I love this pet store ! So many healthy options for pet food. They even have raw, which is conveniently frozen in appropriate sizes. Some of our favourite things are the lamb ears, bison ears, freeze dried sardines, petcurrean go and the red dog deli raw diet. The ladies in the store are wonderful and answer all your questions and when they don’t have something you need in stock they offer to order it in for you :)

My boss showed me this store, because this is where she gets my fur-brother his special food. They had a nice collection of clothes and I was looking for something warm for my rescue kitty. So today I took my boy, Mawro, in to see if some of the dog clothes might work for kitty. The staff were/are amazing. Mawro got a new jacket and sweater and lots of love from staff. They even gave him a beautiful bed. Thank you so much!

I just adopted two kittens and have visited a few big box pet stores to get the lay of the land. The staff here really love animals and are knowledgeable about their products. This is the place I would go back to purchase all kitty dry food.

It would have been easy to just leave it. We’d never have known. But they did. Friendly, helpful, local, and honest.

We love this place. All of our needs are always met including pedicure time for a very precious but extremely difficult to handle Calico cat. Prices are generally good and staff knows their trade. If you have a cat , live in Langley , this is the store to shop.

Love love love. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. We needed help finding a harness for our very pully dog, the ladies were super helpful and very knowledgeable about it and they let us try on a hole bunch of different harness to see which one worked. Just overall a great place, we love it.

Customer service is above & beyond! The owner has been working with me trying to find a food my husky will eat. I've gone through so many samples, had returns, & they've given me zero attitude. I didn't even have to ask, she offered. I wouldn't have seen that in a big store. We've now finally found a food she will eat, I will be going in today to get a large supply of the food winner. Well stocked with essentials, good place to pop in and buy what you need. Staff needs more knowledge on exotics and other pets, tried to offer me rabbit/hamster treats for my ferrets, highly recommending them lol Ferrets are strictly carnivores and if a new ferret owner came in and bought those it could cause major problems for the ferrets overall health. Please do your research before telling customers things that you have no knowledge about.

My dog is on a special kind of food that I cannot find anywhere else. I have been shopping at Harvey's for probably 2 years now. Each time I have come in the staff have been more than helpful and they have really good knowledge. My last trip into Harvey's they were actually sold out of my little guys food. I panicked because he was out of food. Harvey's team was so helpful in making sure he got his food. They went out of their way to their supplier to get it for me and delivered it directly to my house (which I was not expecting, just pure kindness and their love for animals). This is why I support local businesses instead of franchise companies (Bosely's, Pets Smart etc). Thank you Harvey's for always being outstanding, words cannot express enough gratitude.

Was here yesterday and found the customer service was top notch. One of the ladies working their helped us find the perfect kitty food and "self cleaning brush". She had zero attitude answering the gabillion questions we had as new kitten owners. I found her to be genuine and I appreciated her customer service. I'd recommebd any pet lover to shop here. So much so that we're making this our go to pet needs store.

The best! Great selection and friendly staff. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted and asked if you need any help. Store is well organized and they will have everything you need. If they don’t have a specific product, you can get it within a week. You can tell the employees here really love their jobs as they have such cheerful personality’s. I have been going here for years, make the change.

This place has friendly staff and good selection. The prices are a little higher than the standard big box pet store but that's to be expected at a smaller local business. There's also often a shop dog hanging out in his bed and he's such a sweet old doggo. I always look for him when I go in.

People are mostly friendly....love their mascot Duke a black lab....but the girl that was working the til today was not really on the ball..I remember I was told that I was on a rewards program that would get me a free bag the next time I was in...and this girl either forgot to check or didnt go far enough into find out about why o didnt receive it.... I had to mention it before she looked further to find that I do have a free bag....she did offer to credit my account but instead of waiting for her to do it I just told her to leave it for when I come in next....so we will see if she remembers....

The Staff here are always friendly and helpful, if they don't have the product I'm looking for they will always offer to order it for me. The bulk dog treats are a great deal and my dog (who is super picky about treats) absolutely loves them.

I just went in today a few moments ago actully . My cat has had some troubles eating latley . The staff was so nice and welcoming . They even helped me out with a nice big bag of samples for my cat to see what kind of food may agree with her . They did not charge me theu just wanted my cat to be eating . Very appreciative and my cat seems to like the food . I'm very happy with them .
