This is the best place to find interesting food in the region! The owners are very keen on local, organic, strange and healthy groceries. The selection is awesome and always changing. They now bake awesome bread in store, as well as carry other local bakers. The new juice bar has live wheat grass, to compliment the other fresh ingredients. They even carry "Bulletproof Coffee"supplies now! Though it is very small, Centex is our "go-to" grocery store. A true local treasure. There is 24 hour fuel, which is discounted Tuesday to Thursdays at the pump, but not posted on the big sign, not sure why.

Ahhh the Centex. Love this place. So many options to chose from, lots of local made stuff and a great selection of veggies! It's seriously amazing how they manage to fit all this goodness into a "gas station". Local kombucha on tap, a cafe that has a little of everything from Mushroom lattes to fresh pressed juice, and of course coffee too. The local made snacks at the check out are to die for, so delish. Local meats and so many dairy, gluten, sugar, peanut,etc. free offerings if you have any intolerances I almost guarantee you will find some edible goodness that will satisfy almost any craving.....cricket protein, they have that. The local made real sourdough bread is amazing too, I could go on, dairy free sour cream? Yep it's there, cheap eggs? Check! A small bulk section even. Just picking up a quick snack? No place better. Almost forgot to mention the amazing Staff and owners, this place is just the best, go check it out! One downside parking can be scarce, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Holiday season update : if you're looking to spice up your Xmas food, try the butter chicken. It's super delicious, with just the right amount of spicy kick to it. Everything is already cooked, just need to reheat and enjoy ! I became addicted to Stoke juices, and needed to declare bankruptcy, but it was all worth it :) They've got the best lattés, too ! ????

In addition, they also have exotic meats and ingredients from all over the world. Great place to stop for a bite of tasty sandwiches and fresh squeezed juices. The coffee is excellent too. With all this, it is a little pricey, well worth it though.

The Centex never fails to please. Their selection is incredible, including a lot of local products. We always pick up some exotic stuff, and this last time it was hibiscus flowers from Egypt and a fantastic cheese from New Zealand. They have products I have never seen before, and every visit is an adventure. Great staff, huge selection of grocery items, bulk, and produce, as well as bakery and local dairy.

Love the juice!!! Super friendly staff gave me a heads up when the juices would be restocked. Visited multiple times for other random food items / coffee, etc. and every single staff member I interacted with was pleasant and kind. Always excited to stop in when I'm in town!
