REVIEWS OF Loblaws IN London

Eric Stone

Good selection but always seem to be missing something from my list.

Tom and Tracey Bridges

Really nice store but entrance/exit door not well marked for infrequent customers. Clean washrooms and fantastic mobile store within!

Shay Peters

I am writing this review from inside of the store Location. I was searching for an item in the store. Couldn't find it, so I tried to ask one of the associates. And the humiliation I recieved brought me to tears. LOBLAWS your associate today was extremely rude and the humiliation was not required. All I said was...."excuse me sir". This way I can get his attention.

Jacob Matthews

Very nice Loblaws. Full size grocery and prepared food sections. Produce was excellent. Prices are predictably high for a premium grocery store. Take advantage of their excellent sale prices and their PC Plus and MasterCard programs. Largest home/kitchen sections I've seen in the PC family. Also a very large Joe Fresh. We were just passing by and needed a few things, but living nearby this would be a fantastic primary grocery store.

Mark

Only came in because I got a $25 gift card for the lablaws fixed bread price scandal. Store has lots of stuff and some good deals and is clean. But I don't think I have ever spent so much time in line with only 2 people In front of me anywhere. Check out experience is awful but rest is good.

Rhett Wibbing

Been going here for 3 years now. There's been baskets at the door maybe two times so far. Always have to go hunting for one. I'm glad they finally fixed the one sliding door too that was broken for what 6+ months? Poor ownership.

Ryan Walsh

Great variety and pleasant store but prices on average are 30% higher then no frills and Fresco in the same area. My family stopped buying our main groceries from Loblaws and are saving hundreds per month.

Chris Craigman

Huge store with massive selection, not much different than Real Canadian Superstore though. Considering "Loblaws Great Food" is their premium banner, this store could really use an update!

Denise Hewitt

I like this store as people who shop here tend to give each other adequate covid appropriate space. (Can't say the same about my local nofrills)

Dan Nelson

Gorgeous, huge store with awesome fresh focus. Has a sizeable dry goods section and a full Joe Fresh store within. Lots of organics, gluten-free, and ethinc products. Fully stocked, bright and clean. A bit pricy, but tons of amenities.

Michael Travis

Always a nice play to shop but just a little too pricey compared to other stores.

Michelle F

Lots of great fresh foods and prepared meals. Huge selection of brand name products but a bit pricey unless you shop the sales

RLS2512

Getting to learn this new grocery store, very helpful staff.

Michael Labute

Well stocked store with lots of variety. Beautiful shelves for the most part fully stocked. Wide aisles, clean and uncluttered. A bit more expensive than the Superstore sister stores.

ALWIN DAVID SIMON

A good place to get your groceries and other stuff. All under one roof. But staff is not at all responsive or to be precise employea dosen't know where is the stuff or even what they sell in the store, I asked may be like 4 to 5 different person who works in the shop but each person gives different directions and location. At last after searching for 40min I found out by myself. Staff need more training on items they sell or at least where they are located and need to learn more about Coustomer support. Along with good products and good Coustomer support they you can increase the sale on your product.

Richard Morrison

Always shop here. Good selection and pleasant staff.

Brad Sinnamon

Very clean and tidy store. Not a fan of the PC financial people stoping me when all I want to do is leave and go home

Rose Mir

Amazing food, you can find anything you need.

Rasheed Arif

They stop serving hot food early and this wouldnt be a problem if there was none. It was out on display and they girl wouldnt sell it to me.

Amy Miller

The queues were fast and efficient, plenty of fresh veggies and lots of produco

Kaitlin Richardson

Make sure you check your receipts. I was bagging my groceries and I held up a roast I bought and asked the cashier "did you get the 50% off sticker on this?" and she assured me that she did. It wasn't until I got home (on the other side of the city) that I realized she hadn't. That mistake cost me $20.

Donald Keay

Very tidy, organized, and spacious Loblaws, located at the corner of Wonderland and Southdale. Busy lot and location, but does have plenty of parking. Features an in store Starbucks, gas bar, Beer Store, and Joe Fresh clothing. The specialty counters are the real gems here though, be sure to check out the prepared foods, bakery, and butcher counters. Plenty of delicious items on display. Sometimes popular items can be sold out (like my olive loaf and my beloved bison burgers).

Jean Montminy

I was there on a Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM and the produce section was a mess. Not one decent orange on display and same for red peppers. Not sure who manages this store but it is a disgrace. The dairy section was also a mess not even one pound of no name butter on display. The shredded cheese was also a complete disaster all piled up on the bottom of the fridge. I will not ever return to this store.

Scott Mitchell

Most often they have what you need and produce is usually pretty good. Meat sometimes pricier than elsewhere. We like the cleanliness, food presentation and healthy options in the organic section. In store pharmacy has been great for our family for many years. For those inclined the craft beer selection is quite good. On our weekly shopping rotation.

ddchilliwack

Prices are high but staff is nice and friendly

Julie Bannon

Lined up today as an ignorant woman pulled out a cart and proceeded into the building...if not for the virus I would have had more to say...the majority of Londoners are with the program and then you have the delinquents! Carts need to be sanitized prior to going into the store...not once you get a cart....hate to be judgemental but .....Metro in Byron is much more efficient and safe...just sayin'

Greg Bie

Store is clean, presentation of merchandise is very good. Often some good deals to be had...esp. if you have PC Optimum. That said, I find a number of things are oft quite a bit more expensive than at their competitors.

Roku Google TV

Great place to shop up it's always clean get everything I want on the shelf

ALTERNATES PRODUCTION “alternate”

Too awesome for grocery shopping they have everything you need from beauty products to dog food and everything in between the prices are pretty fair and they're open 7 days a week if I'm to choose anywhere to do my grocery shopping it's definitely a lot.

Albert Arevalo

Very large store with significant variety and shopping options but somewhat disorganized and labyrinthine in layout. Staff seems friendly enough and also helpful. Worth a visit if you live in the neighbourhood or are simply visiting. Plenty of parking and part in a large and extensive plaza that houses other store brands?

Saleh Al-Athamna

I like this supermarket, very neat, organized & not very busy . The cashiers are very friendly, but unfortunately the staff inside the supermarket are unhelpful, especially when you are inquiring about the whereabouts of a particular product

Lia Michelle

Probably my favourite place to shop. Awesome customer service, great setup, lots to choose from, amazing carts (especially with kids!) and their PC Optimum program is amazing. I've redeemed $200+ in free groceries!

Colbert Seupersaud

Always with excellent product and prices, very clean

Alberto

Everytime they have steak or roast on sale they sell out right away…

Lost

Great place I didn't have to wear a mask in there!

