UPDATE: Prices keep creeping up, now it's substantially more expensive then comparable bakeries. Recent price hike is ridiculous, $3 for a sausage roll, $4 vanilla slice. Price on everything has been jacked.

The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Delicious sandwiches and soups, and the lunch specials are to die for!! Their beef dip is one of the best in Lethbridge, hands down.

Old timers know it as Bunsmaster. We used to make special trips for hamburger buns you couldn't get anywhere else. It has evolved to a very excellent deli with many bakery treats and custom-made sandwiches and excellent soup. There's always something you will want to buy but that is where they lose a star. It is really expensive at Lakeview bakery! I was there yesterday for a treat and chose a smallish pumpkin muffin with cream cheese icing for $3.25! Really Mr. Lakeview?! It happens to be the closest place from me to buy lunch and I would go hundreds of times if prices were reasonable rather than dozens of times over many years. After all, bakeries are not known for nutritious treats! Who can afford to get fat there? And the hamburger buns? I can find them everyday at Safeway for 30% less!

Walking in and smelling all the great baking and seeing all the bread was fantastic. Lots of good selection of baked goods. Fresh sandwiches and soup, you can have a pre made or made fresh.

Tried the key lime pie. The price is good for the size but the key lime custard sure tastes like packaged junk. I'd bet my life that no key limes were harmed in the making of this key lime pie. My mouth is left coated with what feels like margarine and artificial lime flavoring. I was told this is the best bakery in Lethbridge but I'm questioning my sources now. I'll be back to get perogies next week and hope they redeem themselves.

I used to love Lakeview bakery lunch specials quality food good quantity at a valued price, not so much anymore you can tell they cut corners from where they used to be the price on most things are up nearly 50% from a couple years ago the prices started going up before covid-19 there's no excuse. New ownership I'm told.

Amazing and helpful staff, awesome daily lunch specials and huge selection of grab and go foods (Assorted cheese sandwich, chef salad or BLT all grain are my fav). Everything is fresh and you can get a custom sandwich if you want. Prices are lower then you would expect and the pickled eggs are the best in town! They also sell Simply Sarah's products; soups, chillies, etc in a do-it-yourself glass jars; pickles, jams, and so on. Great place to support local business's and help the community. They also sell delli meats and sweets (pies and such) that will compliment any meal your making.

I am very disappoint in this deli. I got a salad today that was 12$ and yes it had chicken so I thought that's why it was pricy but that's good costs these days....I do have a problem that it had extermly little chicken on the salad. It had 3 chicken breast strips that would be able the size of your pinky finger....for this price you may as well go to Wendy's and get at least a proper portion of protein. Very disappointing!

This was my first visit to Lakeview Bakery & Deli in years. I agree with previous posts that the selection of products is outstanding, fresh and abundant. I was very excited to have found a hearty salad (taco was delicious) and pretzel cheese bun. The experience was wonderful until I was walking out and verbally attacked by the cashier. I was told I didn't package my self serve bun properly and was given a lecture. I felt criminal and shamed in front of other customers. My goodness! This is poor customer service at all levels and I don't feel like returning. In the meantime, I am sending light and love to that cashier today. Take a break, learn some communication skills and maybe package it properly for me?

This used to be the best bakery in lethbridge until Epiphany group bought it, since then the prices have skyrocketed, they have increased 200% over the last 2 years, and the quality has also slipped. Good bread, but other than that I wouldn't reccomend

They sell day old sandwiches in the fridge but complain if you want a fresh one. If you wait in line and request a fresh sandwich, they point to the fridge and say there are sandwiches already made, even if there are like two sandwiches left that are a day old. A real bakery should only sell fresh items. Donate your old food at the end of the day maybe?

After not going here for lunch for a while now I gave it a try a couple weeks ago. I'm not sure when they got the panini press but oh man that's a game changer. After suffering from quality issues with the lunches for a bit there it seems like they've really turned it around! Their paninis are amazing! I'm super excited to have one of my favorite lunch spots in town back!! I highly recommend the beef dip on Wednesday. Possibly the best beef dip I've ever had.

Stopped into this bakery the other day, got some of their butterhorns, pizza buns, hot cross buns and a salami sandwich. All tasted incredible. You can taste the quality in the dough! Very happy customers here.
