very poor management and the supervisor is terrible. She forces employees to wear dirty masks and she treats every employee with disrespect. I believe her name is Kuljeet and she harasses every new worker to the point where they want to quit.

Dont go to this place ever the supervisor whose name is raman dont have amy manners. She deal with employees and outsiders like animals. She should be fired immediately if the owner has guts. She has extremely bad attitude worse place i have ever been to.

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst work environment ever. Only survived the dreadful 12+ hour shifts due to the friends I made there. Almost everyone is the grumpiest including the people working for HR. You would think HR would be people you could report any incidents to, but at this job its not the case. I had to leave/quit due to medical reasons and people who work for HR started spreading rumours that I was fired! Absolutely unprofessional and frankly nauseating that someone of that position would start something like this! It just goes to show how the company works as a whole. On top of that no one trains you for the work you're doing so you're just learning by hear say or by watching others. There is a couple of hours of 'training' the first day but its literally just videos. The people in higher positions than you are in most cases not even qualified for their jobs. So frankly its just a MESS. Unfriendly coworkers and I say that with complete confidence because there were numerous incidents where myself or someone working was extremely upset because of another worker. To the point where they actually had to be excused to go cry in the washroom. The QA's holy moly they are a whole other case! They act as if they did a doctorate degree. No one talks to you with a sense of compassion or understanding. The company owners by my and others observation treat you as if you are the most illiterate person on the planet. For further success they really should at least smile at their workers or show a sense or appreciation. You are literally yelled at or made feel belittled if you make a small mistake on the production line. Anyways I could go on and on describing my negative experiences at this company but that would be a literal essay.

I have been working at Pace Processing for almost a year now. The workplace is really good, the management is helpful and cares a lot about its employees. They do follow every guideline since the pandemic and has been strict with the rules to prevent Covid-19.

Such an excellent establishment. I worked for them a few years ago and I cannot believe how great the food was. Cheesy Bread Pepporoni Sticks, Pizza and Calzones out of the oven were the best part of waking up in the morning. :)
