Got 12 assorted macarons. All of them were stale and very hard. Went back to the booth and asked for an exchange. At first the lady seemed confused. After explaining her she was able to switch out to the only flavor which was least stale. Unfresh and unacceptable. At least offer a reimbursement or an explanation.
