If this place was closer to my area, I would go here early every morning to buy some fresh warm Pandesal. The way they make these buns remind me of Cavite back home. I am salivating right now just typing this review haha. The owner is especially friendly if you catch her there at the front counter. The place is quite small but they make the favorite flavors of the Philippines and if you know what you like or want to try something new, I suggest their Pandesal but wait **In order to get their Fresh warm pandesal bread, they will serve it in a brown paper bag, versus the clear plastic bags. If you arrive and they no longer have the fresh buns then all one needs to do is warm the other buns from the plastic bags in an oven or toaster and it will come out the same, but if you're there for the fresh ones, try them out on that date! Masarap!!! Another flavor if you're new to the bakery is to try their Ensaymada. It is like a french brioche, here they offer it in 2 flavors. First is just butter cream and white sugar on top, the 2nd is filled with purple yam or in our culture it is called Ube. Pronounced as ooo-bay. Another favorite here is Hopia. I really need to take photos of these pastries here haha. I mean I know what it is but trying to describe it. It is delicious, all i can say lol. Please google it if you want to see the ingredients. Lastly I also enjoy their Buko Pie. Which is basically a coconut pie. So instead of apples in an flaky crust, this is creamy coconut filling and in a flaky pie crust. Their Buko Pie is rich, if you do pick one up, make sure you are a fan of coconut.
