Ice cream is alright way too much granulated graham cracker

I bought a chocolate cake last sunday and i was disappointed.. first of all the presentation is not what i expected. It came in a cakebox yes, but the cake was baked in tin foil. That is not very presentable for a birthday party... (my fault is i didnt see it before i ordered).. Tastewise? It tasted like those premixed box of chocolate cake from the grocery store. It's moist though. The Icing is very very sweet. Sorry but i'm really disappointed. This is my first try of their cakes. I wonder how the other flavors taste like?

Bought a cake here 1 chocolate and 1 mocha! gave it to my co worker for his birthday! He loves it. the whole group loves the moist cake and amazing flavor. Nothing bad to say about this store. affordable price too!

Overpriced. $4.99 for 2 scoops on a generic cone. Ice cream is very basic. Exterior of the business is intriguing. Interior is ok. Customers service needs improvement. Quality of the product; basic. Would I come back here; no.

Poor customer service. The moist chocolate cake was okay, but the yema ube is very disappointing. Not even close to what an ube should taste. It's pale and a very thin layered cake.

Poor staff communication. I had booked in advanced for a custom cake due for december. Booking was made early in November because accdg to their staff slots fill up fast during the holidays and that they are almost fully booked. Now they cancelled on me 2 weeks before the date and I am left to find another supplier in this busy time of the year. They don't deserve a single star. I'm just disappointed for this inconvenience.

Awesome and addicting. Was afraid I'd gain so much weight eating their deserts during the holidays but it was all worth it -- just had to double up on my workouts. ; ) Their egg pie is to die for. Sorry, it was all gone before I could even take a picture.

The person I made inquiry to on Facebook was so rude. I asked for the price of a customized cake and sent them a picture for reference and they didn't give me a price and kept asking me for the date. They told me they had to ask their baker if she was available on that day because if she wasn't, they would not bother to give me the price. It seemed as if they were expecting me to order from them without knowing the price. They also said most bakeshops don't give their prices when customers inquire, but I've inquired in a lot of bakeshops and they've always given me the price range for cakes immediately. They even blocked me immediately after sending me that message. Very immature and unprofessional. They even talked to me in Filipino and I am not even Filipino. They literally have the worst customer service ever. Would not recommend and their products are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED for the quality.
