I like the cupcakes from here, specially their ice cream cookies. Packaging is nice and staffs were friendly. Cakes looks so delicious will definitely try it next time. They have delivery as well. A little bit pricey.

When I lived in Winnipeg a few years ago, I went to this bakery often, I was obsessed with the Saskatoon berry imperial cookies and thw carrot cake and red velvet cake balls. The staff was always a pleasure to deal with as well. I miss this place so much!

This place is super cute. I love the name and the treats are even better! Always keep me coming back for more, they have something for everyone. From ice cream sandwiches(many flavours,) fudge, cookies, cupcakes and so much more. I always crave this place. Stop by here if you’re in the area!! They make the best cupcakes ever!!! It's a tiny little place on a side street but definitely worth the effort of finding them. There were 4 of us and we each ordered a different flavor cupcake. None of us were disappointed.

Had multiple mirror cakes and they all have been fantastic. The quality of the chocolate and attention to detail is great. The cake bites are delicious especially the coconut and gingerbread ones. It has been quite a few years they are overdue for a review. This place was my go to for cupcakes. Why? They made them as they should be. Variety of flavours, consistency in wonderful texture, visual appeal, and balanced sweetness. This isn't your regular cakery bakery as their passion shines through in the products themselves. Cookies are very good as well with a twist every now and then (Saskatoon jam imperials prairie style!) Child and adult pleasing goods. Cake-ology? They got the science right. ????????

Horrible, went in to order my husband's birthday cake 3 days before and was told they needed at least 1 week notice (not mentioned on the website). Then decided to order an assortment of cupcakes and was told that I wouldn't be able to specify what types I'd like. I would have to choose from what was available that day as it was too hard on their baker. Since it seemed so complicated I told them I'd take my business elsewhere. I guess they don't need customers at Cake-ology. I went to A L'épi de Blé 1757 Main Street instead and had GREAT customer service and FANTASTIC food!! I don't recommend Cake-ology at all, save yourself the headache and drive the extra 10 minutes to A L'épi de Blé 1757 Main Street!

I just had my wedding cakes (three different kinds) plus a birthday cake made by Cakeology on February 26. Each of them were absolutely delicious in flavour, moist, fresh, and gorgeous. All of our guests ranted and raved about them. I thought their prices were extremely competitive and their customer service was awesome. I would recommend this over any bakery in Winnipeg (we have tried them all as we are "foodies").

Had an exceptional experience ordering from Cakeology. First, their customer service is top notch. I called in about a custom cake order. The staff was very knowledgable about their products and selected one that fit what I wanted. Throughout the order, I had made some modifications that they were kind enough to accommodate. At the end, the cake turned out beautiful and delicious!! I'm very satisfied with my purchase with Cakeology. Would highly recommend them (especially their mirror cakes).

Nice little one-stop shop for all sorts of cakes, cookies, and ice cream. The items I have tried (mousse cake, ice cream, butter cream cake, mirror cake) were all very tasty. The mirror cake deserves special mention for its aesthetics and deliciousness. Recently renovated with clean and attractive decor.

COCONUT ICE CREAM SANDWHICH. Now that I have your attention...I was in Winnipeg for business for 5 days. Unfotunatly the restaurants around this area stink...but Cakeology came through when I needed them most. This place had some delicious flavours but I kept going back for the COCONUT. Small shop with very friendly staff. A must-go-to stop if you're in Winnipeg.

I ordered a carrot cake with cream cheese icing for a 90th birthday party. When I picked up the cake it looked like cream cheese icing, however it was very sweet buttercream with possibly a little cream cheese in it. The cake itself was very good. I would not order a cake here again. It was very expensive for a cake with buttercream icing, so I would have done just as well going to Safeway or sobeys and paying half the price or less for this type of cake.

Cake-ology is the best cake store I can find in Winnipeg. If you want to surprise someone you love on some special day, don't hesitate that Cake-ology will be your first choice. You can design your own cake to get yourself a unique experience. The pic is the cake customised as my husband birthday cake from me. We love it and he wants to invite his friends to enjoy this cake together. My response is "I'm not sure will there be enough cake left for your friends, maybe next time~"because this one is all mine. Hope you enjoy Cake-ology!

Was super excited about getting a red velvet cake for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely terrible. Very stale dry cake and the icing is incredibly sugary and grainy, the cale is obviously burnt and brownish not red. Never again, skip this place.

Cake-ology is amazing. I was looking for a specific cake design that I found on Pintrest and they were able to make it. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted so good. Everyone was complimenting the design and taste all night. I was also really impressed with the pricing, very reasonable. The customer service was also exceptional. I will definitely use them again!

The worst bakery ever, called them yesterday they said call us tommorw (i.e. today) Called them today and they say they only have one cake in the bakery... Like in my whole time living in Canada this is the worst bakery I have sewn so far which carries only one cake.

Was gifted 3 cakes, did not find the cakes very good at all. The disappointing part was lack of customer service. Left voicemails with contact information, no one responded to the voicemails. I do not recommend this bakery.

Limited selection. Prices not commensurate to the size and quality. The price of their pistachio cream puff is $11 plus tax. It was too small for the price. Taste wise it was good but not exceptional.

I’ve been to Cake-logy a few times and the experiences has always been pretty positive. I typically will order the cakettes or cupcakes which are pretty delicious. In my experience, they are pretty responsible when it comes to allergies and food intolerances. They have meringues and baked cookies though I have not tried them before. Good dessert food though a bit pricey…

I am actually unsure how to rate this bakery. Between 2 and 3, so 2.5 I would say. The staff is friendly, right, but... There are several huge BUTs.. 1) The size. All the items are very small. Cupcakes are approximately 50% of the size of the regular ones, burned cheescake slices are very narrow.. Be aware - if you normally eat 1 piece of cake you should buy at least 2, same with the cupcakes and other items. 2) The prices. At the first glance - average for the city, but considering the size issue.. Very overpriced. 3) Taste. Good but nothing unusual. Vanilla cupcake was actually the same taste I remember from airplanes lunches - taste of ordinary cupcakes available everythere, at every supermarket. 4) Website. The online menu does not match the actual items available at the store. I do not know why they do not update the website daily, is that really so difficult? Overall - overpriced and not that much tasty. I was dissapointed and will not return to the shop.

Horrible experenice! Paid almost $200 for a TINY cake that wasn’t even fresh at all or even had that much detail to it! When I brought up how outrageous it was of course there was no manager/owner working so the guy there had to text back and forth with his boss... soooo unorganzied and unprofessional. The guys response for the cake being over priced was “we have new management so they wanna raise the prices a lot more” huh??? That’s not how it works. Never again!!! Stay clear

Seriously unhappy with the surprise birthday cakes we ordered for our sons this year. We have gotten beautiful personalized cakes previous years, so were totally unprepared for the cakes we received this year. The first cake had a cardboard cutout placed on top of the cake, overlapping the top and looking monstrously like a child's creation. The second was just a plain chocolate cake with a personalized banner. Very very disappointed.
