Sooooo delicious and vegan! Probably the best tasting cinnamon bun I’ve ever had!! (There are no reusable cutlery or plates and lots of disposable plastic. Since they are already a vegan company they should put in the extra effort to do reusable or at least more eco friendly disposables. Bring your own cups, cutlery and plates if you are going and your eco-minded.)

The best bakery I have ever been to! Shared a cookie dough cinnamon bun, brownie and chocolate chip cookie and everything was absolutely to die for. 5/5! Also had the iced coffee there which was also perfect. Service was fantastic the girl was very nice. I can't believe there is a vegan bakery in WPG I didn't know about! Definitely will be back again and again. Update: I am now addicted. HELP.

This was a really great place, I went here with my sister the other day, I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices! The staff was very nice, friendly and patient. The cinnamon rolls were amazing, I can only eat half of one at a time since they are very very sweet from the icing and toppings...i really liked the build your own option, and the ones on display looked amazing. They have cinnacakes, mini buns, and can do bulk orders with some notice (we specifically asked about the group orders) the price is well worth the product! great place!

I like my cinnamon roll fresh from the oven. Always fresh and varieties of frosting and toppings to choose from. You can always tell the cashier how you want your cinnamon roll made. The staff are pleasant and they keep the store tidy. Since the company just started I'm pretty sure that they are open for any suggestions. Just be mindful that the business just started, new staffs training and it's never always perfect.

Had the pleasure of trying out this amazing place... the cinnamon roll was so soft and gooey. I ordered the hazelnut cinnamon roll with pie crumbs and Man was that ever a hit, the salted crumbs worked so well over the sweet roll. Definitely coming back there again...

The rolls themselves are very delicious. However, the icing is disgusting. At least, the one they deliver the buns with is. Maybe in-store they use something better. I usually love icing, but the one they use tastes like dollar-store icing - all their flavours have that sickly taste to them. I've ordered a couple times and it's always the same. I don't understand how they can get away with serving people such gross icing, which is why I say maybe they use different icing in store.

The last time I went there... the cashier didn't even know what she's doing.. getting confused of orders taken. Needs to remind her all the time.. so I ended having my cinnamon buns too expensive like it came out to my receipt almost 9bucks each!!! Just simple toppings and punched too many toppings!!! Winnipegers are so cheap, everyone on here complains about price. It’s not Tim Hortons of cinnamon buns, it’s Starbucks. If you prefer Tim Hortons then go there cause you like cheap over quality. These buns are awesome, tried 5 different ones and most were good but one was the best I have ever had. I will be back, it’s a treat not a lifestyle. To spend 5-10 bucks on a treat once a month is ok with me.

I liked the cinnamon bun but hated the cream cheese icing. I mean it's vegan so I shouldn't have expected it to taste like cream cheese. The frosting was so sweet and artificial tasting. The caramel sauce tasted like coconut (I didn't mind.) I liked my husband's cinnamon bun more (spiced apple cider frosting with apples.) Overall, overpriced.

You know when you were young and would hang out in the mall with your friends, gossiping about the latest drama at school, when you pass by the Cinnabon and the friendly workers are handing out free samples as you walk by and you think, "Hey! Free Samples!" and try a delicious sample that melted in your mouth so well that you buy one and instantly realize the sample you had was perfect but a whole one is so sweet you feel like your teeth are going to fall out and that you've been cheated and would need the next few days of picking at the cinnamon bun from your fridge in order to finish it? This is like that, except shame on you for falling for it a second time as a grown adult. Friendly and welcoming staff though!

Wow. This was our first time at Cinnaholic and the gourmet flavours and options were amazing! Of course they were super sweet and just the right stickyness... We had the Jets, Apple Creme Brule and the brownie and it was a good mix of different flavours worth trying.

The BEST vegan cinnamon rolls ever. Actually, the BEST cinnamon rolls in general! You would not guess that these are vegan whatsoever and they are always coming out with new options like the to die for pizza rolls. These limited time only pizza rolls are the best and I so badly wish they were available year round. Also, their coffee is the best coffee I’ve tried, while also being the most reasonably priced. $2.50 for coffee that tastes this good?? Starbucks has been blown out of the water.

I'd been meaning to try this place since they opened but I know it was crazy busy all the time! So I decided to wait until the hype died down some and today I was in the area so I dropped in. It's a Saturday and there were 2 people inside so there was no wait! The woman who served me was very pleasant and friendly. I had the "Cookie Monster" which is a cinnamon roll topped with icing, cookie dough and chocolate chips! Soooo goooood! Also insanely sweet. It's a once a year type place for me but I'll be back next year.

The customer service was awful. I walked in and no one said anything to me for 5 minutes if not more. I was about to leave but really wanted to try the product. When the server finished making the order before me, she just kind of looked at me and I mentioned that I haven't been there before, again I got a blank stare. So I asked how does it work and what are my options? definitely not a very inviting environment. The product is definitely good. Anything slathered in icing on a warm bun is good so you can't really mess that up. Quality is good, fresh product was used. Is it worth the price? It would be if the customer service was more pleasant. Overall, tasty product. I would give it another chance based on how good and diverse the flavors are. :)

This place is surreal, it’s like what cinnamon buns were meant to be. I bought two of the dressed-up ones, Cookie Monster and apple pie something, and my husband and I just devoured them. I definitely intend to go back and sample more of the offerings! Staff were incredibly friendly too and there were lots of other customers even in this weird pandemic time so this place is catching on. Thanks to the owners for bringing Cinnaholic to Winnipeg!

