Yay for sourdough pizza! I've significantly reduced my gluten consumption over the past few years and have been missing pizza not made with cauliflower. I discovered this sourdough pizza dough from Bread by Elise and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend this dough, tastes delicious and makes a pretty pizza!

Long-Fermented Sourdough - delicious The bread is delicious. I am gluten intolerant and can eat this bread with no stomach upset. They have been very gracious about answering a ton of questions. I will be buying this bread again and again.

The best Sourdough I have eaten besides the restaurant one. Élise was professional, friendly and understanding. I was craving a fresh French baguette for breakfast. I reached out to her and right away she processed and confirmed my order for the following morning. The bread is one of the best - fresh, hot and delicious. Élise practices a contactless pickup by sending easy to follow instructions. She also has multiple payments options for your convenience. I am happy with my order and I love the big, chubby loaf☺️. Really wonderful place to get delicious sourdough goods! We tried a variety of bagels which were very good, but the showstopper for us was the sourdough pizza dough. Definitely going to be ordering more of that in the future!
