my husband and I will definitely be returning whenever we are in Winnipeg.

Just got home from Goodies, and I am less than impressed. My daughter ordered two cakes for my granddaughters 3rd birthday party. Paid in advance too. When we got to pick-up the cakes, we waited for about 10-15 minutes for the second cake. After an extended wait time, we were told that my granddaughters second cake was actually the second tier of the same cake we were given. I guess my lesson learned is to not custom order and just take whatever is offered at the time.

I have a color themed for my bday son and that's why there's a reason for the cake that I chose at goodies. Unfortunately the color of the icing is not exactly the same as it shows in the website. Though the cake was very delicious with no doubt. So I'm still okay with that. I think my only concern is the line up. I went to the store saturday in the afternoon and I know it's usually busy on the weekends. There's a line up outsider and a limit of 6 people should be inside the store. When I get inside the store even if I follow the line up they asked whoever they see so i hate it because there we're 2 people just waiting looking at the cakes and the staff asked them and ofcourse they got their ordered cake before me. Even if I'm lining up to the register. So I just suggest that there should be a sign where to go or where to follow the line up inside, so that we still follow the first come first served basis. Because I saw someone is standing beside the door the other one is beside the tables it's like literally everywhere. Just my opinion. Thanks!

Goodies Bake Shop ROCKS! I am in Victoria, BC and reached out to Erika at Goodies who took my call. My Aunt is in Long Term Care in Winnipeg and is celebrating her 95th birthday. With the support of the LTC home, we were able to order 185 “mini-cakes” to be delivered on her birthday from Goodies. Erika was incredible to deal with, even provided me a photo of all the mini-cakes which were no less than “a work of art”. These cakes were shared with all Residents and Nursing Staff to commemorate, during Covid, my Aunt’s milestone birthday. Comments were “these mini-cakes were outstanding”, “the best we’ve had” and “they looked so pretty”. Looks like they needed some prepay to book the cake which wasn't informed during accepting my order. Pro: Friendly staff. Cakes are good. Suggest all people thinking of custom order to order at the Shop for custom order or they will forget as you don't prepay for the cake. The staff is friendly but what's the use of that if they can't deliver the cake you want/ordered :)
