I was referred here by other customers who believe it’s the best in Laval/Montreal. The staff is friendly and offered samples. Good tasting baklava however I did find they are on the small side and a bit light on nuts. I understand costs are going up, and suggest another premium line of product people can pay extra for. Still recommended to try out.

Tried Knefe, was ok but expected better , syrup was on half side, I would recommend better Knefe wrapping makes it easier to eat for those who eat inside. The place is really clean and staff are welcoming.

Their sweets are amazing, however, the staff is not so friendly. Last time, they served me cold kenafa. The knafa's upper layer was broken into small pieces and I ate the upper layer and cheese separately!

Halawet el jibn was very poorly made. What a disappointment. It was embarrassing to serve this to our guests. The shell was hard and the Ashta inside was too runny. I should have trusted the other reviewer who warned of this. Honestly, this was that bad. Will never buy this here again.

OK it was one of the best knafeh and baklava place in the world... But after the move to laval I think they changed the chef or something...and now I tried it twice and got disappointed both times. The baklava was dry like dessert sand and the knafeh was boring. To be honest the best place right now is patisserie al Sham by far.

Worst service ever! I called to order in advance and was literally mocked and asked to come in the store and wait in turn like the rest of their customers! When I asked about the price, the owner got offended and said that their prices are very competitive claiming he has the best knefeh in town. When I asked if they would cut the knefeh for me in half, he said that they wouldn't and that it wasn't their job and somehow then said okay we will cut it for you... so, needless to say, they might have a great knefeh but definitely not worth getting bad service that mocks people. I called their competition, got great service and a great price
