Came here May 23/19. The baked goods looked really good. I got 3 slices of carrot cake. IT. WAS. DISGUSTING. It was not carrot cake at all. The icing was not cream cheese, it tasted really weird, almost plastic. The cake itself was really dry and hard to the touch. My daughter and I threw ours in the garbage after two bites. I wish I could give no stars. Customer service was almost non-existent. The woman behind the counter didn't greet or make eye contact.

Bought a donut with lemon filling, apple jack and 6 cinnamon buns. The donut was good. The apple jack was the worst I've ever had. It was like eating cinnamon flavoured sawdust. The cinnamon buns were very dry and stale. Even frying them didn't make them edible. Don’t waste your money on this awful bakery. Literally the worst I’ve ever had.

Terrible, terrible!! Rolling Pin Bake Shop at Garden City Mall gets NO stars and double thumbs down from me. This business needs to get someone behind the counter who cares about customer service. This place was highly recommended and I made a special trip there today, April 30,2019 for baked goods for my kid's birthday party tonight. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was having a "personal" conversation with a client that had already been served about her prescription glasses and her insurance supplier, blah, blah, blah. Woman looked at me and carried on with her conversation and did not even ask if I wanted to be served. Waited 5 minutes and I left. As I left the mall I could still hear her "carrying on" about her insurance and glasses. Ridiculous!! This business is obviously making enough money that they do not need to serve people. Went back to my usual bakery on Regent, Dolce, and spent over $130.00 on baked goods for my party. Will never attempt to go back to Rolling Pin Bake Shop ever again.
