Il y a 2 entrées, et il ne semble pas y avoir de procédure claire sur qui s'occupe de quelle file. Le même commis s'occupe de nous de A à Z, ce qui augmente le temps d'attente (doit marcher de long en large pour chercher nos items, faire les cafés prend une éternité, commis qui se ramassent un par dessus l'autre si tout le monde veut du pain en même temps, etc.) Clairement, il y aurait grande place à l'amélioration pour le service.
