Tried the cinnamon bun the first time, tasted and had the texture of cardboard. Gave them another chance, got a blueberry muffin which was delicious and an ice coffee which turned out to be more like iced milk loaded with sugar. Won't be going again.

Maybe I anticipated too much wanting fresh croissants from an artisanal bakery and ready to pay the premium. I bought half dozen croissant for 16.25$ early in the morning but they were at least 2 days old and hard as a rock and even reheated in the oven they stayed hard. Will never go back there.

A warm and welcoming bakery in Westmount with the friendliest owners who happen to be sisters. I had their famous butterscotch square and the pecan tart. The butterscotch square is massive and it's best to share or eat as two portions. There's a lot going on with flavours from the shredded coconut, chocolate chip, and moist insides, but it all works. My favourite was the pecan tart with its gooey and chewy pecans and filling in a delicious shell. I'll be back to try more!

I try the butterscotch squares, it was good. A classic old bakery. Update. I bought blueberries scones, apples cake and cookies today. And everything was a disappointment. Maybe just a bad day for the baker , or maybe he is on vacation. I’ll go back in a few weeks .

This place is an amazing bakery. As soon as you walk in the smell is delicious. I had a croissant and a cinnamon bun. Both were delicious. And the staff were very friendly as well.

I come to this place at least once a week, the products are delicious, and the owners are super friendly and nice BUT there is one young lady who is acting in an absolutely inappropriate way! Tall young women with dark hair, is being rude, mean and unfriendly. Every time I see her, I start having a little of a panic attack symptoms, my blood pressure gets higher, I get nervous. It is so hard to order a product with her, because it seems like she doesn't here what I say, she does not understand. She makes a mean face, pretends to be surprised like Im asking her something beyond the store products conception. All I want to know is what kind of pie they have, because I like to choose a different one every time. I am a regular customer who spends a lot of money in this amazing place, so she could try to be a title bit more polite!

I live nearby & so disappointed with the food here. I tried to like it on numerous occasions. The quality is so bad- it made start to bake my own deserts to eat at home. Not many other options in the area, I guess that's why they're still open :(

Very disappointed. Have been here in the past and the criossants and pain au chocolat were good if not exceptional. Arrived before 9am and bought 6 croissants along with 3 pain au chocolats and they were all stale. The service staff were pleasant (thus the 2 stars) but the pastries were not.

4 star is on the baked goods I have tried and 1 star on not too friendly service . Bought a bread , asked it to be sliced and found the bag it was in had been tied in a knot , I guess twist ties are now too costly when paying 4 bucks for a small loaf of bread ? Had to cut the bag open with a pair of scissors and rebag it. I also asked for a lemon square and a square of apple cake , server proceeded to take a brown paper bag that would not have made it home as it was a pastry not a croissant when I asked for a box I was told ; "this is not how we usually pack these " I then answered this is not how I usually buy this . she then placed it reluctantly in a small plastic box. Thankfully there are more cheerful bakeries in the vicinity to go too!
