By far the BEST and most decadent deserts my family and I have had in London and the Macaroon according to my Grand-daughter are to die for, they were scrumptious in texture and the flavours were mouth watering. Petit Paris is our go-to for cakes and sweets. Their croissants and cheesecakes are absolutely the best in the city! Everything they make is absolutely delicious and made with real ingredients. We also ordered one of their Father's Day charcuterie boxes and it was incredible. I hope these become a regular menu item.

I bought a huge assortment of cookies here last minute. They were amazing especially the red velvet. Staff was also very nice, I remembered I was extremely tired and probably uttering some nonsensical madness and they dealt with me promptly and got what I was saying right off the bat. Good experience, good people. 10/10

So it’s a little hard to find, it’s like a drive thru behind a place called Coops. We got a 6 pack of macrons, which were frozen because they just sell them in like 3, 6, or 12 packs that they keep frozen. It’s okay. It was $15 for 6 of them. And there is 8 different flavours. But unfortunately I only got 4 different ones. I got 2 lemon, 2 chocolate a raspberry and a birthday cake. They were all good, but nothing special

we have been supporting this patisserie for a while but the quality has been inconsistent with a tendency of going down. it seems most items are now frozen and sold as fresh (?) - Recently we bought a few orders of macaroons "seconds" as we have done before: this time i am close of calling it an insult of what the "seconds" were: there was noting "second" about it. They were not imperfect pieces but literally just crumbs, and garbage. Also, the filling for the macaroons seemed to not be of the same quality and flavour as still a year ago. Won't go back.

Terrible customer service. Made a order of 50 macarons online. Never got an email confirmation saying they were ready for pick up. Had to call them to ask them about the order. They said they never got it and they couldn't make it in time. Next day I get an email about the order stating that they were in fact ready but no one working knew where to look? They also told me that I ordered off the wrong website/link. The order would now be considered a retail order, instead of a vendor order sky rocketing the price to over $100! The price should not change depending on what kind of person/entity I am. So after their mistakes and incompetence I would have to pay more. I ended up cancelling the order and my wife and I will NEVER buy from this establishment again.
