I found this bakery a couple of years ago. The one we had locally closed. The owner was friendly and informative. My European mother was so pleased by the quality. The owner uses French recipes and techniques. Absolutely the best pastries we’ve had in decades! I tell everyone I meet to check this place out. Well worth the trip!