Really yummy! Seeing a lot of reviews saying it's too sweet, but it's a cinnamon roll, I don't know what you were expecting... Had the original with the cream cheese icing, I don't have much of a sweet tooth but it was great. I did expect it to be a bit bigger for the price. It's a bit far away from us so it'll have to be a once-in-a-while treat.

Great place and concept - giving only 3 stars because for our first visit, there was no one in the cafe and it took almost 10 minutes to prepare the two cinnamon buns that we ordered with only one topping each. When we took the order to-go and got ready to eat them at home, we realized that the one we ordered with caramel sauce labeled as “CS” on the container had chocolate sauce instead. This is not the biggest deal to us, it is just unfortunate after paying $15 for two cinnamon buns to not receive the correct one. We understand that mistakes happen all of the time, but it was not worth it to us to go back and wait another possible 10 minutes to remake it. Overall a disappointing first experience, and we are easy to please people who typically do not leave constructive reviews. However, this is our opinion and we still plan to hopefully go again in the future.

Nice staff but the cinnamon buns are pretty bad. I consider myself a cinnamon bun lover and can't get enough of Stella's buns or Tall Grass (delicious cinnamon buns). Cinnaholic is way too sweet! The icing was grainy, no cinnamon flavor. I would happily pay $6 or more for a good bun but this is way too overpriced for what it is. Sorry cinnaholic :( hard fail.

When visiting family in my hometown this is a must stop and surprisingly my first taste of the franchise after reading about the Cali location years ago. The Subway of cinnamon buns, dress it how you love a la minute with toppings that include fresh fruit, nuts, cookie dough and tons of others. Buns themselves are always warm and delish and best of all, everything including the chocolate chips are vegan!

The bun tasted good. The icing was sickeningly sweet. The ludicrous thing about this place? The price. It makes zero sense. Like 5.25 for a cinnamon bun WITHOUT ANY ICING!? I think I'll take my business to tall grass prairie for a fraction of the price for better product. But for vegan? Its decent. My fiance made a good point though that it's so horrible they dont advertise the vegan thing as much. Like it's in tiny print on a tiny sticker. Idk. Seems sketchy.

Excited to try this new shop as we love cinnamon buns. We each ordered the old school cinnamon bun. This was a total and terrible fail!! The buns were taken out of a warmer... then icing spread on top. Not sure how long they had been in the warmer OR if they were totally baked. These buns were the worst we have ever had!! They had both an odor and aftertaste. As cinnamon bun lovers we would gladly pay $5 to $6 for a GREAT cinnamon bun treat. We agree with other reviewers that say these buns were a HUGE MISS. Don't waste your time or money.

I've eaten here many times and it's always been amazing!! But, I ordered last night and it was later around 9pm and the buns weren't hot or fresh! I had to microwave the buns just to get the icing melted and the bun to not be so stale/hard like. Every other time ive been here it's always been yummy, fresh, and fluffy with goodness.

From the moment you walk in the door, you're greeted by the smell of the cinnamon buns wrapping around you. Almost as quickly, you are greeted from behind the counter by staff, or more likely the owner. You look at the wall and see there are actual steps to ordering a cinnamon bun. Clearly, this is not just any average cinnamon bun. You're going to have questions because there are so many options. The helpful person behind the counter will gladly answer any and all questions. Finally you decide on a cinnamon bun, an icing flavour and maybe a cookie or just the cookie dough (to die for!). Within a few minutes, your custom bun is in your hands, still warm and so fresh since it just came out of the oven a short time ago. Then you take that first bite and you'll likely say, as I did, "This is THE best cinnamon bun I've ever had!" Now you're hooked, addicted. That's why they're called Cinnaholic. Now, go and enjoy. You're welcome!

Went for first time to try... got the Jets Roll. Cinnamon bun topped with frosting and blueberries/raspberries. Unfortunately it seemed the raspberries turned and were starting to ferment because they did not taste right. Even let the son try it in case I was being judgemental but nope... them berries definitely turned on us. Outside of that... scraped off the raspberries and the rest of it was ok. Would have got better ratings if the raspberries played nice.

Was so excited to try this place, and to my disappointment it did not meet my expectations. The staff did not greet me when i walked in i stood there for about 5 minutes before someone said anything to me. I ordrred 2 buns and 2 iced coffees, i was given hot coffees and told her this was not what i ordered. She grabs the hot coffees and says k.. it then took 15 minutes for them to make the mediocre at best buns.. will not go back purely because of staff.

The positive is they have a good variety of icing flavours and toppings but the cost is way too expensive. It cost me $20 for 3 cinnamon buns! The worst part about this place is everything, I mean everything is soy based. With soy being an allergen and having so many other options being plant based it is really disappointing. I won’t be going there again.

A 3 star because Cinnaholic just opened here in Winnipeg. A very tidy place but customer service and quality needs improvement. Maybe we went on an off day but service should always be grand whether you come in on a Monday morning or Saturday evening. They looked exhausted and as we ordered a couple cinnamon buns, one of the workers grunted asking if this one order was for one person as if it was a crime to order more than 1 specialty. The cinnamon buns were good but my boyfriend and I were expecting a warm/hot home-made kind of bun like the rest of the local markets here in Winnipeg. We enjoyed the presentation of the toppings. It does not matter how great food tastes if the customer service (especially for a dessert place) is not welcoming. I hope this can get improved with people who actually want to be there. It's a cute lovely place that needs good vibes, not unwelcoming vibes.