Murphy

Wonderful fresh selection of high quality food and goods

Rachel Cree

Great staff for cashier's . A bit pricey but far better produce vs other places

Ria Spee

I liked the basket of free bananas for kids. They also let me take a couple for a banana bread that a friend of mine wanted to make for some kids. Yeah for a kinder world!!

Pauline Blondeau

Nice big store. Has everything you could need

Allison Haenni (Allie)

Joe fresh is my fav!

Luke Durda

Great spot to come shopping the parking lot is always busy but inside isn't too bad. The prices are a little higher than some of the competitors but the food is definitely fresher I think.

Wayne Cartmel

What a great store. The prepared foods are great and wonderful for travelling. I was staying at Holiday Inn almost next door and it saved me from having to eat all this restaurant food that I didn't particularly like or want. Self-checkout was nice too.. but need more terminals.

Sandra Neubauer

High quality produce. Good service. Excellent food choices and selection in all departments. Reasonable range of products and price points. No Name. Brand name. My fav is President's Choice products.

Abdur Rahman Muhammad

Lots of parking Access from Wonderland ok. Exit on Southdale is easier. Layout of store different from other lolaws. Finding items is mixed up . Looking for Breyers Chocolate creamy ice for Instacart customer. Did not find it where Breyers ice cream was and got a replacement. As I went further down the aisle I found the ice cream the customer wanted. So things are not necessarily grouped by Brand name but by specific types.

Ashley Dawdy

I like shopping here judt wish the prices of their food would be a little more reasonably priced other then that they have great selection of products

Antonio Arroyas

The contact free pick up service was fast and efficient with plenty of parking spots. Ordering online was simple and the whole process was very easy.

Eileen Driver

I found the layout in Loblaws chaotic and disorganized. Took us forever to find the eggs! It was clean, inviting but once inside we had to run and hunt to find things we needed. Not my favorite grocery store.

Dalinda Cancino

Nice supermarket, products of the best quality. They have everything but it is probably not the best option if you are looking for cheap prices. There is an starbucks and a gym inside and they also offer cooking lessons. It is a very nice place.

Harley M

Great store! Always kept clean and grocery clerks are great! This location could benefit from a renovation as its layout is not as nice as the north end location.

Nicole Khan

Good products, of course...but the pc express staff need to get their communication and system more organized.

Glen Dietz

This Loblaws store is huge, and has an excellent selection of high quality food and merchandise. There is an in-house butcher shop, fish and sea food, bakery, sushi, deli as well as a broad selection of products from local suppliers. The fruit and vegetable section is enormous (great selection but prices are sometimes a bit higher). In addition to regular grocery lines, there is a kitchen supplies section, home furnishings and accessaries, and a clothing section. There is a great selection of President's Choice product lines that include great quality products at reasonable prices. Periodically when items go on sale, the prices are much lower than you are likely to find elsewhere. Unless you are looking for totally unique products, you are likely to find what you are looking for in this store.

Chris Whitley

The greeter should be Bob & every nth customer they should just mumble "Blahblahblahs" to them. It'll work.

ELLIE Collard

I like this Loblaws, fresh produce and a good quality meat section..I get flowers from here every two weeks and they are fresh too!!! The staff are not overly friendly, but if I had to wear a mask throughout the day, I wouldn't be to happy either!!

Anna Chicory

I love the variety here, but I can only afford to shop here once in a while. Love the hot ready made food bar!

Stephen Schafer

Prices are often higher here than other grocery stores in the area. Good selection of meats and PC brand products are the best. Can get rather busy during peak times with small waits at the checkout. They have a great beer selection.

tobe ornottobe

Loblaws is a nicer superstore than it's competitors, including Walmart. Their main focus is on fresh produce, and healthy living. They offer cooking classes on the second floor. Their clothing department could cater to a younger generation but they have a lovely selection of clothes for children and older adults. As a 26 year old woman in good shape, I had a difficult time finding something that was fitting for my body type.

Adam White

Store is very clean and well organized. Great meat, produce and bakery. Like many “full service” grocery stores that prices can be high.

Emily Anderson

A big store, so you never feel cramped when shopping. Lots of produce selection, which is my favourite part! Their hot bar serves quick, easy meals to go, and always has a very friendly person working there. A Joe Fresh is attached for …

Nick Thibodeau

Busy store with not enough cash registers open. Shortages of food is starting. Milk was in short supply. Chicken at premade food area was dry and made me sick.

Bradley Robichaud

Almost everything for your daily needs conveniently placed. Perfect amount of self checkouts, 6, but 4 for now due to coronavirus. Amazing clearance prices to be found, example 3.99 for .33 cents! Sales dont last long so stay sharp.

Michael Ramsey

Gigantic store so it's got a great selection. Friendly helpful service. Beer selection has some good options. It's where we go if we want to do a really big shopping. Didn't have the asafoetida I was looking for on my last visit though.

Chris Luth

Great selection and pretty competitive pricing! Will shop there again.

John Rogers

The priciest of the Loblaws associated triumvirate. Has the Fit4Less upstairs. Never enough cash aisles open, but there always seems to be plenty of employees standing around talking. Hence the 3 stars.

Mista Jay

Prices are higher than their sister stores, super store and no frills but selection is better, butcher on site, fresh sea food etc. Pics next time.

Steph Russell

This store is amazing!

Oketa Otira

Spacious. Friendly employees. I walk in and I know exactly where to find stuff. I grub what I want quick and head out...I feel like a ninja grocery shopper when I visit this place, as I am in and out really quickly. I also like that they carry seeded watermelons in the summer..yum!

Brian Murphy

It has good variety but I try not to do my main shopping there because it is so expensive. Bananas are 30 cents per pound more expensive (over 50% more) than my usual spot.

Missy

Was looking for specific items and no store I went ro before had these products, this store had them all and in many varieties, a little over priced is why I did not rate 5 stars

joann gatherall

Great selection in all categories. Cheese from all corners of the world. A deli counter befitting of any pallet. A pleasure to shop herr

Courtney M

On a recent visit, staff made no attempts to address an unmasked customer who entered the store (in fact an employee waved at him and chatted for a few minutes without once prompting to mask). This violates their own policy. I felt unsafe with my shopping experience, as this unmasked customer was also not respecting distancing and was observed to cough on produce. I left without buying my intended items. I did email Loblaws with my concerns but did not hear any response back.

