Went there yesterday to try out their goodies, it's a bit pricey but I told my friend it's ok, let's support local. So I bought a $7.99 brownie and a shortbread cookie. Tried the brownie at home and I was so disappointed! The brownie is hard and stale. Like seriously! Why sell stale food?!

We went there yesterday, its a decent place but what was shocking and very disappointing was when we asked the worker about what ingredients were in the bakeries, she seemed a little clueless. One response she gave that was really shocking was when my husband asked her if a specific thing had vanilla in it she responded by saying " I guess so ". That really turned my husband off and he said that he would not be going to that location again because of her lack of decent customer service and information.

A panoply of gluten-free items occupy the shelves and freezers in this mini grocery store. Some hard to find items for those who suffer from Celiac disease; pre-packaged or made fresh and for that we thank them for providing them for many years. Susie has perfected many recipes so we can enjoy wonderful, delicious meals, treats and even periodic releases of gluten-free versions of some of our favourites (like the "BIG" burger or the Joe Louis ???????? and the poutine hasbrown coming up this Friday Oct. 1). Pastries that will make your mouth water, custom cakes to order and also a selection of vegan or keto items - you can find all that t at their location in Laval and within some other specialty stores.

De plus, personnellement je trouve que les produits sont super cher. A ce prix j’ai m’attends à ce qu’ils soient extrêmement frais, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas. Hier, J’ai pris un blondie et un gâteau au fromage, la demoiselle ma chargé plus cher que le prix indiqué et ne savait pas comment me rembourser. Le gâteau au fromage n’était pas frais et le blondie était super sèche. Il devait dater d’il y a 2 semaines... nous avons aussi prit un croissant qui était sèche. malheureusement je ne vais plus y retourner, car aux prix qu’ils chargent, c’est important d’avoir la qualité fraîcheur et service.

My uncle is gluten intolerant and extremely picky. I saw Susie Gluten Free was offering a McCain inspired cake which used to be my uncles favourite before he was diagnosed with celiac disease. We decided to call day of to reserve a few cakes and they were so accommodating! We also showed up a few minutes after they closed and they still served us. Amazing customer service and great gluten free food! Would absolutely recommend.

Really impressed with this hidden gem. Had 1 person who could not have gluten and 1 person lactose intolerant on 8 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the desserts. You can’t tell the difference. There’s a ton of choice with cakes, cookies, brownies, etc, etc and again very delicious. My guests were impressed and all desserts were eaten which doesn’t always happen so it confirms they were good. Perhaps a little on the expensive side but was worth it. Some of the individual desserts are large and can be shared…

*UPDATE* I tried the cannoli again and they were amazing! Everyone has their off days and deserve a second chance :) I also tried the cheesecake and WOWZY!! It’s incredibly good! It’s ok. Not everything you buy is fresh. Cannoli flavour was good but tasted as if they were frozen before. The muffins were good. Donuts and brownies very stale. There are occasional events example the Big Mac Day or poutine day that the food was good. Staff is not very friendly. I advised them that I needed a few minutes to decide and she kept looking at me impatiently. It’s really a hit or miss ..
