I have hot eggs, potatoes, fruit, and hot creton because they were wrapped on the same plate as the rest. It is the waitress who took the order who answers and she apologizes several times. She talks with a coworker to find out how the credits work, then takes our details and tells us that she has noted a credit for meat, pancakes and French toast. She had offered to come back right away to find what was missing, but we didn't want to do 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back! This morning my partner calls to order and use our credit. His name is not nowhere, no trace of this credit. They don't remember that. They offer us a 15%. So let's see. 15% for everything that was missing the last time? We are even told that it is surprising because they never offer "items" in credit. It was therefore the last time we went to Eggsqui Sorel. Far from being a pleasant experience! Une fois de retour, nous constatons qu'il manque les viandes, crêpes et pain doré dans le brunch. Déception. Mon conjoint appelle pour avoir un crédit, tsé il manque plus de la moitié du repas! J'ai des oeufs, des patates, des fruits chauds et du creton chaud parce qu'ils ont été emballés dans la même assiette que le reste. C'est la serveuse qui a prit la commande qui répond et elle s'excuse à plusieurs reprises. Elle parle avec une collègue pour savoir comment les crédits fonctionnent puis elle prend nos coordonnées et nous dit qu'elle a noté un crédit pour la viande, les crêpes et le pain doré. Elle nous avait offert de revenir tout de suite chercher ce qui manquait, mais nous ne voulions pas refaire 20 minutes aller et 20 minutes retour! Ce matin, mon conjoint appelle pour commander et utiliser notre crédit. Son nom n'est pas nulle part, aucune trace de ce crédit. Ils ne se souviennent pas de ça. Ils nous offre un 15%. Voyons donc. 15% pour tout ce qui manquait la dernière fois? On nous dit même que c'est surprenant parce qu'ils n'offrent jamais des "items" en crédit. C'était donc la dernière fois que nous allions chez Eggsqui Sorel. Loin d'être une expérience agréable!