G

Prices are steep but food is fresh and the store has a nice layout and I've had mostly really great cashiers and click and collect personnel

Rich Ng

Had an awesome experience here in the kitchen for my daughters birthday party. The staff made making pizza and cupcakes enjoyable and engaged everyone in our group (3-5 yr olds). Lots of fun!

Joanna Bisschop

I usually coming for the selection, but today I didn't appreciate the attitude at the checkout.. A friendly face is always appreciated!

Brian Renaud

Very organized and clean store, but like all loblaws the prices are higher than other grocery store. They also carry alcohol and a very large variety at that.

Ryan Doan

This is a great grocery store. They have a bakery a deli and so much more. They have so much to offer from groceries to clothing, fresh baked goods and different meats, fish and cheese. They also have a gym to work-out in.

cache4adventures J.L

This is the only grocery store I really feel comfortable going at this time, they have a amazing setup and the workers are amazing too, keep up the good work and thank you so much for what you workers are doing to keep food on my table.

Megan Brekelmans

I really enjoy Loblaws for their produce and quality grocery items. I used to be a bargain shopper, but have made some adjustments to shop here (Loblaws is a bit more on the pricy side). I like the one-stop shopping, and the fact that they are almost never sold out of the things that I want to buy.

Sandeep Chiluveru

Awesome place. Everything seems to be well organized and quite well spaced out.

Aliyah Anwar

I have been using Loblaws PC Express for quite some time, the staff is so kind and the service is beyond exceptional. A huge thank you to LISA for always providing amazing customer service! Despite how busy they can get especially during such difficult times, the employees are always so pleasant and my grocery items are always accordingly substituted. Your hard work and efforts don’t go unnoticed. Thank you again Loblaws!

Mahmoud Badreddine

I only go there because it's a 5min walk. Everything is more expensive. Same item can be found elsewhere and it would be much cheaper. Just absurd. Coarse sea salt or bell peppers or lettuce are about $2 more expensive than Superstore or no frills. And their shelves are often under stocked.

Nichole

Great quality, great selection, great amenities. The have hot food, cheese counter, fish counter, bakery, Joe fresh, and a Starbucks inside. You do pay a premium for those services though.

Tim Hodges

I went to the store to visit the Mobile Shop and thought that since I needed more romaine harts I would check in the produce section as I wanted to avoid having to go to another store. I was surprised to find for a premium grocery store the romaine harts going rotten. At least the sign said because of this they had marked down the price 50% off. When I got to the register though they wouldn't honour the price on the sign. The price checker failed to be able to read the price correctly. I ended up going to Food Basics and got fresh romaine harts for less. I'm just surprised that at a premium grocery store they would have nearly empty shelves with produce going bad in comparison to a discount grocery store. I don't shop at this store often as I've had problems with the pricing before.

Aaron Keenan

The shelves are often empty, there's a lack of variety in produce, the organization of the items is confusing, and the organic meat section is small. They do have a selection of micro and mainstream beer. Starbucks in-house (I get my whole beans there). The housewares section is convenient and carries quality items. Tasty bakery with lots to choose. Staff are friendly.

Matt Jacques

This is an alright store with decent employees, but keep an eye on the products you're buying as they don't attend to the shelves and best before dates very well. It would easily get four stars if it replenished the small carts more effectively, paid closer attention to the quality of the items on the shelves, and had an extra cashier at the ready for the unexpected peak times to speed up the checkout lines (maybe they could help with the carts or stock when the lines aren't busy!)

David

Excellent Grocery store. Almost anything Grocery wise you need, you can find here. The store is very nicely laid out with a variety of fresh food departments. Deli for sliced lunch meats and Cheese, The Fresh Sea food counter, butcher/Meat Department, fresh produce, Bakery and Ready to Eat Hot Deli. The store does have a weekly Flyer which offers okay Deals, but Generally you’ll find you pay more at this store then other lower graded Grocery stores which in my eyes is a negative. Usually I will go here for a specific item or fresh ingredient that my usual Grocery store won’t have or carry. Another negative, is they never have enough Checkout Lanes Open. Almost every time I go, there is a long line for cashiers. Annoying really. I think they do have a specific time and day that they have all checkouts open.... but never the times I’ve been here They have all Covid-19 protocols in place to keep everyone safe.

Josie Elliott

Very clean, well organized, easy to find the products you are looking for. Great location!

Irving five

So, I was just informed by my cashier that it is mandatory to card every customer who purchases alcohol, regardless of their appearance. I am 44, and don't need the assumption that I am a minor. The beer is warm anyhow, purchased a few times, won't ever again.

chris swain

The staff where extremely helpful and helped me find a 12" Jumbo Skillet in the Joe Fresh section. Made things really simple.

Marta Cardona

I always find what I need an staff are very helpful

Nick Osgood

Costly place. Beats competition only with sale items but "yawn" duty.

James Morrison

No price matching is ridiculous. The store is typically clean, however prices are usually much higher when compared to the other stores in the area. The only benefits over the others is the hours are longer, and the pc points collection. Otherwise: The store is more expensive. Selection is basic for some things. Fresh bread is usually not soft, its over done. There also ALWAYS is people who for some reason always park in the NO PARKING, fire truck area and do their shopping when there is perfectly open spots to park only 10 feet away... These people's time must be more valuable than the people who abide by the signs, and also must be more valuable than the potential lives of people who might burn down in a fire Because they didnt want to park 10 feet from the door in a parking space and instead need to park 2 feet from the door and block the fire truck and emergency response vehicle area.

Shallow Groove

My fave loblaws, great staff.

James Bell

Good food at a reasonable price, service a bit slow but I'm a bit impatient.

J Dockrell

Been going here off and on for 4 months. This is a horrible store and should be avoided. Their flyer items (meat and some other things) tend to never be in stock when you go. Milk is more expensive as is most other items. Go to Real Canadian Superstore they have the same stuff and better priced. Today was the last visit for me. Cashier lines are long here as well, made a few complaints to management but they just keep cutting hours and cashiers so we the customer suffer. I can rant on and on about other things (like how their beer stocking guy was on his cell phone swearing and I can hear him 2 aisle over) but I will leave it at that.

Disciplinado

I like this store for many reasons. First its Canadian, second it has a large variety of good options and third it has good produce and sales. However, can you please choose to support ethical brands!? You may not be political, but ETHICS …

Fashion Doll Obsession

Like the product variety offered, but they are expensive and they don't price match. A good place to shop if you are looking for unique grocery items.

Brian Lauzon (#respectonator)

They have everything you could need if you don't mind paying a little more.

Daily Dee

While I don't get to this location often, the store is always very clean and well stocked each time I go. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty if parking.

