This is the perfect place to pick up oerdeuvres, some of their selection however is unique and my palette couldn't handle it. But overall the quality is there the price is good. There is however a lot of empty space I found something that makes this place feel empty, that's my only drawback.

(And this is not the first time) Aside from the poor service, I want to emphasize that the quality and freshness of their products remains to be desired. The cheese and meat rolls are not edible at all it looks like it has been a year since they are on the display, the knefe we do not talk about it either ... simply: AVOID !!!!! (Original) Cette boulangerie est la probablement l'une des pires dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ... des notre arrivée sur les lieux la madame qui est souvent à la caisse nous lance un regard surnoit, et se faufile derrière une porte pour y passer un bon 15min une fois ressortie elle décide de servire la cliente qui étais la juste avant nous ... (Jusqu'à là pas de soucis ... )Un bon 5min passe 3 nouveau client arrive et surprise les commis au comptoir sortent à leur tour de leur cachette ! On aurai dit qu'on étais invisible ... Not bad . Once you pre order , make sure you have a written paper. They won’t find the order easily, staff ok, busier on holidays though. Food is ok. FYI, they charge you to heat up food that you already should get it hot. Go figure

The business was busy as it is Christmas Eve. I understand they were in a rush and I don't blame them for the mismanaged parking or longer wait times. However, three other clients and I came in at the same time and we didn't see we were supposed to take a ticket as there were no signs. I spoke to many friends about this who told me they missed it as well. Their ticket system is also unnecessary as we also have to wait in a straight line. They started calling people behind us to order and we four told them we had been waiting. A woman working there told us we had to go all the way back or asked us to leave the store in a very unpleasant way. It clearly happens often and management has not yet found a solution, which could simply be respecting the existing line. I had made promised and decided to take a ticket and wait all over again, but I will never go back. I have been going to Le Palais for almost 30 years (since Henri-Bourasse), but it was very disrespectful and I do not wish to support them anymore.

Updated review. I come here all the time. Quality has dropped noticeably. The dough on the pastries is a lot fluffier than before and the toppings barely cover the surface of their pizzas. I hope it's just a flufflier batch and things will go back to normal but as it was on Nov. 26... Very disappointing

The prices have gotten ridiculously high ... I don't buy as much as I used to. I am thinking of other alternatives that are much less expensive and just as good! Everything is super fresh and really well made. Prices are good, but the baklava is something else. Incredibly smooth and moist without being overwhelmingly sweet or syrupy. Not a huge selection of sweets but what they do have they make well. Highly recommended!

Staff are great and cleanliness is good. Parking is great and the shop is nice new and big in comparison to the main one. The reason im giving it 3 stars and call me paranoid if you want but the few times we ordered from here the standard wasnt as good as the one on henri bourassa. The second branch of Le Palais is a modern facility with a wide varitey of prepared ''Chaussons'' and other ready-to-eat gourmet food. I like the quality of the Syrian and Lebanese specialities that can hardly be found elsewhere. The owners have enhanced their recipes and I would highly recoimmend the homemade vegetarian Stuffed Grape Leaves as well as the numerous finger food that are sold by the dozens for less than $5.00.

Went there November 30th 2016. Bought a knefe desert pie for 6 people at 20$. I seriously can't sufficiently emphasize how disgusting or not fresh is was. It crumbled and tasted like rubber. I would have needed a shovel to eat that thing. Definitely not recommending this place to any living creature on this planet.

Perfect place to pick up different prepared foods to bail you out on a busy day. Buy a few different things and freeze them to use when needed. Saved us from ordering out and paying too much when you have a busy day and no time to cook.
