The service was very poor, the clerk couldn’t say what flavor the pastries were, there was a fly inside the pastry display. The two pastries we had so far were dry to the bone and completely tasteless. Not to mention they were 2 dollars each. When we complained about the price, the clerk gave us a dirty look. The one star is for being close by! Next time I’ll drive seven minutes to a real bakery.

Will not give it a 2 stars as it was a huge disappointment for a second time. First time visit was last year when i purchased 24 natas (custard tarts) undercooked and today purchased 24 Queijadas de Feijao (bean tarts) not fresh and still looking for the bean filling in this tart all i could find is a steel not flaky dough, as a portuguese person myself its disappointing having to sell these to clients its a huge a embarrassment....No third time visit i rather drive an extra 15min and get way better quality....

J'aimais bien y aller auparavant, mais quand j'ai vu les pâtisseries pleines de larves, je n'y suis jamais retournée, c'est innacceptable, et je ne suis pas la seule cliente à l'avoir écrit. Un inspecteur pourrait leur imposer une amende...Au proprio: achetez un air climatisé et fermez votre porte, les mouches sur la nourriture c'est pas propre et ça fait fuir les clients, même si la nourriture est bonne!

It's my last time going there. Second time in a row wasting my money on unfresh and fridge tasting pasteis de natas. I'm asking for some fresh ones behind the counter and end up having horrible pastries. The dough is super dry, burnt and hard. Service is miserable. Barely say anything, not even hi. We always get the feeling that they don't want to serve people. They are too busy at the back on their phone I guess. My Portuguese in-law are coming over for diner tonight and believe me, there is no way I'm gonna serve them those Natas. I might not be Portuguese but I definitely know what good and fresh natas taste and feels like. This is just horrible and will end up in the trash. Wish I was living closer. I'd go get a full refund.

O pior, é que esta não é a primeira vez que tenho problemas neste estabelecimento. A última vez que comprei um pão com chouriço, o pão estava com bolor! Nunca mais saio de Montreal para comprar qualquer produto nesta padaria em Laval.

The pasteis was not crispy and the filling was over eggy, not delicious like the ones that are to die for at Jean Talon market. The cannolis were soggy and the filling was think and not so fresh. Very disappointed. And the woman behind the counter used her bare hands to fill the box, no tissue or gloves to pick up tr ahe baked goods. Gross. I don't know how there are any good reviews for this place, because it didn't even look clean. Very dingy. Won't be going back ever.