Cindy McCutcheon

My daughter just donated hair today and Heather and the team made the whole experience amazing. She was a little nervous cutting off her long hair but the end result was amazing. Thank you for all your caring.

TheLivelyBunch PSN YouTube

Looks amazing and clean there we'll organized and ready to assist in all needs

A Vanderniet

Great selection of foods.. extravagant compared to other grocery stores by far ♡

Daniel Aguilar

Very good place; I love the great variety of items they offer just in one place

Brad Parmeter

For a premium grocery store, I'd expect some maintenance on the grocery carts. I pulled 3 carts out and 3 out of the 3 had broken wheels or had terrible pulling left or right. Not wanting. To be THAT guy who pushes around a thump thump thump cart over the stupid tile.floors there, I finally just picked up a hand basket. Other than that, selection is awesome as you'd expect from a premium grocery store.

B.M.

Poor in stock position. Numerous times pre covid...no milk...no cheese...like the basics. Spoke to a manager about it and got a shoulder shrug.....also way over priced. Fresh Co and Food Basics close by and will always get my money

Alex P

This can’t be healthy lol

Trisha Girling

I love going here... if the mall is closed...this is a quick fix for a shopaholic!!!

Norma Boyle

A vert large store with plenty of aisles and great assortment of all food groups . There is limited staff on duty but not too busy on Saturday evening. Prices are reasonable.

Skye Sylvain

High quality at a higher price but I like coming for organics. Sometimes clothing - the only place you can shop on a Sunday evening for clothes! Although the change rooms close before the store does, they're still open later than actual clothing stores. Loblaws is open til 11 nightly at Wonderland Southdale.

Jenn Jaquith

Expensive but has product.

Sonia A

They sell products that are made/grown in "Israel"... Nice store, but ethics?

Ayla Shank

Excellent selection and quality products, usually higher prices and no price matching though.

Geekyblacksheep

Always clean and well-stocked! Friendly staff and helpful stocking crew!

J Wright

Lots of selection and clean store. Friendly staff as well.

Monique Featherstone

I guess my timing was bad, only 2 people on cash and the line to pay was more than 20 minutes.

Julia Haneca

Small selection for being a "superstore" if you need international foods especially. The deals are good if you have a PC card. But I'd like the store to focus on its environmental impact more!

wade mccallum

Abit pricey but deals to be had. Meats are fresh and even cut to order. Huge cheese section, tapas items, a very big section of foreign food items imported from Thailand to the Middle East. A huge fresh herbs section as well. Recently add was beer and a small wine shop. Lottery and cigarettes available as well. Good life for females only.

Carlos Juarez

I bought everything for a Valentine's meal, including stake and vegetables, bread, drinks. Everything in one place

B K

I come in here weekly and have never had a bad experience. I regularly pickup food from the ready made section and love it. Great friendly staff & fresh food.

Francois Girard

Always nice and clean with good display of products, but when it comes to paying you might be in line for a bit. They don't seem to have enough cashier on shift and the lines don't move very fast. Other than that no complaints!

Lisa Hillier

Prices are sky high but produce is very good. Guess you get what you pay for but your grocery bill will be double other stores by the time you exit!

Morvan MacGee

Clean, bright, friendly and helpful staff for the most part

Paul Tuchscherer

Typical example of this grocery store chain.

Dave Hetesi

Great quality and lots of selection. High prices though.

Jon Newman

Plenty of parking in the parking lot out front. Handicapped parking available out front as well as handicapped accessible entrance. Very large store with a great selection of fresh produce, deli counter, baked goods, frozen and everything else. Good selection of housewares and odds and ends as well. Great spot for grabbing your groceries.

Michele Carter

Always love Loblaws. Pricey but great selection

Jason Goncalves

It’s good! Nothing extraordinary, but good nonetheless.

Marcin Tandecki

This store has it all! It looks like a mini mall. We'll organized, and clean, this store looks like a department store with little shops around the outside walls. Besides just groceries which there is plenty of, there's many other stores providing flowers, coffee, optometrist and much more

MJ B

Literally went here this morning specifically for Joe fresh the entire area was trashed things all over the floor everything on the wrong racks it was an absolute shambles I live in westmount and will never shop here again for Joe fresh instead I will drive to Oakridge or Oxford Really sad since you've been closed 4 months

Sarah De

Love this location, always have fresh produce amazing bvaked goods, and knowledgeable staff. Over the best Loblaws in London.

Ksenia Gerasymova

This store always has huge lines that barely move, lots of produce isn’t priced or priced incorrectly which is unpleasant surprise on a checkout. For example I decided to stock up on sardines that were on sale, when I scanned them at checkout the price was twice as much. I asked for price correction. This process took too much time so I decided to pay and leave. The funny thing that she took one can to do a price check and never returned knowing that I already paid for it. As a cherry on top they always out of stock of flyer items.

Dan Hudson

Best produce and fresh foods

CJ

We absolutely love our Loblaw store! They have everything from home decor & clothing to fresh fruits & veggies (great sale rack) and when they want to sell stuff off—prices are slashed! Another great thing is that if you have a price mix up when scanning, the product will be free—! Up to $10 off and some annoying conditions apply...but it happens more often than you think!

Andrew Naylor

They had food that I was able to purchase and then eat when I got home. 5 stars

James

Ive gone here 3 times in the last month and their frozen seafood section was really empty. Ive just been looking for coconut shrimp, seems like they are not stocking their shelves. Their produce has been looking really bad this year as well. There's a good Asian market down the street that sells better looking produce for much cheap e. I went in because they had lobster tails for sale (sale started today), but to little surprise they had none. Pretty much the last time I'll shop here.

Al Hammoud

The flower shop was a nice experience. Bought a dozen roses and baby's breath and they dressed them up beautifully with greens.

Hànlinh Le

Pretty good store only down sides I've noticed are during busier times there doesn't seem to be an increase in cashiers which I can understand on the odd day but it seems every time I come it's like that. And not really a big issue but the prices are slightly high.

Mel W

I have fond memories of this Lowblaws from a few years ago. I had popped in to pick up a birthday cake for my son & decided to grab a few other things too. Bbq were on sale & I thought about grabbing a new one, but...not today (mistake, you'll see why soon). I loaded up my cart like I hadn't planned, you know how those sales get you. Save the extra trip later. As I was walking past the front cashiers on my way to produce I hear a man on a bullhorn from above yelling "congratulations & thank you customers!!!" Streamers & confetti came pouring down & a banner saying FREE GROCERIES!! He proceeded to say everybody in line at cash would get their purchases FOR FREE!!! I immediately pulled a full stop at the cash out line I was at & looked around for the "gotcha cameras". And THIS is where that fateful BBQ decision comes in....DARN. Every single thing people had in their carts was free that day! It was the best birthday my son ever had...for me! Part of Lowblaws commitment to the community, or something. Then a year later they were discovered screwing us all on price fixing bread for years. I'm not sure I trust Lowblaws after price fixing bread thing. And their prices are super inflated on almost EVERYTHING. I will go there for my produce & if I need meat, which isn't often, and if they have good sales on items I need that can't be price matched elsewhere. But, if you shop there.....who knows, one day you may get free groceries!

