A favourite! Love everything we've ever tried. Gingerbread Cheesecake was to die for, sugar cookies and handmade marshmallows, cupcakes, macarons. Yum. Yum. Friendly staff and the cutest store, too.

I love The Flour Co. Bakeshop! I ordered a custom chocolate cherry layer cake for my daughter’s 24th Birthday. I asked Erin (the owner) to replicate our miniature schnauzer “Murphy” for the top of the cake and it was amazing. She nailed it and it was a huge hit. Her date squares are also to die for. I will be back for the macarons and cheesecake!

I had cupcakes and a cake from the flour co at my wedding and they were so delicious! Not too sweet, perfect texture of cake and icing and depth of flavour. Can’t wait to get them again!

I regret not snapping photo of our treats before we dove in! Everything was not only delicious but also a work of art. We had cupcakes, cookies, and cherry cheesecake and I really couldn't pick a favourite. Definitely my new go-to bake shop for special occasions (...okay let's be real, for everyday!)

So happy this place opened up in my neighbourhood! I contacted Erin to make custom cookies for my fiance's champagne birthday. She was prompt and clear in her communication with me and I was amazed by the gorgeous designs she created! I needed the cookies for NYE and she was going to be closing the store but we arranged a pickup date for the 23rd. Erin explained how to properly store and freeze the cookies and when the day came they were delicious and the decoration did. not. budge. I was worried about condensation when thawing but everything turned out perfectly. If you are looking for custom cookies this is the place for you!! Thank you so much Erin, I will be back!

Whenever I am in the area I go to that beautiful and 'sweet place' to get "café" and some treats. I love their cupcakes (oh My Godness, they are delicious) ????and the cherry cheesecake is the best I tried ever !!

Erin is amazing and always has so many goodies to try! She has also made me several beautiful cakes for birthdays and other events. Everything is absolute top notch. Definitely the number one bake shop in town.

Very cute shop. The lemon bar was slightly dry. Cupcakes were good, a little heavy on the icing (if you are into that great!). Would return :)

Picked up some macarons and humble chocolate chip banana bread today on my first visit to The Flour Co, and MY GOD, they were the best I've had of either. Do you know how good Starbucks loaves are? This. was. better. RIP to my waistline because this new gem is within walking distance of my home.
