My experience with Tracycakes was amazing! Even though they made a mistake, they accommodated me immediately! I placed an order of a dozen cupcakes, but then I noticed one order out of the 6 was incorrect. I didn’t notice the error on the invoice when they first sent me it. I only noticed once I got the cupcakes. I went back in the store right away and the staff was SO INCREDIBLY KIND! They apologized for the mistake and even though the cupcakes couldn’t be swapped for what I ordered… they still accommodated it by replacing it with other items. I will definitely be ordering from here again and I recommend others do as well! On top of that…. the cupcakes and baked goods were TO DIE FOR! Everyone loved them and they were hit. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice ambience being in a well kept converted older house. The ladies next to us seemed to enjoy their afternoon tea. The lemon tart had good pastry but disappointed to discover the gummy lemon filling came out of a jar or can. Staff was sorry to learn we were disappointed it was not made from scratch and never offered a better quality alternative. Expected better especially for the price charged. Drip coffee tasted like typical low grade office quality brew. There was no excuse not to have at least used Tim Horton's dark roast or Starbucks etc. Will try the coffee shop across the traffic circle next time.

I absolutely love coming here! Whenever I am meeting up with a girlfriend or taking my grandma out for lunch, we go here! Very cozy cute restaurant with lovely staff to match! The food is all fresh and super tasting - they also have gluten free options that are very good! So whether you're just up for a cup of tea and a scone, a lunch or a full on high tea, this is the place for you! Quite reasonable pricing too, high tea is a bit more ($18/person) but the amount of stuff they give you it's more than worth it!! If you can't find parking you can use the big parking lot across the street (it's free). I highly recommend trying this place out!

Stopped in to pick up cupcakes for a birthday....at $3.50 EACH I would have expected a decent size cupcake. These were about 1.5 inches high. Barely bigger than the mini ones. Seems like they have shrunk since the last time I bought them. Flavour was really good though....

We had a lovely time @ Tracy Cakes Café for High Tea on Valentine's Day! I believe they offer this High Tea regularly as well, but the Valentine's themed treats were delightful! They were able to make the offerings vegetarian for us and both the sandwiches and pastries were delicious. The stand out was the heart shaped scone with jam & Devonshire cream. They had a great selection of teas and we each got our own pot. I also ordered myself a glass of champagne which was only $8 and fabulous! We visited the Murrayville which is is located in a historic, character home. It was so cozy and sweet! The staff were also super friendly and attentive. Covid protocols in place made us feel safe and comfortable. We will return for lunch again soon!

Absolutely delicious! I can see now why many people rave about this place. It's not just the cupcakes, it's the atmosphere. Excellent location for a birthday lunch, or especially a baby or bridal shower. Staff are wonderful. Easy to find at the historic "Five Corners" in Langley. There is plenty of street parking, or the large church lot across the street. Beautiful cakes for any occasion.

Everything was fabulous. I felt really spoilt for my birthday with a lovely lunch with my husband. The soup and sandwich was so tasty. The waitress was very nice. We were stuffed but who can have a birthday without cake so se decided on a baby cupcake and it was delicious. 100% reccomend this place.

A lovely little place, best visited at non-peak hours. The Easter Paska is a great family favourite treat, but don’t be surprised if it’s sold out by 3. There is a certain Gilmore Girls Dragonfly Inn vibe here.

I have visited several times but the service and food quality are not consistent. Today the quiche was tough and overcooked and the salad was basically from a box of spring greens. With tea the total was $17 which was not in line with the quality of the food. I may give them one more chance but if I have the same experience I'll avoid them.

Best place to go for celebrating birthdays and anniversary. Its a cozy tea house with a great selection of healthy foods. Service very attentive and efficient. Price good. You can reserve the whole restaurant for a special occasion. Loved this place. Very clean and trendy. Good place to go even if it's coffee with a friend. ÑO loud music.

I really like this place, always did. However we called by yesterday and there was a party (full house) with everyone walking around with no masks or distancing. The staff just let it happen too. We immediately left as my wife’s parents were with us and it wasn’t worth the risk. This was a shame as we looking forward to calling in. Maybe next time.

Free street parking. Cc accepted. Reservation accepted. Cute vintage decor. Well-maintained heritage house. Well-known for their high tea sets. Friendly staff. BUT the food I ordered was a great disappointment. Not sure the official definition of a "panini" but the one that I ordered was far from my expectation and experience. The Chicken Apple + Brie was served in a "taco-like" wrap with non-existent brie, deli chicken and sliced apples (had to give them credits for stuffing the "panini" with lots of sliced apples). The whole thing was cold. None of the ingredients seem to complement each other. Tomato soup was served hot but quite sour to my taste. The efforts that go to the decoration and customer service at this place are evident, but the most important element of a cafe, food, was not up to par.

I took my family with the kids here for breakfast. They have really good food and amazing cupcakes. Their coffee was tasty and fresh, and everything had fresh ingredients. I ordered a gluten free unicorn cake for my daughter. We absolutely loved it!!!!! It looked fantastic and tasted great!!! The kids couldn’t believe it was a gluten free cake lol I wish there was an option of sugar free or less sweet as we don’t eat sugar but that’s maybe something to consider for the future. As I was picking the cake up on the day of my daughter’s birthday I sat down and had a delicious late. Unfortunately couldn’t have anything with it as all of the gluten free products contained quinoa which I’m strongly allergic to. But the staff was amazing ,very friendly and patient !!! I absolutely recommend this place!!!!!

We booked for noon on a Saturday for their high tea and got there in time but looked like they were busy with something else which I don’t really know what, it took them almost 50 minutes to bring our tea and the snacks, we asked for water meanwhile but they kinda forgot and I had to go and ask them again. I don’t know maybe they had just a bad day but other than that tea and backed stuff were yummy.