Stephen Gibson

I love that they sell food here. Makes it so much easier than hunting for it my self In the wildernesses of London. Though I do miss the thrill of the hunt on a mid summer's eve. *sigh* OH well, time to go enjoy some chicken nuggies!

Steve Holland

Great selection, but it can be crazy busy at this location and waiting on line up can be long. Other than that good customer service and quality.

Michael Van DeKeere

Great store but way to big. I got lost in the frozen foods area for 48 hours and had to get a Sherpa to help me get out.

Rebecca Northcott

Nice big Loblaws, lots of selection and stock. Huge Joe Fresh as well, was able to find larger sizes there, which I can't usually (I am plus size).

Harper Wolf

I can almost always find what I am looking for here. The store is clean, organized, and the shopping experience is overall exceptional.

Mauve Binder

COVID-19 REVIEW: 5 Stars 1. I love that they offer a hand-washing station 2. Immediately inside the entrance there is sanitizer 3. All carts have been sanitized before you can get them 4. New carts are sanitized away from the already sanitized carts 5. The entrance and exit's are clearly marked 6. Arrows on aisles are clearly marked (People need to pay attention to them) 7. Lots of signage reminding people of distancing and safe product handling 8. Very efficient register line-up system 9. Excellent use of masks and t-shirts among employees, plexi-glass partitions at the registers THE STORE REVIEW Bright, clean, well-stocked, clean, organized, carrying a wide variety of food and home items.

Loblaws is getting really expensive and they have hired some new people who are not always nice. When I went here a few months ago to buy some cabbage, I asked a new girl in the self checkouts how much it was. She barked at me to put it on the scanner and then when I found out how much it was, I kindly said "Oh, I think I'll pass on that". She rolled her eyes and tisked and snatched the item away. I paid for the rest of my items and left. I don't go here as much anymore, unless I really need something. I buy my groceries at Walmart or Fresh Co now.

Brock Larsh

High end supermarket. You pay a bit more for products but the service is great. One of the last grocery stores that still bags your groceries without having to ask them.

milldabeast519 da beast

Hot foods checkout lines open for employees only?kinda bs. Yea i have limited time and a s schedule and dont want to sit in line either.if they dont have time to wait in line like your customers maybe they should bring there food into work

Krystal Green

Lots of variety but it's so big it's hard to find things. Couldn't find the aisle with all the vegan stuff in it. I usually drink oat milk. Not sure if they gane it cause I couldn't find it so I just picked up a few things and left. A little pricier as well. Few items cost me $45.

Rebecca Stenabaugh

I go here for its convenient location when I am out doing other things. They also have a large selection of fresh salads and rice bowls.

Ram Mazreki

I'd give them a perfect score if it weren't for a couple cashiers who ask me with incredulous bewilderment: "Is organic really worth the high price?" My "inner voice" response: "As an elitist, I really enjoy squandering my money on foods which have baseless, overall health benefits."

Sue McKie

I am the sister of Donna Dixon , her post was beautifully said , as my experience was so emotional that evening , thank you to Billy for making my whole family's Easter special !! I felt like the Easter Bunny this morning delivering this beautiful gift to all from Thamesford to Komoka !! My family was so thankful to receive this gift from Loblaws as I was, once they knew the story ! So thank you Billy, and the owner Gary or Greg, sorry for wrong name as I was so emotional when I left due the the gesture, and all of the wonderful staff there at Southdale and Wonderland for staying to keep us all with food, prescriptions or anything needed from their store !!! Stay safe and healthy !!! Sincerely Sue McKIe

Jeffrey Schiller

Moldy lettuce, seem to never have good produce. Stopped going years ago when they had shelves full of outdated salad dressing. Went back as I was in a rush and close by. Moldy lettuce, produce not fresh, should have gone elsewhere

Dave Williams

Too few staff to cope with number of customers, resulting in 20+ minute queues at both self checkout and regular checkout. Notably, 30 mins later, a nearby Real Canadian Superstore had more staff and no queues at checkout, suggesting that Loblaws store need to hire new management with skills on a par with Superstore management.

Elise Tremblay

Great selection of food, clothing and housewares

Linda Jung

Bad they had people lining up next to each other over by the self check out. When I pointed out ,that it was not 6 feet I got a scowl from the worker that was standing right there, and did nothing. Usually people line up in the other direction. Like things are getting worse! So please smarten up! I was not impressed. Won't be going back for a good while because of this!

Sarah Koehler

Pricey. Big issues with till vs. signage discrepancies and sold me spoiled pre cut melon yesterday. Lady at customer service desk blatantly ignored me standing in front of her. Cashiers constantly miss the 50% off tickets. I feel like I have to watch every item go through at checkout because the errors have just added up in the 2 years I've shopped here. Started going to No Frills down the road instead. Less hassle.

Taylor Millar

Love the variety of products and hrslthy food options! Everything is always so fresh and high quality. It is a bit pricey for certain items compared to a different store. But for specialty items it is great!

Matt Halpin

Good quality and selection makes the higher prices worth it. The curbside pick-up is awesome, especially during the pandemic. This was my first time using this kind of service so I thought I'd share some things I learned in case other people are considering using it for the first time. - You have a time slot to pick up your items which is how they organize when to have orders prepared for. Makes sense. However, don't expect to show up during that slot and have the items in your vehicle immediately. It was about 25 minutes between arriving for the pick-up and having the person arrive to load the car. I believe there are normally 4 pick-up spots and they've expanded this to 10, though it looked like they still only had 2 employees trying to keep up with that demand. No big deal, just plan accordingly. - They normally organize orders by name, but I had to give them my order number to find my order. Have that ready just in case. - As I said before, it seemed like they had two employees running all the orders to 10 spaces. They're trying to keep up with a huge demand and while they looked like they were being as careful as possible, they're also in a hurry and sometimes things get crushed. My runner grabbed one of the bags by the side of the bag instead of the handles and ended up using the loaf of bread inside like a handle. Bread is mostly fine, I'm just going to have about 3 or 4 narrower sandwiches near the middle of the loaf. - They don't bag the groceries as logically as they could. When I bag my groceries, I tend to put freezer items with fridge items and they stay cooler for longer. The cold items were a bit spread out in my order. I also put similar items together, such as soft breads or chips in one bag, and cans in another so they don't damage each other. I had a mix of this as well, which may have added to the deformation of the bread. So all-in-all, great store and good service, but if you're using the curbside pick-up you should be prepared to wait and plan ahead (it isn't a McDonalds after all), be prepared with your order information, and maybe only order the bulk of your groceries through curbside pickup, but get the more fragile items yourself.

