The pan try is poor quality and does not hold up to baking temperatures. I tried to return and was told that they will not accept any returns since the sheet was custom. Not sure what that means since the product and dimension was available as an option on their website. Be careful when you order from here and clarify return policy for your item before ordering.

These guys are awesome! I ordered Sunday..,got an email Monday am that one item was not in stock.. I emailed my substitution and my order was packed and Shipped out same day.. it arrived on Thursday intact with great quality transfers???? This is from Canada to Rural Oregon with flat rate shipping that was so reasonable with no extra charges for chocolate. I love it and will order often. Thank you ????
