Very friendly staff! Too small for how busy it got and a lot of people left standing eating their yogurt. I wish there were more fruity not so sweet frozen yogurt options and toppings!

Amazing selection and you can try before you buy! Almost always have dairy free and no sugar added varieties. Love how you can add as much or as little of the bazillion topping options as you like. Gummies cereals crushed chocolate bars mochi cookie dough balls brownie squares fresh fruit and even a few sauce toppings! ???? Be sure to sign up for their points card to earn free store credit and birthday freebies!

It's not BAD. Don't get me wrong here. I like the selections, I like the topping choices, it's just... I don't know. Something just gives me a weird vibe. The staff, when they're around, aren't the most helpful humans. This is a generalization, but they're usually a teenager who doesn't really care what's happening in the store. It's nice to go here for a treat, but the service is for sure lacking that extra level of "I care about my job."

Amazing system and what ice cream deserves, try and see, get as much as you want and pay as much as you got, I loved it. Not to forget interior design of shop, so lovely.

Food was fine, but they said that they could not accept our gift card, which was a Christmas gift. Payment by credit card worked, so I don't know why the gift card wouldn't.

The staff member made our visit a pleasant experience. I appreciated great customer service. This location is far below the standard of the other location in Langley. There is less selection of yogurt, less selection and quantity of toppings, less seating. The other location has outdoor seating.

I’ve been a Menchie’s customer for a very long time and been at most of the locations in the lower mainland but by far, my best experience was with Jayden at this location. Bubbly persona, super engaging! Keep up the great work Jayden and hope to see you again at our next visit! ????

This location shouldn’t get any star. The cash lady was very rude to us. She don’t know how to talk. Each table were dirty and while we were leaving she asked us to put the tables & chairs together even though we didn’t moved any tables & chairs. The machines were not working too, upon asking she was rude stating that have something else she can’t help to fix it. I will never come to this location.

Wish there were more yogurt flavor and topping options. But the girl working here is so freaking friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to go talk to my 5 year old and give him a sticker as he sat and waited for my husband and I to put together the yogurt.

Grandkids love this place! Nice to have free trials to make sure you like the frozen yogurt you're getting. All the toppings and really increase the purchase price, but it's a nice treat!

It's 9:28pm on Saturday and they are closed. Drove all the way from home and I can't even get my froyo on. Sign on door and online says it's open until 10:00pm. It is NOT a long weekend no excuses!

Wide variety of choices! Great atmosphere and the staff is always helpful in creating delicious desserts if you can't decide!

This was our first visit to this location, certainly not up to the same standards of other locations. There were only a few flavour selections and what was available was very runny and not that appetizing. The topping selection was slim, we were told that this location does not offer the waffles. Rather pricey for the mediocre quality, I don't recommend this location and we won't be back!

The chairs are so narrow is so tight to sit down,was excited when this one opened since I used to travel to walnut grove one. But now I continue to travel to walnut grove menchies because I can sit in there chairs and they have waffle bowls and more flavours

This Menchie's had more variety of toppings than the other ones I'd been to. However, some of the flavours tasted weird. The coffee flavour was simply distasteful. All that said.. sample before you buy!

Went here last night with my kids and they LOVED it ! Great tasting ice-cream and incredible customer service . The guy behind the counter was all smiles and very very friendly . Helped us when we weren't sure what to do . He even gave my kids stickers . Store was super nice and clean for us . tables wiped down and Clean . will for sure be coming here again !