James Bolduc

Excellent Greta food quality

Darlene Kraan

Lots of great selections, good quality products. Great bakery stuff and fish counter. Some groceries more expensive.

Dan

Ok, prices really expensive...the highest of all grocery stores,

Peter Sanni

Good and big store with many things you needed for the family under a roof.

Danny Spencer

A complete line of products. Had my solid chunk tuna I like. Loblaws doesn't take cash at self checkout fyi.

Robert Lachance

Didn't like the no monitoring of customers with covid values

Crissinda Godmaire

Very polite and well manered employees

steve thomas

Amazing store, way too expensive

Nicole Janssen

( I don't do my groceries shopping at Loblaws and my three stars are based on my experience with them) Loblaw has a nce variety of products. I often go there for the good selection of cheese and cold cuts. Love the sushi. But they didn't adjust well to covid-19. And how they handle the checkout process is a disaster.

Christine Harman

This location is always clean and bright and always have lots of checkout lanes available plus have starbucks in store

Shannon Bain

First time back since corona virus. The store is well in line with guidelines. The aisles are nice and wide

Dave McAdams

Nice store but always a long line for cashiers. While there are many tills only 2-3 are normally open. Their advertising reports all cashiers open weekends. Does not help during the week

Gail Griffith

I do like shopping at Loblaws. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and on abundance, including new ones to try Meats are plenty to choose from. The sale prices can be a little confusing until you read carefully. For example 1 item is priced at $2.00 but must purchase at least 2 items or the price of 1 item becomes $2.50. Many advertised prices are for just 1 item. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. There is self check out, which I personally don't use so can't comment on. Parking is readily available and plentiful.

Allan Gibbons

Its a convenient grocery store. Expensive, limited selection. Not 24 hours. Would only suggest buying here if money isn't an issue, and you're pretty 1 or 2 dimensional with your food choices. No frills nearly half the price down the street.

Jade Purp

Great organic options!

Anthony Goodman

It's a good store with lots of selection. Very pleasant atmosphere. You pay more for that, but it's not unreasonable. They have the best donuts from the bakery - puts Timmy's to shame.

jake bigg

Loblaws is known for good customer service! The other day I tried one piece of their candy to see if it was stale before I bought a huge bag of it,wich isnt cheap. I had noticed the store manager was in the area and was giving me dirty looks. It Made be feel uncomfortable, and like I was a bad person when im not!

Matt P

Clean, fresh and great selections of food. I especially like the market style area of produce, seafood, deli and bakery. The people are always friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest store, but worth the little extra

Cris Best

Big store with everything including beer. The alcohol is expensive. Most products are more expensive than many other chains.

Cheryl Garrett-Jenkins

Has some things not at our superstore but find pricing to be higher on regular items. Also some deli items not very good quality.

Ellen Mallett

Curbside pickup is convenient and well organized. They fix mistakes. Sadly Loblaws has dropped pay to prepandemic levels despite continuing danger to employees

Uplistic Marketing

Loblaws is great. They have really good prices. the store is huge and offers everything you need. They also offer a special rate for food items that are reaching the best before date on the app Flashfood. I highly recommend loblaws

Brenda MacDonald

Lineups were unbelievable and one cashier open.

Kerry fleming

shameful!!! past due baby yogurt, thankfully I noticed the date. I cannot imagine a child being fed this yogurt only to be horrible sick after... this occurred today, but I have experienced this in the past with this store... if its not the bread it's the fruit thats rotten .... Will never shop here ever again..

Leanne K

Just went through the 12 item express lane with 15 items. Probably for the first time in my life. I bagged most of it myself, nothing needed competition pricing or coupons. The other checkouts had huge lines and the new self checkouts are super annoying. Well, if looks could kill! Cashier refused to greet me and said "I'm sorry about that ma'am" to the woman behind me the second I paid. Yes, I exceeded the limit. I had no idea a pen, lint roller and file folder would have such a catastrophic affect on everyone in the store! I have learned my lesson Loblaws, and will never break your rules again!

Sam Waller

Hi using the online ordering. 5.5 hours to prepare an order is way too long! I don’t have a very large order and most items are in the same area. I just don’t see why it takes this much time to order. The store says it’s not that busy.

Katie

This location is always out of basic stuff. They have serious problems staying stocked for some reason.

Jorge Campos

Today i went to pick up some groceries for my elderly mother. One of the items was not what i have asked for and i decided to call the store. The yound lady i talked to was very customer oriented, friendly and resolve my ossue quickly. I came vack to the store and i receive a gift card for the trouble. I did not notice the card until i open the bag at home bu i wanted to say i really appreciate your excellent service and for making it right to your customers.

John Bos

Good place for food. Higher end shopping but not terribly high prices. Too many "buy 2 or more" deals, and milk tends to be higher priced, but not bad all in all

London

I really like the variety of supplies they carry. Friendly staff. Very clean. I would recommend this location.

Dan Dunn

Ok. A lot of man buns and hipsters with shaved heads and huge beards wearing wool coats. Not a bad thing, I mean just a lot of them. Just noticed seems to be a pattern. But I'm just a dumb country kid.

Jess Allen

Usually decent quality meat on sale & produce is usually pretty fresh. Cashiers tend to be quick & friendly.

Ryan Auger

Nice place good quality produce and meat lots of stock for ad items. It's too bad there isn't more people working on the floor.

Carver Sullivan

Horrible lines for over priced items

Jennifer Bradley

Really great selection of tasty and fresh produce. Yummy and affordable pre made meals. Clean store, lots of selection.

Matt M

Not a bad grocery store, I didn't really enjoy their deli meats that much though. It is a one stop shop to get everything you need, which is really convenient.

--

If you could please ask the man in a wheelchair who loiters out front of your store harassing families as they walk in to LEAVE, that would be great. He has a vape, a cell phone and a car that I've watched him get into, and yet everyday you allow him to harass hard working Londoners.