Very cute place! Has a wonderful cozy atmosphere and a very nice owner and staff. The coffee and especially tea was very nice, and the cupcakes and pastries were great! It's not cheap but not very expensive either (about on par with other coffee shops/bakeries). Just about the only complaint is that there isn't enough parking here, had to park on the street a block away, but even then, the walk was very nice. We'll definitely be coming back here.

I usually go for the assorted array of mini cupcakes which are crowd pleasers, but on my latest visit, I got a few full sized cupcakes for myself and honestly was blown away! Each bite was even more decadent and delicious, so yummy from the icing to the cakey part. As for the cake slices, my favourite is "lovely bunch of coconuts." This cake makes me go weak in the knees. The love, care and attention that goes into all the details really shine at Tracycakes. Especially in these unusual times, I find a lot of comfort at Tracycakes. Thank you!

Happened to be in Murreyville and saw this bakery so thought my daughter and I would check it out...cute place..we decided to try two different cupcakes but we did not enjoy either one...the main reason was because they were in a display cooler (I believe) so cake was heavy due to being cold and buttercream icing was definitely not light and fluffy...but rather very heavy and a bit gritty...I think the cupcakes would have been much, much better had they been served at room temperature...so considering the price and the fact that we didnt want to have to wait several minutes to eat the cupcakes to allow them time to de-chill, sadly it was a bit disappointing overall.

Really enjoyed having High Tea with a good friend here! The place is very quaint and cozy. The staff were very courteous. The food was all pretty much delicious, with just one item that was a bit overdone on the bottom. The staff checked my Vaccine Card on arrival and hand sanitizer is just inside the door to use as well. I would highly recommend this local Langley little restaurant and bakery!

Cupcakes are very good. They find the right balance between cake, filling and icing. So often commercial bakeries use too much icing. Their high tea was pretty basic, sandwiches, scone, and mini cupcakes but every item was executed well and was really tasty. I had a lavender Earl Grey tea which was really delicious. Service was a little slow but it seemed like they may have been understaffed that day.

For the price, you don't get much and its all very simple food. Not what a high tea should be in my opinion. Can make it all at home, high tea should be delicious minatures of things you normally don't make at home. Location is cute, could use a refreshing of the bathroom and display.

The cupcakes and food from Traceycakes are simply amazing. However, the customer service is a different story. I called and had to leave a message one time to make a reservation (I called before they were closed), asked them to call me back, and no one did, I had to call the morning of the day I wanted the reservation. I was wanting to order cupcakes for my birthday; I called during lunch, and they said they had to call me back due to the rush, understandable. They said someone would get back to me before 2, and it was 3:30 when I finally had to call back again. I specifically asked for an order of normal cupcakes and one order of minis; went in to pay, and they had made both orders for mini cupcakes; anyways, the products are great, the service could really be stepped up a couple notches.

Tracycakes is well worth the drive from Vancouver! I saw their adorable Christmas sugar cookies last year and missed buying them so this year I was on it and purchased them early. They are sooooo delicious and really cute too. You get 3 (Santa, tree, Rudolph)in a box for $10 which makes a great little gift. The Cafe is the cutest place and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We ordered some lattes too and they were delicious. You must visit Tracycakes!

The place itself is very quaint and it's a great place to bring someone for tea and snacks but I wouldn't recommend it just to grab some baked goods. First time we tried some cupcakes and they were very average. Recently we bought 4 cookies which cost almost $15 and they were a huge disappointment. Neither flavor was that great and didn't seem to have the right consistency you would expect from cookies costing $3.50ea. The staff is usually nice and Mothers Day tea was enjoyable.

Sunday High Tea Service! My niece treated me to high tea here, it was lovely! Great location, nice eclectic set of tea cups and cake plates, good variety of pastries offered, scones were superb! If i had any complaint, it would be to offer a larger variety of tea options. There were a few teas sold out or unavailable, and not many decaffeinated options. For a place specializing in high TEA, it should have more than 5 or 6 selections. Many companies offer lovely tea chests at nominal or no cost to restaurants, and one of these with a dozen varieties of tea to offer would have been nice. Would definitly go again, but would need to take my own decaf tea to drink unless they see this reviews and take it to heart!

I used to support this small local business buying their mini cupcakes rather than a birthday cake. i will no longer be supporting them for their discriminatory stance on the vaccine passports. They aren't even in the group mandated to enforce them (even though it is illegal to) yet they are asking for it. I would give a zero if it was possible to.

Traveled from Eastern Washington to have tea with friends. The sandwiches were dry, the scones good, and the sweets were very good. The most disappointing was the service. I had to keep getting up for tea refills (2x) and then for a to go box. Just sad.

From booking our event to what was served, running out Devonshire Cream on your end, no follow up on whether or not we needed anything, and how can you charge gratuity on taxes??? Definitely not an 18% gratuity deserved. Price was also different than displayed. We were charged $30 per person instead of $28. Also we requested to have our party at 1 and were told that larger parties needed to be at 3 yet when arriving a party for a 30th birthday who had more people than our party were just leaving. You also have no parking for your location. Your staff were sick during our event, your cook came out multiple times wearing a mask - if they're sick they should have been sent home.

I have only gone here for cupcakes, so I cant comment on their other items. However the cupcakes are simply amazing. With a plethora of flavors.

What an adorable place! The service was so wonderful and friendly and the lunch was excellent. And the cupcakes...oh my, they are by far the best I've had in a long time! Some fancy cupcakes look better than they taste, but these are gorgeous through and through! Tender and flavourful, and the icing is perfect. Thank you Tracycakes for being such a gem!