Theresa Parker

Loblaws is my favorite go to place for everything grocery related. It's clean, well stocked and staff are always helpful.

Selwyn Patterson

Man in wheelchair with a sign begging for money. At the height of Covid 19 pandemic he's allowed to do this and people ARE giving him money and goods. Went to service desk to express my concerns and was told they were busy, but would send someone out when they were able. Left after 30 minutes with my goods and vagrant was still there. I guess wheelchair man, who, by the way has a vehicle, is more important than a paying customer.

Filip “Filip”

In the grocery chain is Phone Booth company that sells multiple cellphone plans. The were open until 7pm at Sunday. We have received great service

Jason Kadlecik

Awesome produce selection! As I love seafood, loved their fish selection too! Meat/steak section is above average but pricey. When I asked an employee where I could find "seafood sauce" for my shrimp, she had four other employees running around the store and found what I wanted within 3 minutes. VERY impressed by the service! Only reason I knocked the review down to 4 stars is the huge lineups that occur when you go to buy your purchases. But still. Worth visiting and worth buying from.

Deniz Sahici

Extremely long lineups, not enough cashiers. After long day at work the last I wanna do is waiting to pay my grocery. Poor customer service.

Md Coll

Washrooms are discusting!! Need to be thoroughly cleaned!! I am a regular at this store and tired of seeing this !! I guess no one cares to read reviews!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! discusting!!

Emily E

Very disappointed by my experience here at Theodore and Pringle. Customer service while I was picking out my lens from Dan was phenomenal, great help and expertise! However when I went to pick up and try on my lens there was a different representive, Greg, who I cannot say one good thing about service. From not having "authorizations" to apply certain credits, not being able to access certain items on my account and not being able to process certain transactions made my experience quite miserable. I don't feel as if the right prescription was ordered and they were not fitted properly. Should glasses slip from your face when you look at a 45degree angle down? I don't think so.

Emile Abadir

Excellent selection and always fresh but expensive.

B McMahon

I shop at Loblaws at Wonderland/Southdale. I really enjoy shopping at this store. Throughout covid-19 I find they practice all the necessary safety regulations so I feel quite confident shopping there.

Joey

Not my favourite place to grab groceries. Employees have always been really nice here and I’ve never had a problem with customer service but I’ve seen expired food on shelves on several occasions. Also, the chairs at the eating area upstairs are absolutely filthy. I noticed my pants sticking to the chair when I went to get up and upon a closer look, there are greasy rear-end prints on all of them. Backs have layers of disgusting hand marks on them too. Turned me off of eating in for sure.

Jeff Quesnel

Very consistent. Vicki the cashier helps me 95% of the time and is always super friendly and makes sure to ask how my family is doing.

Rosa Magarinhos

I suspect it's because of the warehouse logistics, but I found it to be low in fresh produce. This is not my normal store, so I can't say for certain.

Alex Mitchell

Clean and well organized. I love the selection of gluten free PC brand products

Pj Eade

Line outside moved fast and found what I needed. No wait for a cashier either and she was friendly and efficient.

Erin Stibler

They have everything~Fresh made meals, salads, roast chicken with all the fixings. I'm sure that wonderful aroma adds items to everyone's carts.

Corey Nicholas

This is my go-to place for fresh meat cuts. Great fresh baked goods. Pricey but fresh fruit and vegetables.

Chad Chaffin

As mentioned by many people the prices for Loblaws are not very competitive compared to other grocery chains. Their bakery section is consistently behind on baking items like donuts first in the morning which means if you want to swing by before work to grab something you shouldn't stop here. Staff an management are equally unhelpful.

Lee Ann Krasnicki

Just have to mention Mike the dairy manager . His customer service is so appreciated. Loblaws staff are always polite and top notch. Mike though gives 120 percent. Happy new year !!

Emily Johnston

I love this store. I always find a good deal on an unexpected item. Love this store. One thing a word to the wise check expiration dates. I have had problems there and ended up with a product expired for nearly a year. No problem getting my money back but still gross.

A W

Produce and meats always spoil very fast. Don't recommend unless you plan to use it the same day.

Marc Hulet

The grocery pick up option is nice during the pandemic and the shoppers usually do a solid job but there is no excuse for giving me muffins that expire in two days and english muffins that expire in one day... especially when I can get grocery pick up at Walmart where the prices aren't nearly as inflated and they don't give out items that expire soon.

Kad S

Inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes not so great. I can justify the higher prices for it being a one stop shop, however as of late Loblaws has been driving my business away.

Sean Forrester

I've reported this store for massive covid bylaw infractions, I was just in there and saw no less than 6 employees unmasked. 2 of which were touching their mouths ungloved, 2 others who were within a foot of each other. I will not be shopping here again until you can actually enforce your own policies.

THE MAN

Very good

Furkey

Cashiers are super slow, I waited in line for 20-25 minutes and as soon as I get directed into a lane the cashier wouldn't stop talking to the customer about her haircut...Are you here to work or tell people how many inches you cut off your hair , what a joke.

foyston1

Great selection and fair pricing on most things. I really enjoyed the convenience of the Starbuck's kiosk in the store but most of all the cup holders built into the cart. See attached

Donna Dixon

Thank you for making my sister’s and my family’s Easter a brighter one. My sister was shopping at the Southdale and Wonderland location the night before getting the few things she needed and as she was leaving she thought how she’d love to have gotten her mother in law an Easter flower but didn’t have the extra money. Next thing she knows a man named Billy shows up with a cart of beautiful Easter flowers and says to her go ahead and take what you’d like they are free. My sister has been having a real hard time lately so this one jester broke her down. She wept well she picked out a few different flowers for her family. On Easter morning all of her family woke up to a beautiful pot of flowers at our front door. My sister spent a few hours Easter morning and drove to all 5 of our homes to drop off a pot of flowers to each of us. So I wanted to say thank you so much Loblaws for making my sister’s and her family’s Easter a beautiful one, my sister paid it forward and we all got to benefit from your kindness. Thank you to all your employees for the hard work they’re all doing during this stressful time. Your efforts are very much appreciated by your community. Happy Easter to all. Thanks again D Dixon.

Susan Acton

Easy parking. Lots of room in aisles. Pretty decent Loblaws, but pay attention to prices. Lots of places cheaper for pantry items

Wendy Dowling

I really like this store. Friendly staff, conveniently located, to other shops as well. Though a little pricey, unless discounted, or on sale. has great selection of products!

Laurie Shaw

Most items are more money than the other chains in the company. The lettuce aisle is terrible - I needed to go elsewhere to get romaine. I don't make a habit of shipping here.

Dorinda Campbell

Hot food staff on Saturday nights are rude and some need retraining. First Saturday we waited while they served person in front of us and when it was our turn fellow told us they were closed. The next Saturday we tried to order cold entree with sides and was told they don't do that, I pointed to the sign where it is advertised 1 entree + 1 side or 2 sides and was told no we don't do that. The lady would not explain what sign meant then and lady just kept saying we don't do that. Won't bother going back as that is the only reason we stopped there.

Mary M

Great shopping good deals and very helpful staff thank you for a good safe experience Mary.M.????

S P

An open clean store with a range of anything you could think of. From meat, crackers and gluten free items. …

Jack W.

Cashier had no idea of what a bushel is..nice. polite young lady... a shame management did not train better on seasonal items.

Akash Yadav

It's a huge store. Best part of this store is it's meat and bakery section. I advice everyone who visit this store must look these two sections.

John Ruicci

This store is well-stocked & run. But I did notice this one day, what was he thinking would happen when he got to the checkout??

Dilpreet Gill

Worst receiving ever, it’s -12 degrees and they took half an hour to open the receiving door. Bloddy in-human behaviour the receiver started laughing when I asked him why it took so long. Disgrase to Loblaws name.

David Neufeld

Loblaws on Wonderland Rd S in SouthWest London, Ontario, is a clean store with wide isles that enable people to keep their social distancing. Not many items were sold out. The presentation, blocking and facing, of the products on shelf ensured easy access to your products, and made for eye pleasing detail. Staff were friendly, efficient and ensured that check out was done safely and comfortably for all clients. Though prices are a little higher there, as is normal for a higher end store, the shopping experience made up for it. I don't think you will be disappointed in shopping at this Loblaws store.

JDHogatha

Run in quickly to get a few things for the Thanksgiving holiday with my small kids, I DO NOT require a 16 year old boy to mansplain and give me warning about my children thanks, no thanks. Then the cashier having an educational session when you can clearly see I am in a hurry. Educate your staff on your own time and teach them how to deal with customers.

Debbie Hewitt

If you buy a dozen fresh dinner rolls they'll give you a price label that is approximately 25 percent less than buying at the individual price per roll times 12.

Karen S

Was at the outdoor.garden center. No lineups. Masks worn by all. Shrubs, plants were fresh for the most part. Starting to wind down for the season.

Ambadi Groceries

I had very bad experience about the staff working in this store customer service and managers and not at all a friendly people. Whole loblaws company management is worst in many locations it’s my personal experience working with their store than year union is not focused on their activities and employees rights. I had seen worst management in my life time and they polish and present their face to fake common people

Becca Lalande

The bakery did such an amazing job on our son's birthday cake!! Thank you so much! He loved it!

Don Inkster

Need quicker check out. Get rid of self check out.

blxtz blxrz

Bad customer service I don't like shopping

Olivia S

Food is a little bit higher priced than no frills but if you don't mind paying extra there is a better selection of food. As for the non-food section its rather limited but if you need to buy some clothes quickly it is more than ideal. Could be better if they added just two more self checkout lanes, that way when one or two are not working its not a pain when you are trying to purchase just one item and don't want to wait in lines.

rhonda wilbur

Very large, lots of fresh food, great selection of prepared foods. I only shop here when I want something different. Lots of parking, gas bar and car wash

Dean Daer

Nice location, store is very well kept. Not the cheapest grocery store but you know that going in. Great meat selection

Jeremy Odland

Convenient location but my experience has been the produce and meat is not nearly as fresh as other locations. Also the layout of the store isn’t as thought out as other grocery stores.

Simon Benoit

Oddly organized as far as Loblaws go and fairly pricey. Otherwise good selection and the available beer/wine rack is very convenient.

Robert Howard

Friendly staff. Product is fresh .. my only complaint is the cluttered front entrance

Sarah Matheson

Some items out of stock consistently even though advertised in their flyer

Gurjap Singh

Got my birthday cake from here, tasted great!

Decoda1999 French

Great store tons of produce to pick from fresh food as well on the other hand bit more exspensive then a food basics but loblaws has a bit more to choose from

Nas

Stuff are more expensive than other similar stores like Walmart. But I guess that's the price of classy grocery shopping experience. Place is bright and clean. They always play nice songs there :)

Ray Morin

They have what I need, personal friendly, I love that store

trevor scott

Nice clean store has just about everything you ll need

Caroline Clarridge

I love this store so much as I use live right behind it. I know all the staff very well and they are truly wonderful. Even though I live on the other side of the city I still shop here. You can't leave awesome service and product and being made to feel like a family member.

Dillon G (Sky High Hotels)

Wait was a little long inside but every staff I talked to was so friendly and it was a pleasant.

kyle

I have no idea what other reviewers think fresh produce looks like. The produce at this store ranges from ready to compost to we didn't get any stock this week. I have pointed out to staff that your fingers will go through the squishy peppers and they respond with "That's all we have". I have pointed out moldy bread products that have been expired for days and they don't see the problem. If you want have the most expensive chain grocery store, you should have the best products. You can shop at specialty food stores for the same prices and come home with perfect food. The Loblaws at Masonville is much better and you don't have to wait behind people asking for prices on clothing.

Dswn

I was at this Loblaws today and quite frankly it was awful! The prices didnt match the produce, there was no price on the cauliflower .! This is the third time in a week that we tried to buy a shrimp knife that wasn't in the system!

Sin Jaz

Love shopping here, it's close by for me, convenient and they sell clothes which is a plus. They have a pretty good selection of joe fresh clothes. I also like that they have an organic/gluten free section. The only downside would be the price, its usually a lot more expensive compared to food basics 2 minutes away.

Adam K

This location is extremely disappointing. I found moldy flat breads. The produce was not fresh. We bought some meat also and it was bad and smelled awful. It is so disappointing since we shop at Superstore and superstore is great. Even No Frills has much better quality food then this location. I will not return.

Barb C

Love the President's Choice products. High quality meat and produce. Earn points. Carries housewares and clothing. Grocery prices are high.

Pum Kin

Great store. The butcher is always very helpful with pointing out deals, and giving information on meat cuts. The produce department is always well stocked and the gentlemen working there are very helpful if there is something out of stock - they will go and check if they have it in the back.

Nat

I find this store over-priced compared to other grocery stores. But it's nice.

johnny mac

Huge selection on a variety of brands. A little pricey however.

Glenn Smith

Most things you need under one roof. Very clean and bright store.

A Fs

Really like it, everything is fresh and there is a lot items but the only neg point is that they don't price match.
